Я много лет уже с Pulse Telecom, но вчера неожиданно пришел счет от Maple Call. Я не заключала никакой контракт с этой компанией. Представительница от них звонила и предлагала записать их коды по которым я могу звонить в другие страны. Но я отказалась от них. сказала, что я остаюсь со своей компанией. Теперь я получила счет, и в нём куча fees непонятно за что. С Pulse Telecom я никогда не платила экстра фи. Нет возможности дозвонится в Maple Call...вот уже как минут 30 на телефоне и продвинулась с 21ой звонящей до 17...
Даже не знаю как отказаться от такого сервиса? Ни вэбсайта...ни нормального физического адреса...ни нормального сервиса...
Я не хочу иметь такого провайдера! (
Long distance calls
I am starting to worry about my credit score ...Same kind of invoice received today. Its very strange, looks like a scam. I have an account number on the invoice, but I can't login in their website with that account number. i would like to cancel but how? Noone picks up the phone ... and there is no fax number to have my termination letter to them and have a proof!

long distance phone provider
Just received an overly inflated invoice for phone service from the above company. I don't have any business relation with this entity that I know of, nor have I given them any permission to use my personal nor financial information. The actual phone fees are CAD 0.60 and the "Other Fees" amount to CAD 8.16 plus taxes.
I am appalled at receiving such an outrageous invoice. No website is provided. The toll free number is answered by a machine giving you two options, sales or service. However, then either option announces: We are your new long distance provider, because your other provider is out of business. If you call regarding your invoice, due to high volume and long waiting times, please call ANOTHER day.
As a matter of fact the NECC Telecom website is down, no access to previous account possible. I have seen here numerous other complaints.

We have received an invoice for this company. They claim to be our new long distance service provider, however we did not sign up for their service nor did we agree with their charges. After online searches we found out our long distance service provider NECC Telecom went bankrupt and Maple Call Inc. bought their business. The invoice received from maple Calls Inc. contains charges we did not agree with and we did not have with our previous provider NECC. We do not agree with those charges and we would've never agreed if we've known in advance. We were not advised about this change nor asked if we agree to continue service with Maple Call as out long distance provider. We tried to contact Maple Inc. by phone as this is the only contact info listed on the invoice. We have tried for days, it is impossible to contact them. Every time we call, the automated system says we are no. 19, or 39 or 49 on the list. We waited on average of 1.5 hours on the phone and when we've got to no. 1 the automated system says there is no one to take our call and it disconnects. One time we've got a voice mail system saying that we can't leave a message because the mail is full. Another issue with our billing is that they mention automatic payment from our credit card, which we did not agree with. Not sure where they've got our credit card number from, as we did not sign up for automatic payment with this company. We have stopped using the numbers we had for long distance service and we want to cancel any service or relation with Maple Call Inc. Also, we do not want to pay for their extra charges and fees we did not agree with.

On January 26th, I got a call from Maple Inc. saying that they were thrilled to have me as their new client. Right away, I called them back and they informed me that my old long distance phone company was out of business. Right away, I told them that I didn't not want anything to do with them and that I was not giving any consent to them to be my new long distance provider. And as of January 27th, I already had a new long distance phone call provider. Today, February 18th 2019, I received a bill saying that I owed 16.11$ due for February 14th even though I had given absolutely no permission (I had made that statement extremely clear) to be my long distance provider. I have a recording of my conversation with one of their "agents" on February 18th.
After some research, I also found out that the supposed owner of this company in "Ontario, Toronto" was located in Ukraine and on their "official site" the location provided is "United States".
I will NOT be paying anything. An absolute scam.

I received a bill from this company along with a couple of automated messages informing that the previous provider went out of business and they replaced it.
Trying several times to call back on different weekdays and times, I only got automated voice message that due to high call volume I should call back at a later time!- alert for being a scam!
When calling the previous provider's number, there is a message that they went out of business. Will miss their prompt service for sure. As for this maple call company, they don't seem to have any customer service at all!" so, even if it is not a scam they have a very poor service, actually none. I need to make sure I cancel my contract with them, if any real one do exists. Note that on their bill they have monthly recurring charges too.

