9-10-23 Got a new fridge delivered on 9-11-23. I was told the ice maker plug was old and the person told me to call a plumber, I got a plumber the next day and in about 5 seconds he had the plug to the ice maker turned off. So the plumber turned the plug and turned water off on the ice maker and I paid the plumber service call. I called back for set up on the new fridge as it was left in garage. They came back 9-13-23 and set it up, but did not put all the shelves in door but that part was ok. The 2 men spoke no english and could not understand me much either. He kept asking for a 3 prong and showed me one and I just shook my head and took him to the garage where I had a lot of extension cords as I really did not understand, He took one of them and rigged it up on back of fridge. Had electrition come today and he fixed the back of fridge and said guy has rigged it to work. So I had that fixed. Went to Lowes in Mooresville to talk to them. The guy name was Mark told me very little and told me to go to cell phone and it would translate as he not really listen to me. I am 72 and cannot do electronics much. Emma Roberson
