I bought a Samsung handset in early February/late January, returned the phone for repairs (Software problem) around April and fetched it after I was told that it has been fixed.
Phone was still doing the same thing after being "fixed" and I had to return it again so that the store may resolve. I returned the phone and after a month or so with them "fixing" it, still the phone returned the same.
They collected the phone last month and now they don't want to refund me, I am being sent to different people and they all promise to get back to me but nothing has been done.
