On 03/24/2018 my husband and I dined at Longhorn #5377 in Bluffton SC at 18:23pm. We were doing some shopping over there, so we decided to have dinner. We were seated by hostess which she was very pleasant. But when The waitress (Alyssa L) arrived at the table she asked what we were having to drink. I ordered a glass of water with lemon and my husband ordered Unsweetened tea. It took her about ten minutes with the drinks. She was about to walk off and we had to stop her to put in some appetizers. She took the order and left, but never returned until some other waitress came with the appetizers. My husband asked her where was the bread that we should have gotten right after she brought the drinks and her response was "oh yeah ". We sat there about another ten minutes before she even return to take our orders for the entrees. We had so many uncleaned plates and trash on the table and she just kept passing us by until we had to stop her as she was passing. Our entrees finally arrived and there was another waitress that brought them to the table. We ate our entrees and never once did she come back to ask if everything alright or anything. We often eat at Longhorn but, in Pooler Ga closer to home and never been treated so rudely. I know there were other tables she had to assist but she needs to learn that the type of job that she has requires respect for all people, not just for certain people. My husband kepted me quite because he knows how I am when I feel I'm being disrespectful and ignored. And believe me its not pretty. Don't get me wrong, the food is great but we shouldn't have to be treated in this rudely way, when we are spending our money to patronize this business. We will be going back again to Longhorn, just not to this particular one because its one of our most favorite places to dine out in. I feel we deserve an apology or some time of restitution for our experience.

service
Birthday on 3/9. Husband and I ordered lamb chops med. came back rare. Ordered appetizer never received it had it taken off when the bill came. Oh did I mention that it took 12mins after being seated to get drinks and another 5mins to get bread. Our salad came 2mins before the food. Our waitress sucked, she also gave us to another waitress guess she had to leave. I spoke to the Mgr. who said he would speak to her, which didn't help to make for a happy birthday. May not return to camp creek marketplace location.

service
On Sunday 3/11/18 my family and I went the reading mass location, we were told 45 minute wait, an 1 1/2 goes my husband goes up and asks how much longer and hostess said they were waiting for 2 tables to clear, ok so we wait another 15 minutes, my husband goes up again and asks, and the hostess says I already told you, now I go up there, and asked what the problem was, so he says again waiting for 2 tables to clear now in the mean there has been 2 tables empty and dirty for the past 1/2 hour, so I ask to see the manager and I ask why can't we have the 2 empty tables in the back that had been empty for the past 1/2 hour and yes they are cleaning them off now, the hostess was very rude, his name was John, we had 5 kids with us who were starving, nobody came over to us to say for wait and even after we sat the manager never came over to check on us, they ran out of kids menus, they ran out of porter house steak, very poor management and hostess very rude, I will never return to that location and won't recommend to anyone, between both bills we spent a little over 200.00, very disappointed.
restaurant visit
I visited a longhorn in high point nc for my mom's birthday on 10 march 2018. This was the worst longhorn I have ever been in. I am a member of the longhorn insiders panel and have completed many positive surveys over the years. The cleanliness of this location was horrible. There were items on the floor from the front door all the way to the back wall. The table beside of us spilled macaroni and cheese and it was left on the floor the entire time we were there. Both wait staff and customers stepped on it. The bathroom and the "put orders in area" was overflowing with trash and the bathrooms had no paper towels. Our waitress was inattentive (plates piled up, didn't refill drinks, check on order - another waitress took my moms undercooked pork chops back). To top it all off a big ole roach crawled down the wall. Thankfully we were done eating but all the surrounding tables were jumping up. What did the staff do? Nothing! At this point I asked to speak to the manager. I was so mad that I didn't get his name. When I pointed out the fact that the restaurant was a total mess he seemed oblivious and when I stated there was a roach terrorizing the customers he didn't seen to believe me or care. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a longhorn and I do not intend to visit this location again. My desired resolution is for someone that knows about cleanliness and customer service to get in there before their 92.1 health rating plummets!

rude hostess
After waiting 40 minutes longer than the quoted waiting time i asked the hostess why other parties that arrived after us were being seated 1st. She informed me that we were next on the list. When seated at our table another hostess told me that the white hostess said to hurry up and seat us before i became "ghetto". I informed the manager who apologized and offered to discount our meal. However i will no longer be dining with this establishment being that you all hire employees with this unprofessional behavior. Had i not been waiting an hour i wouldnt have even sat down to eat after being told that.
managing partner sleeping with team members.
