unethical behaviour from a manager
It was midnight on Sat 21-01-17 at 12.01am. I used the drive-thru at Caloundra, Bullcock St. to order 3 frozen slurpees of each flavour. After waiting for approx 2mins at the silent speaker box I thought the restaurant was closed so I proceeded to the payment window. As I was waiting for service I noticed the neon sign advertising open 24hrs. I continued to wait another few minutes, still wondering if they were open for service? Then a staff member appeared with the cash till in her hands and a look on her face that could kill. I waited patiently while she placed the till in the register. She then unlocked and slammed the window open and said rudely that I can only order if I have cash as the tills were down and no cards will be accepted. I replied that I have $3 for mixed slurpees as she ignorantly turned away from me and said she has to go get the calculator. Then a lovely young girl took over and asked what happened. I told her and she apologised for the managers poor service. On collection of my order the manager rudely said there is only 2 flavours available. I made my choice as she rolled her eyes at my request. It was an effort for her to serve me and then she gave me a wrong order. I was too scared to complain about it so I asked her if she is the manager. 'Yeeahhh' was the rude reply as she turned away from me so I yelled from my car window that her service was horrible. I returned later that morning approx 11am to order a tall caramel latte. It was the worst latte I've tasted, the coffee was burnt, the milk smelled off and there was way too much flavour overpowering. It was extremely hot and it burnt my mouth (I still have blisters now) I found the managers service absolutely appalling! I'd like a written apology from her personally and a refund on the latte that burnt my mouth and was undrinkable. I will never return to that restaurant. But on a bright note I will vote McDonalds at Kuluin number one for outstanding service and quality of the menu every time. Thank you
slow service
Why are all McDonalds service so slow when the food is precooked? Every time it takes forever to get your order. Personally, the only thing that I even like there is the sausage biscuit. The hamburgers taste like cardboard and the fries are never crisp and always wimpy. My daughter likes to go there and the last two times our order was screwed up. I stopped at a store on 1/20/17. Went in and ordered a sausage biscuit to go. There was one customer inside and two in the drive thru. It took 17 minutes to get my order.

I'd bought a Sausage Egg Muffin on 20/1/2017 at Ulu Kelang McDonald. Invoice [protected] at 10:08am. The Muffin is found scorched after I opened it at office! What a disappointed and ridiculous breakfast that I ever had in my life! I'll posted the pictures on my Facebook to tell all my friends not going to McDonald again! I've to post this to public because this charred Muffin will lead to Cancer after eaten! I've support McDonald for more than 20 years, and this is the serious Muffin I ever had in my life!
poor service
I am finally writing about the poor, slow service that continues at the McDonald's on Reading Rd. in Ephrata, PA. It has always been the slowest (painfully so) worst customer service of any McDonald's I've ever been to. It burned down and they rebuilt so the community had high hopes for it. It is now slower than ever (isn't there a way for the corporation to know this?) and on Monday, January 16, an incident put me over the edge and I wanted to share. I had a screaming baby in the back seat. It was exactly 11am and my dad and I were literally excited to see that the drive through had no line which meant fast service, right? We couldn't have been more wrong. We ordered a big mac meal. That's it. We paid and waited at the next window. 6 cars pulled behind us. No one came to our window to give us food but in my rear view mirror noticed that people were being served through the first window and driving out around us! Someone finally came to the window and said, "I know you are here...I don't kknow what is taking so long." And left! I put the car in park and turned it off and walked back to the first window. And waited as the person took orders from other cars. About 5 minutes later, the lady at the second window finally called to me to get back in my car, my order was ready. No apology. No explanation. I stared at her waiting for something. Anything. I asked her why everyone behind me was being served and driving around us. She said she didn't know and she shut the window and stared me down all the while mouthing something to me but I don't know what although I could tell she was telling me off. I drove off. How about, "sorry for the wait, here is a $5 gift card"? or, "here's your money back, I do apologize." The McDonald's there is known in the community for being the worst around. Maybe no one cares but I just wanted to share.
app coupons for deals
I was so excited to get an app for McDonald's food! Until I tried to use a deal. I was told it had been already used! Say what? This is my very first time using this deal. I am disappointed that today I couldn't get my deal so I erased the app and won't be using it. Today is January 17th 2017.