I receveid a bill from Maple Call in wich I have to pay for something that I never used, because I don't know who they are and for what I had to pay. There is 2 days that I try to call them but every time the robot say that my time is precious and because of the long time for wainting to speak with someone is better to call another day and is endind the call. I want to know who Maple Call is and how they can asking you money if you're never talking with them, if you are not sign an contract with them. And the strange thing is that I had to pay the bill till 14 .02.2019 and I receveid the bill in 16.02.2019.
I was a Pulse Telecom customer and now it looks that Maple Call overtook Pulse Telecom, I haven't done any long distance call for at least 6 months and now I'm getting a bill from Maple Call without any details of my 'alleged' phone calls ! When I got the bill the deadline for payment was already past due ! I am infuriated with their intimidation and I will file a complaint against this dishonest scam at https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/fr/ and I ask everybody to do the same.

I was with Necc call for my international calls in Romania. I got a bill from a new company- Maple Call- they are charging me fees that I never agreed to pay! I'm trying to call and they never answer! I want to cancel with them and I cannot as they won't answer! I received in late January a call from the Maple Call Inc announcing that they have bought Necc telecom and the plan I had before with Necc rests unchanged.
I received on the 15th of February 2019, an invoice for 2 month, released on January the 21st, for a total of 1600 minutes and an amount of 126.86 CAD
1. It is impossible to take 3 weeks for a letter to get from Toronto to QC.
2. My last payment to Necc has been made on December the 21st, 2018.
3. The invoice covers 2 months and thus it appears that the minutes I'm entitled of were exceeded.
4. I do not have access at my account on your site, so I cannot know my consumption. In these conditions Maple call cannot ask any supplementary payment, nor extra charges, taxes, surcharges. I have never payed any fees before with Necc.
5. Anyway, if the situation is not corrected I shall address to the court.

Extremely poor customer service if you actually lucky to connect with a live person. I talked to Martin that was absolutely not educated in customer service skills -it was just a waste of time!
I was billed for something I never authorized and I am billed for their very poor system. I made 55 attempt calls in Dec. in total but had only 4 telephone conversations. The other 51 calls were less than a minute because this telephone system is so crappy. I asked to be credited for all the attempted calls and talk to the supervisor but Martin could not tell me when and if someone is going to call me at all.

Please note I have got an invoice (Invoice #[protected]) from Maple Call Inc. I have never received a request not gave my consent to do business with this company.
I tried to call at the number provided on the invoice, however there is only an automatic voice message that advises that due to a high number of calls, there is no one to answer the call is ended.
I would like to get these charges waved as well as delete my information, name, address, since they do not have my consent.

I received a bill today from Maple Call inc.
I have been a customer of NECC long time ago and I have never use this Maple Call inc service. I even didn't know it existed such a company. Even NECC I haven't use their services in more than 2 years. I have NO contract signed whatsoever with this so called Maple Call inc. Its stupid, that without using any service or without talking or signing an agreement, some shady company sends you a bill and the funny thing is that there is NO explanation of me using the service.

I just received an statement for the company MapleCall (invoice number [protected] / 02-0-2019)saying that I owe for this company $9.18 $.
I have not used for a very long time longdistance call and I don't undestend how can do that?
Of course I do not pay, but I do not want to make a bad credit because I did not pay this bill.
I tried to talk to someone and this is impossible. Please help us. What should we do?