I work at the Sugarland location with Michael Gaeto,
I am aware of matters that are affecting this restaurant, he is sleeping with a female cook, and giving her special treatments from scheduling, letting her take food home, give food away and allowing her to underperform at work making her own schedule leaving when she feels like it and coming in late.
Managers have tried to correct this problem with write ups verbal warning and numerous conversations all while falling on deaf ears both by employee and manager.
There has been retaliation with damaged to managers vehicle, slashed tire and physical damage in response to that.
We have tried speaking to Pete Sabato, but has also fallen on deaf ears. The same employee has been involved him as well. They have both opened numerous restaurants together and is known that there is a sexual relationship there as well, employees talk and we listen. We hope that your department does something to correct this problem before it causing damage that can not be repaired.
service at the mason, ohio store
To begin with I don't usually complain and I definitely don't take time to write to a company to do so, but i felt this experience warranted my time.
Yesterday, March 6th I took my family of 6 to the Longhorn in Mason Ohio. We arrived at 3:00 pm and there were maybe 3 other customers in the restaurant.
As we entered we were not greeted or helped in the door. At the hostess desk no one came to help us so we seated ourselves. As we looked for a suitable table we avoided a large booth and chose a large table. My parents are 83 and 86 years old and can't scoot into a booth. The table we chose was dirty. When the server came over I explained to her why we chose a dirty table ( for my parents comfort). She was a little huffy and said we should have waited to be seated. "You'll all have to move back from so I can clean the table. She came back about 4 minutes later to clean the table. I said there was no one at the hostess desk and no sign asking us to wait, I said " There's usually a sign stating hostess will seat you...". She snapped " We've never had a sign.". I looked at my 83 year old mother and she asked if we wanted to leave, of course I said yes and as we were walking out I told the server.
"We have not been unreasonable or demanding or impatient and you have a bad attitude. She grudgingly said "Sorry". I said "No i don't think you are. "
Other staff people in the store asked what happened and each of us told them about how poorly we were treated.
I love Longhorn and I'm loyal to this steakhouse over Outback, Lone Star and others near my home.
I was extremely angry and disappointed with the service and our treatment.
I hope to hear from someone regarding my complaint because with all of the competition for dining out this kind of behavior is ridiculous!
flo steak and a ribeye
Myself, family, friends and company always eat and spend a lot of money at the longhorn steakhouse in surprise, az. Well today 2/22/2018 at approximately 730pm, myself and my daughter ordered a ribeye steak and flo steak. We asked our waiter for bold seasoning and askwd to have our steaks medium cooked. The waiter brought our steaks out without seasoning, the steaks were raw, and they ran out of a1 sauce. We told the waiter we ordered our steaks with bold seasoning and our steaks medium not raw. The waiter expressed that he could throw our steaks back on the burner and season them and cook it longer. I told him no because the steaks should of been seasoned in the beginning and the steaks would not taste right. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager came out and offered to remake the steaks. I told him that I was not very happy with the waiter and how he handled the situation. It wa as bad enough that we had to wait an hour and thirty minutes in the cold and now we have to wait to for our food to be recooked! The manager offered to only pay for one meal and not the other. We didn't get to eat together it was my birthday. I feel the manager should of paid for both our meals. The second steaks were the same no bold seasoning! I'm so upset and angry they ruined my birthday. Plus I worked all day and didn't eat all day just to have our meal served twice wrong.
My boyfriend works at longhorn in n. Phoenix area and the servers inform every table they serve that their steaks are boldly seasoned in the 1st place. And raw is a lil exaggerated. There is a huge difference between raw and medium. And yea who expects to get 2 steak dinners for free? Wow

management
Check number 32870 on saturday february 2018 - greendale, wi
I will never return to this location. The waiter and food were great but management was horrible; very rude, hostile, and kicking customers out of the location. It was ridiculous!. "managing partner" latoya boone provided the worst customer service. Literally said since we sat ourselves (which was not true) that we would need to either resolve with her or leave! She literally, crouched down and put her elbows on our table and proceeded to argue with me due to the rest of the hostess staff doing a very poor job. She continued to insult my husband and I - by the time our waiter came, he didn't know what to do - this manager and "director of operation" danielle schneske were more like kids on a playground. They both had absolutely no customer service and treated us very poorly. I would receive better customer service at mcdonalds. These employees either need to be demoted, retrained immediately, or terminated.
