You advertised that Marlboro Gold beyond will be in new packaging, this is now blue and does not taste the same. I am so dissapointed because it took me a long time to find a cigarette that was affordable and enjoyable as I smoked Dnnhil Menthol before. Now MGB is blue...very dissapointing. Kindly please advise?

I have purchased a 20 box of Marlboro Green and they are most certainly not Menthol cigarettes.
I wish to send them back directly to you to resolve the issue. To be frank they are of poor quality and not what I expect from a high end brand.

This is my second time purchasing a box of malboro gold beyond, and once again the packaging is misleading and is in fact malboro beyond blue. From a branding perspective this is false advertising and false branding. This is so detrimental because I will stop purchasing a brand that lies about their services.

I was at a Race Trac today, I was informed that Marlboro was discontinuing this brand.
Is this a true fact?

One of the cigarettes in my pack completely fell away from the filter when I drew it out of the pack. These cigarettes cost $26.50 in New Zealand and I felt ripped off. I expect replacement please.

I purchased a pack of marlboro beyond red cigarettes on Saturday the 6 May 2017 from a local tuckshop in Durban kzn. When I opened the pack my cousin and i lit two cigarettes and realized that the goods were damaged the two cigarretes that are damaged won't even lite.

This is the second cigarette packet I opened and there was one that didn't have a switch in the new label...didn't smoke nice at all...not cool guys...had to throw it away...

There are many stores throughout Kentucky that although they sell your product they refuse to take your coupons

Hi there. I just purchased a packet of Marlboro red beyond, as I was taking a drag the cigarette came alight and actually burnt my finger. This was the first time I experienced anything like that.

I've have been buying Red Beyond for 2 years now and never had a problem.
Last 3 packets I have bought have had a minimum of 2 smokes that are damaged( holes) and 1 with no menthol bubble to pop.

If possible could you please look into the problems in the future.

I pulled a black covered ciggarette out of my pack of marlboro 27 shorts.

Bought a carton of Marlboro menthol 100's in California and the whole entire carton is stale.

One of the Cigarettes had double wrapping.
Wrapping was joint

I opened a brand new pack of ciggartes and 4 of them where double wrapped in the filter area. Was not able to use or smoke and had to throw away. Spent $6.50 on the pack and was unable to use a few of them. It's outrageous.

I was smoking a cigarette and something popped out the cigarette and burned my eye lid.

Over the last couple of months I have bought numerous packets of of cigarettes with NO iceballs. This is the only reason I buy these

I opened a pack of ciggaretes and part of the paper was gone off the butt of the ciggarete it was only one ciggarete and it was in the back of the pack I'm very concerned about the rest of the ciggaretes.

I bought a carton of Marlboro cigarettes at a Marathon gas station and litterally even pack out of that carton were discolored like they had gotten wet. So now I'm out $60.00 ...is there any way that we can fix this issue. I have smoked Marlboro for 16 years and have never had this issue before.

All of my cigarettes in the last 3 packs when I get to the end of it the cherry falls off. Burnt a shirt my finger and carpet. Really unsafe.

Hi, I really enjoy your cigarettes however opening a pack of Marlboro filter is hard! When I pull on the seal the bottom half of the plastic cover comes off, the top stays on and take me a lot of time to remove it.

For the past couple weeks, every pack I open has a huge rip in atleast one cigarette. The packaging is in perfect shape. It is getting ridiculous. I smoke over a pack a day and these busted cigarettes are adding up. It's added up to a pack and a half of busted cigarettes.

I pay £9.60 for that! You are such a big company and it's a big mistake!

I cant even smoke my cigs. Poorly made. Filters are all torn and they are dirty.