Never ever had a contract agreement with Maple Call Inc
Just received a bill from Maple Call Inc for $9.18 for a serviuce I did not sign for. I have been a customer of NECC Telecom but did not used their service in more than a year.
The bill has no taxes accounts, has no phone numbre for where the service is rendered but is charging $7.98 month (plus tax) for not even using them.
The CRTC should take them to court for illegally posing as a service provider for people that did not requested their service.
The customer serevice number listed on the bill it is not available, this is a scammer company.
Long distance phone call
I don't know who is this company. I just received an invoice for December 2018 and January 2019. A had an agreement - contract with PulsTelecom Canada for long distance phone call. I tried to call Maple Call but no answer. The phone is busy all the time! My last bill is $55.19 I don't understand why I have to pay Other fees $14.75 They charge Carrier fee Recovery, International Discount, and Operational change. It is ridiculous! I don't want to pay this invoice. I did not sign any contract with Maple Call. It is happening again. 2-3 years ago, was the same thing. PulsTelecom Canada sold our information to another company.

I was a client of Pulse telecom, service that I have stoped using in August 2018. Now I received a bill in value of 9.18 from a company MappleCall for other fees and taxes. I did not agrered to change or to use any another long distance phone service company .I do not want to use this company nor to pay the bill. Hello,
I have been for longtime a client of NECC telecom. I was using their long distances services. I found out by chance, only a few days ago, that NECC telecom was out of business. I called Maple Call during their business hours but there is only a robot announcing the hours of operation, but no one picks up. I received yesterday (Feb. 14, 2019) an invoice for 2 months in the amount of $68.11. I understand that the invoice is for 2 months, however my previous monthly fee was $10.00 +tax. There are other fees in the amount of $15.17, that are new and never made before. The invoice states that it has to be paid until February 14, 2019 otherwise late charges may apply. I received the invoice on February 14 and never for a minute was aware of the fees. I am trying since yesterday to contact them. It seems almost impossible. The automatic message states to call on other day due to high volume of calls.
It looks that I have no other choice then to pay without asking questions, otherwise I will be penalized with late fees. Another question, how I will unsubscribe from them.

Interesant este ca este vorba de NECC si PULSE care au fost in competitie si care si-au mai furat acum cativa ani clientela ( fraudind baza de date ).
Deci, parerea mea este ca este un scam urat si daca imbarcam platind cu cec sau din cont direct, dovedim ca acceptam ce ne imputa ca factura.
Mie mi-a trimis o factura din decembrie plina in februarie, care era deja achitata companiei cu care eram ( eram pe un credit oferit de ei de 50$ din luna iulie 2018 ).
Deci e limpede ca au folosit baza de date si au facturat cum au vrut si ce au vrut.
Trebuie depusa plangere oficiala la Serviciul de Frauda canadian ( Report fraud in Canada )

I did not use necc for long distance calls, for approximately over a year.
I received an invoice of $9.02 from a company called maple call inc. - which I never heard of nor used.
— the bill shows I used their service from 12/21/2018 to 01/21/2019 & it shows 2 amounts of $4.99 & $2.99 on 2 lines with the same dates, + hst $1.04.
I googled maple call inc. & apparently they purchased necc telecom and other people have been receiving same invoices when they did not use the service.
I tried calling their customer service tel# 1-877-974-7494 a few times & the automated voice says that "due to high call volumes, please call another day" & the call gets disconnected.
This is a fraud company for sure & they don't have a website either.
I have also filed complaints about this with the anti fraud center, ccts and crtc.
I would highly encourage everyone who received these phoney invoices to file their complains with the above authorities as well, so that you have proof if you receive a collections call/letter.

Suddenly I received the invoice from Maple Call requesting payment for the services of unknown origin. It looks like my personal information has been sold to the Maple Call, which is trying to scam people of money. There is a huge number of complaints from people like me receiving these invoices, as a unwelcoming surprise.

This is outrageous how this company got my address name and track of my calls, this is invasion of the privacy and privacy protection board should look into it with. What they are doing it's totally illegal and inappropriate.
I emailed the company to waive the charges and remove me from the list but I also want to complain for someone to look close into this company as their practises are totally illegal and you appropriate
