The sizing guide was inaccurate. The returns service is not a service and the suggestions made when I inquired were not helpful at all. Any attempt to return the garments I have paid for would negate any kind of refund and would prohibit any further purchases as a high delivery charge had already been paid with the cost of my original order. I will not be buying from this company again as your ideas of customer service is unhelpful, does not offer satisfactory solutions and is disrespectful of the customer.

Cannot locate my order on the app - no responses to messages - cannot return items
I bought 2 dresses on 3rd Aug and they are unsuitable and need returned. I cannot find the orders on the app/website. Swimwear
I ordered a swimsuit which was a very poor fit and needed to return the item. Unfortunately Light in the Box were awful and said I had to pay (more than the value of the item) to send it to China which takes 3-4 weeks where it has to pass quality checks before they decide whether to refund the cost or not.
So obviously I'm not going to go through that ridiculous process which will actually end up costing me even more money than the refund.
There should be a UK warehouse specifically for returns to speed up this process and make it usable for customers. DON'T SELL TO THE UK IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS BACK IN THE UK!
When I followed the process to escalate to a supervisor I received the exact same reply. Customer service is terrible.

I"m sorry but I have no date but it was around June when I bought some dresses and cushion covers , all paid , I received the dresses and 2 cushion covers , but about 7 are still missing ! I ordered a few items from this company, but the dress in question was completely different from the photos, it had no shape, hung like a sack and was about five sizes too big. When I asked to send it back and get a refund I was offered 30% and told to keep the dress, which is no good to me.Their refund service is appalling, so if you use this company don’t expect to be able to return anything and get a refund, you won’t.

Trying to Return a product for refund
I have received an order that doesn’t fit and want to return. There is no return address or return form with address to send back items.
The website is not clear on returns and I am waiting to receive a “ticket” that has not arrived by email to return the order.
Other information on the return website makes various threats of no refund payment if order is sent back to the return address on the order. No refund if not sent back within 7 days. The return order says everything must be sent back to China at customers expense but does not give an address in China.

Ein Rückversand ist eben nicht nach Friedrichsdorf, sondern nur nach China möglich. - In der Tat very simple. Ergänzung nach weiterer Recherche: identische Adresse und Telefonnummer wie simplereturn.io: repalog.
Hier nach Recherche die weiteren Punkte des kriminellen Procederes:
1. Der Verkäufer kassiert für den Versand aus Deutschland / innerhalb von Deutschland 17,30 Euro.
2. Der Verkäufer gibt nicht erhaltene Ware als zugestellt an.
3. Auf Reklamation erhält man keine Antwort.
4. Kunden, die tatsächlich Ware erhalten haben sollten, können einen Rücksendeantrag bei Unzufriedenheit stellen: Auf eigene Kosten. Und: Nicht an die Auslieferungsstelle in Deutschland, sondern nach CHINA!
5. Nein, auch die im Impressum angegebene Adresse ist nicht für den Rückversand zulässig. Aber dort findet man einen Katalog an Rückversandkonditionen, mit angeforderten Beweisen über die vollkommen unannehmbare Ware.
6. lightinthebox.com setzt professionell und hochbegabt kriminell darauf, a. dass Kunden den Expresskauf über paypal nutzen, wo die Versandkosten nicht angezeigt sind.
7. ... darauf, dass keiner der Käufer die horrenden Portokosten für den Rückversand auf sich nimmt - und nicht resigniert die - wenn überhaupt erhaltene Ware - in die Mülltonne wirft. Weil er begründet davon ausgeht, dass er kein Geld zurückerhalten wird.
8. Falls die Reklamation überhaupt akzeptiert wird, erhält ein Käufer einen Gutschein auf dem Konto von Lightinthebox.com - von dem er sich dann ebenso inakzeptable Ware bestellen darf.
9. Bei den meisten Kunden, die sich wenigstens die Mühe machen zu bewerten statt Anzeige zu erstatten, kommen Vokabeln wie Betrug vor oder auch: Einmal und nie wieder. Finger davon lassen! lautet die Empfehlung. Extrem lange Wartezeiten, Nicht-Zustellungen, falsche Größen, fehlende Produkte, Billigstprodukte, Reklamationen ohne Antwort, Rücksendeterror mit Beweislast über den Schrott durch den Käufer. - Erpressung: Positive Bewertung von 4 oder 5 Sternen: dann eventuell Erstattung. - Positive Bewertungen: fakes. I ordered a phone case to fit an Oppo A5 202. When it eventually arrived it was the wrong size for the phone, despite having the name of the phone on it. Uou can see it's too small in teh photo.
I am instigating a return, but for a £10 case I've already paid about £5 postage "from China?" - it says Walsall UK on the envelope) and will obviously have to pay the same back. which means even it I get a refund, it will only pay for the postage and not refund me for the incorrectly sized item they've sent.

I ordered a dress for a bridesmaid in one size, with the view of ordering some more once tried on for sizing.
This one didnt fit, so i went to send it back and was told because it was the wrong size, then only a 15% refund would be offered as it was not faulty.
