I purchased a fence order (paid in full) in July of 2022 and the fence got installed in September of 2022. The fence installation had several defects, and I reported these defects to the Lowe's store #0272 that did the installation. I have called several times to the installation store, and I also have visited the store multiple times to try and get these defect remedied. My last contact with the installation store was on 10/09/23 with sales rep (Jessica) and I was told then that the installation team is not available.
After going around and around with several different sales reps for 7 months since April of 2023. I would like some type of compensation or a discount from my initial purchase back in July of 2022. Please advise at the soonest of when repairs can be done. I have turned in pictures to the installation store of the defected areas on the fence. I am not a happy camper with the way that the Lowe's store #0272 have treated me, after I spent roughly $5300 dollars for a fence installation that desperately needs MAJOR REPAIRS!