Trolling again, eh.
The manager said that I was not allowed to swear, he told my boyfriend to keep his voice down. Then they acted like children in a playground by saying don't swear. I said I am an adult and I can swear. They kicked us out. I said that I won't leave and they said they would call the police. My boyfriend said he does not care if she is a girl he will hit her. He hits me but says sorry.
a long planned night out ruined!
My wife and I had not gone out for dinner in such a long time because of many problems that recently come up with deaths in the family and well being of our great niece who we been taking care of for 5 years. So we went online to see if we could find a restaurant close to where we were going to be near my nieces gymnastics gym in Monmouth. When we looked so many of the local restaurants looked so good but many were so expensive and seemed to out of reach. It was my idea to go to outback steak house because overtime we've ate there in the last 5 years which was only twice but it was great! My wife insisted Longhorn steak house got better reviews and was better. We had to go early because we decided to take my niece with us and go to the Lakewood restaurant. We got there around 4:30pm. It seemed so dark in there was my first impression and I wandered why? I ordered the T-bone steak which our waitress said was real good instead of the NY strip which I usually order. Now I used to be a butcher so I really know my choices of meat and I was hoping even though it was a Tbone that it would have some filet to it and it did. My wife ordered the rib/ steak combo and my niece had wings. Also ordered appetizers and soup and salad. Everything started out great as far as the soup and appetizers but then we got to the main course and it looked great but a started to cut into it and even though I know there's usually a small layer of fat around some steaks some call it the trim. This steak had a least a half inch of fat around the steak plus I could tell it was the end cut because there was not so much at all filet on the other end but it was mostly fat also! It tasted great but I began to collect more and more fat until my wife became so mad she insisted to tell the waitress who we waited almost 15 mins before she even came back to ask if everything was ok! When I told her she asked if I wanted another steak and I ask if I could change to the NY strip? Well by the time I got my other steak my wife had found what she thought was a hair that turned out to be a buster brush hair that we never even told them about but when I finally got my steak I think the manager ask me if this looked alright and I said yes even though I hadn't tasted or cut into it. Plus believe it or not this was another end cut and once again I began to collect fat until I stopped and we had to leave. We brought our left avers home and the next day I opened the boxes with the left avers and noticed right off the bat another hair brush strand! I couldn't believe it but had to wander is this why it was so dark in this restaurant? Then now that I could see in day light I could see that this steak was definitely an end cut and I ate what was left putting aside the fat from the new steak. I have provided pictures of the hair brush strand and all the fat... I am deeply sorry to complain like this and I'm sure that Longhorns is probably a great steak house but between us just happened to have a bad day there and maybe the restaurant needing to maybe change a few standards things could change.
Thank you for letting me inform you of our time at Longhorns!
the longhorn restaurant at orlando airport
On Jan 29, 2018 I returned from a flight to Orlando and decided to have supper at the Longhorn where we always eat when we fly in or out of Orlando. When we left, I forgot to pick up my credit card on the table. I didn't notice it missing until the next morning. We called and talked to I think her name was Julie in the office and was told that they had my card there and that she would get it out to me the next morning. After a week no card in the mail so we called back to the office and was told that it still wasn't mailed because she was waiting on postage, so we called back today and was given to a assistant manager and he apologized and said that he would take care of it himself. Sorry I don't have his name. I have been greatly inconvenienced with the way this whole matter has been handled. It's bad enough that the mail in Florida takes forever but to wait 8 days before you mail something as important as a credit card is totally unbelievable, and that is if it gets mailed today. I would have driven back to the airport to get it but it's over a hour to do so and I was told not to worry that she would mail it to me. I would like
to know that this matter is corrected immediately. Thank You, Brad Hutchenrider 1023 Eagles Landing, Leesburg, FL 34748 ([protected]@comcast.net) PH [protected]
the waitress in the food
To LongHorn Steakhouse I took me and my kids there our waitress was very rude my kids got their food first there are only four and 5 they food came out first so they were like, making a mess with it the waitress told me I had to tip her because she had to clean up my table so I kind of felt it like she was being rude because I don't have to tip her but she said I did have to take her so she upset at me so much I just paid for my food and I left and I left my food on the table because I didn't feel comfortable eating there anymore
a horrible manager embarrassing us
My girlfriend and I were accosted by an extra large sized discourteous manager named Abby. She walked up to our table shouting about my service animal not being where the law stipulates . Mind you this was after we had eaten our appetizers and were about to dig in to our salads, and just before our entrees were to come. In addition to being rude and boisterous, Abby is terribly incompetent. She caused everyone in the dining room to feel uncomfortable. I don't understand how a manager can scream at a customer in the middle of their meal. What ever happened to good customer service? Another manager named Krisstina obviously felt badly for us, so she comped our meals, and we took them to go. We went home and ate our steaks cold. After this brute manager Abby shouted at and embarrassed us in front of the whole restaurant, she went into the back office and hid as the other, more capable manager was left to clean up her mess. There has to be something wrong with a person who is so rude and so nasty to others.
