Manager James (#2512818) refused to give a refund for the difference in price. Originally purchased the following on August 20th (Order #: 474452074)
1. Electric Range - Item #1857692 Model #GCRE3060AF - $821.45
2. Dishwasher - Item #2593012 Model #FDSH450LAF - $549.00
3. Refrigerator - Item #4882711 Model #GRFS2853AF - $1826.55
I explained to Manager James that on the Lowes Website, I can repurchase the same appliances at a lower price at the same Richardson store. As of September 13th, those prices are:
1. Electric Range - Item #1857692 Model #GCRE3060AF - $819.76
2. Dishwasher - Item #2593012 Model #FDSH450LAF - $455.14
3. Refrigerator - Item #4882711 Model #GRFS2853AF - $1775.98
Manager James said he cannot verify that pricing, as on their website the price does not match what I see on my end. I informed him that I can repurchase the appliances and give him the new order # so he can verify the prices and he said he still would not be able to verify the pricing. And that my only option was to have the appliances picked up from the home and returned AND then we repurchase the appliances for a new delivery to be granted the lower price.
Desired outcome: I want the $146.12 difference in price refunded to us.
