McCarthy Volkswagen review: Gezina car dealership

December last year I was looking to buy car ,so one of the sales person at gezina sent a link to check the I was desiring to buy,then I saw blue polo 7 Rline was going for R320 000 ,mileage 58000km ,the was at pine Town,the sales man at Gezina aid i should pay deposit to secure the car,they will arrange sort everything for me ,then I paid 80k deposit it was Friday 8 December 2023,then the following week I paid the remaining balance R240k then after I paid the full amount they said the vehicle is sold to someone , I was about to go home for holidays(limpopo),they said they will lend me a Clio whilst they search for another polo for me ,I said okay ,then I went home driving Thier Clio then after a week I got call saying they got another car for me same polo but different colour mileage 94000km ,I must add R30k bla bla ,i qdded R30k so total amount was R350k ,then they delivered car on 31st of December,I drove car for a week I could here/see many problems about the car light popping up,vibration on front tires,Rlines badges were falling ,car was not services ,then i traveled back to gauteng then I took the car to them for service and other maintenance,the car stayed with them for 2 weeks ,but still nothing change I drove the car for 3 weeks I took it back still nothing changed,I took the car back again before Easter , I told the manager about my the car problem why are they failing to fix the car ,bought it cash, I told them I did inspection ,the car is not accident free , it has been repainted ,the left mirror vibrates,the manager agreed to find me another car after Easter,-I can use the car for Easter holidays,-I agreed but after easter I called he said the branch is closed there's nothing he can do I should contact the sales person who assisted me who now works at vw Arcadia, eix I'm too stressed this car has been giving sleepless ights I'm scared to drive it now ,I need assistance,I'm depressed I paid lot of money ,sometimes I have to travel 2 to 3 times a month a to see my 2 months old babe ,but is not easy for ,them I went to vw woonderboom on Monday(08 April 2024) they did evaluation on my car yoo so many problems on the car, I need another car or deal to be cancel I can't drive a car which is not safe the bumper I loose ,gear box leaks olis ,ot accident free