salty rib eye steaks and dry baked potatoes.
My wife and I visited Longhorn 5474 at 5220 S 76th St Greendale, WI on Saturday 1/20/2018. She ordered the ribeye and I the outlaw ribeye because at 6:10 was told they were out of prime rib. One baked potato with butter and sour cream, the other loaded, there was no butter on the potatoes, very dry. Our first bite of the steak was nothing but salt, complained to the waitress, she stated steaks are boldly seasoned. My response was it tastes as if some dumped the salt shaker on it. Waitress asked if I wanted to talk to the manager, said yes, waitress came back and said manger is busy and asked her if she told us steaks are boldly seasoned? Manager never came to talk with us, very unprofessional being in food industry, shouldn't you not want to take care of your customer's?
the entire experience
I first called to see if they had ribs, they said yes. Got there 30minutes later n manager Julia said the night b4 the cook burnt all the ribs. Next the server brought the appetizers BUT no plates AT ALL I had to go and ask n get them. Finally the steaks were ordered medium rare they came out raw raw raw - no matter were you cut it was gooey n had to be sent back. Overall I gave it a shot after being told there was no ribs after the fact. It was a horrible experience especially for my 85 year old mother in law. Receipt is attached because for $80 I should've been given food we could've actually eaten. The only reason I paid it was because I'm not a thief .
I have found many steakhouses undercook steak because it is much easier to cook it more than to start over.
service
I had the worst service ever from longhorns. I've been going to LH ever since it came to our area. My girls and two of my friends and I went to LH today for lunch. We asked to be seated at the large corner booth. We were greater by our waitress and when she asked if we wanted an appetizer, I remembered that I had one so I told the waitress yes and I had s couple but I have to find it. My daughter spoke up and said she had the coupon and when she pulled it, the waitress immediately said " it has to be the email". I had the email but I always take a screenshot because it's easier to find than the email. So she stood over me after taking our drink order while I looked for the email. I asked her if she would get our drinks while I look. When she came back with our drinks, my youngest daughter asked said she would like the kids chicken tenders and the server said " IT's ONLY for kids". I then said, I wasn't going to say anything but now I am. I said you are acting like a, and I paused, "you know what". I explained to her that she was rude and that we have never had this kind of treatment from any server at LH. We have always been able to show a screenshot of the coupon or give a paper copy. Which is not the actual email. We have also always ordered my daughter the kids chicken tenders because that's all she eats. She's not a big eater and only eats small portions. This server argued back to me and said I called her a name, which I didn't. I assume she filled in the blank because she knew she was wrong, my entire group said she was wrong and said if I wanted to leave it was ok. We got up and proceeded to the front door to see the server venting to the male host. I said we are leaving and she mouthed back at me, which is totally unprofessional. I at the end said she was a "b[censor]". I'm sorry for that but the server pushed me to my limit. The server said to the host "see she called me a b[censor] again". My friend told her no she didn't. She says to the server that I never called her a name at the table. I know this may seem petty. But I spend a lot of money at LH on a weekly basis and I've never been treated with this type of disrespect. If these are your policies then the Server should learn how to nicely explain their policy or have the manager explain. She came across with a sarcastic tone and to pop off on me, she clearly didn't want to serve us.
Sadly I do not remember the servers name but she was a blondish/brown haired girl Wearing a ponytail working on 1/19/18 at 11:30 to 12 noon ish timeframe.
