signed contract to getting siding installed on my house through lowes on april 26, 2023 as of october 16 2023 still no siding wrong material ordered several times, no communication fro lowes or contractor in regaurds to when this is going to be done. was told corprate was going to call me to try to settle this but no call from them. i need to talk to someone in regards to this. i am also sending an email to customer service email address to send over the 3 pages of complaints and dates of all incidents and pictures. spent over 30,000 dollars for siding and 15,000 on a porch both which are not done. there was a huge mess left in my yard i had to clean up, well try to organize, still have stuff in my backyard on the back porch we havent been able to use and a hang out are in the front we cant use do to material being there. also a dumpster for almost a month and half leaking rusty water onto my drive way that wont come up, and a large hole under my roof still not repaired after lowes installed my new door and cut into my roof beams which was the first step of the project. we have been very patient for the last 6 months but we are beyond upset and annoyed with this project. very unprofessional. my phone number is [protected], my name is art midili, im dealing with lowes in marlboro, nj. i really hope we can resolve this on going issue finally, thankyou
