I purchased an set of washer and dryer on july 23, 2022. When I purcased these item we set a delivery date of july 27th and delivery hours 12:00pm - 4;pm. Had not recieved my items at 4:00 so I called and talked to appliance department where I purchased these from. They in formed me to call the delivery company and see where my items were. So I called the delivery service [protected]). They informed me that it will not be deliverd untill at least 6:00 pm. I had taken a day off from work to accommodate the delivery. I even recieved a phone call at 8:10am notifying me that my delivery will be between 12 -4pm. If I had known that the delivery wouldnt be here untill 6:pm I would not have taken a day of my vacation. Being upset when I heard this from your delivery service I called back to the lowes where I purchased the washer and dryer set. Talked to a manager mathew fonges. He told me that he was sorry and since lowes uses a third party delivery service there is nothing he can do. Well there is some thing you can do and that is to pay me for my time I took off of work for nothing. I believe that there is a problem with your delivery service. Lowes has the responibility to make sure that what they say in a sale is to keep their word. If you as a business cant keep your word I will keep mine. I will not buy from lowes ever again. And I spend a lot of money there. Ii would appreciate a response from this letter.

Desired outcome: 15% of my bill.

i purchase a stove in store, the sales person was knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He put my order in right a way my stove was delivered and set up the next day. never gotten service like that. I feel i was blessed. The delivery guys was professional and customer service oriented did not scratch walls bringing in new product or taking the old product out. That happen to me with another company. I am satisfied and love my Samsung stove.

OMG! Buying a refrigerator from Lowes has been nothing short of a disaster! They use the company Riverstone to do deliveries and so called repairs. Day one of delivery they couldn’t get the big truck down my driveway. The dude was rude and said he would leave the fridge at the top of drive! Then I got in an argument with him and his supervisor who was on his phone. I drove up because they said they’d put it in my pickup and we’d all drive down. I got within inches of my steps and he wouldn’t lift it off. So I drive them back up. Another set of guys came out a few days later with a smaller truck. They unpacked it, proceeded to bring it in, I offered to hold the screen door open and drape a towel on the side to prevent scratches. Once they got it in the exposed side had two big scratches. Doors had to be reversed to open correctly and I asked him if he does many changes on fridge doors and he said no. So now when I close the freezer door the fridge door pops open! Also, at the last six inches of closing, fridge door it stops.

Two more guys came out today to “fix” it and said the other guy broke it and put in an order for another warranty fridge!

I have never witnessed so much incompetence in my life. I will never buy appliances at Lowes, they have ruined their reputation by hiring a second party to deliver and repair, both which these yodels no nothing about! Disgraceful and frustrating beyond belief!

Our old refrigerator died 12/23 when the power went out for a couple hours. This was Christmas weekend and we didn’t shop for the next refrigerator until Monday 12/26. Went to Lowes because they advertised they could deliver it to our home by 12/28. The refrigerator did arrive that day, but when it was unwrapped the delivery men showed us two significant dings in a front door, and they didn’t even take it off the truck, told us we should not accept it. They took pictures and told us they’d submit them immediately. I called customer support who said someone would call us next day and the new refrigerator should come by Friday 12/30. 12/29 I called again for a status, and was told they’d escalate our case to higher management. Friday, 12/30 I still hadn’t been called, so I called customer service again. Spent 45 minutes on hold. Chris said he’d call the loading dock at get back to me, but never did! Called again at 3pm and Lois transferred me to the loading dock where I sat for 53 minutes with no one picking up. Finally, later that day I called the store and Brendan offered to email the loading dock to get a status. He CCed me. It wasn’t until Saturday morning that Deja from the loading dock called me to explain that the delay was because my account said two things, (1) that the refrigerator had been delivered and that I wanted to return it, and (2) that it had been returned. Not sure why that didn’t prompt a phone call to me, why they ignored it. I know they’re busy, but I’d explained several times that we were without a refrigerator and our need was urgent. Deja, however, did tell me a refrigerator would be delivered the next day, 1/1. So disappointed with the impersonal, big box store customer feel. Some customer support people were quite pleasant, but generally ineffective. And not once did someone offer to compensate us in any way, to reduce the price, to hire a smaller truck/crew to deliver the refrigerator, to make things right. As I speak, the new refrigerator is being delivered, the old one being pushed out the front door. Fingers crossed, our long-awaited, new refrigerator will be humming, cooling, in just a few minutes…

Yep, they said they would deliver my refrigerator on Sunday, but the didn’t, no explanation from n why. Then they said Tuesday, but didn’t because the weather was bad, now it’s supposed to be Thursday(tomorrow) We shall see. The last time im buying anything from Lowes!

I ordered a $1300 + dishwasher and it came damaged. I didn’t notice it until the man I had installing it noticed after it was installed. Called Lowe’s and they said that it had to be uninstalled and left in the garage and would not pay for the install. They sent me another one and it was damaged worse. Again I called Lowe’s who had me call the delivery service. I told them I was very angry that this should not happen twice and I should not have to pay for the second install. She told to to discuss with the delivery person when they call back to discuss compensation. So I am waiting for the third time for a dishwasher that has been charged to my account twice! I’m more than angry and will never buy an appliance from Lowe’s again.

Purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher and Lowe’s sent me a 4 hour window for delivery 3-7 pm. I waited until 6:45pm to call the store and asked what happened and they said that my delivery was NEVER routed, however, I had a window texted to me. That was the first delivery attempt. I am now on the SECOND delivery that was scheduled between 3-7pm and I received a call from the store claiming the delivery truck dropped it off at the store at noon claiming I said that I wasn’t going to be there and they wanted to come early. No one called me to ask and I was waiting ALL DAY for them. ALL LIES. This is the LAST PURCHASE I will make at LOWES! I have lost TWO days waiting for the purchase. UNBELIEVABLE. You’ve lost a life long customer! This is the LAST TIME!