I would like to see a more legit coupon on your apps. I understand you cannot use them more than once but I had never used this ever so I need to know what did I do wrong?
sausage mcmuffin
When I go through the drive-thru I always get a sausage mcmuffin sub bacon. However there are 2 employees that say this can not be substituted because it is not cost efficient. All other employees make the change and go on. The mcmuffin is $1.29 but the 2 employees want to charge me $2.79 for an egg mcmuffin. This is ridiculous to think that a sausage patty is that much cheaper than ONE thin microwave strip of bacon! I don't need and egg and I feel that I shouldn't be paying for egg when I'm just going to ask for it to be removed. I feel they need to accept the substitution and go on. They also all need to be on the same page as far as if it can be done or not. I frequent the drive-thru 5 out of 7 mornings and feel this is not good customer service. I find it unbelievable that there have been two main parking lot lights out for at least the past 3 months. (There are only 3 total) The parking lot is DARK after sunset and with the ice covered lot the past two days it is extremely difficult for customers to navigate in lot.
This McDonalds Building envelope is very degraded and neglected. The doors are all scratched up, the roof and HVAC systems are not well maintained including a wooden barrier fence that is falling over and is almost laying on its side. The floors always have a layer of grease on them to the point of being very slick to walk on. Also the side walk that crosses the driveway when entering parking lot is so fragmented that it resembles cobble stone.
In addition, after several requests to tell employees not to use our building steps for smoke breaks I am constantly picking up butts at the bottom of the stairs as new employees are not informed.
The Drive-thru runs adjacent to the building I manage and customers will throw garbage and Cigarettes on to our property and rarely does staff pick up debris and butts along this area.
I have been Maintenance/ Manager for the building next to this McDonalds the over ten years and find it very discouraging that this franchise has such blatant infrastructure deficiencies and management issues that continue to persist. I have witnessed first hand the gradual decline of this franchise in all aspects. At the very least please repair the parking lot overhead lighting.
I refuse to eat at this McDonalds any more as just walking in the door I am disgusted.
And I really should mention that the Ketchup dispenser has not worked for over 5 years? You have to pull up on the handle in order for it to pump! The very last time I went there the broken dispenser was gone and I had to use the stupid packets. That was the last straw. (excuse the pun)
Perhaps you should consider tearing this outdated structure down and start over west or south of town as McDonalds does not belong on our Cities Historical Main Street.
a large latte with 1/3 of foam
At 14/1/2017 around 9pm, I was having a drink with friend and ordered a large latte from Mc cafe in Mc Donald's Seremban Forest Height. Its full of foam and the taste was so terrible. After i drank few sip my stomach start having gassy feeling. I have written opinion over the website but till now no any response or email. Please have a better well trained coffee maker and don't simple hire part timer to entertain consumer by providing such "foam latte". For Mc Donald's Malaysia management, please find below photo and would you mind to have a taste?
poor customer service and food poisoning
My daughter and a friend went to the drive up ordered two sandwiches the attendant working grew impatient and told them hurry with their order, looking in her rear view mirror; there was nobody behind them. Their visit was around midnight. She asked for the staff members name and he said it was Jason. They asked for the managers name and were not given that, the two behind the counter laughed when they asked for that.
Now the next morning the two kids are both violently ill with stomach craps diarrhea and vomiting. They either were subject to food tampering or food poisoning.
The behavior of the staff should never be an issue, this is not the behavior I would tolerate with my staff. I expect an investigation into this. The food poisoning should be recorded with the DuPage county health department

The management and staff at this location are not friendly or service oriented. They will just stair at you at the counter without even saying may I help you. I also go to the MacDonald's location on Saginaw Blvd, about 3 miles away. The contrast in attitude to the customer is unbelievable. I recommend taking the entire staff at the Lake Worth Store and retaining them in friendly customer service. I believe the poor attitude towards customers stems from the top management at the Lake Worth location. also I might add that the waiting time for an order to be completed is horrible. please have someone from your corporate staff look into this situation. On January 3rd, 2017 at about 7 a.m. at ewa beach Mcdonalds 11077, had a door locked and closed with no sign letting people know to go through the other door, which elderly people and disabled people could have gotten hurt from the pressure washing from the side entrance with no warning or sign, all the customers was letting the employees and the managers know that they should post a sign for safety reasons for the customers, we had gotten yelled at from some of the staff and they had refused to hear our safety concern, they have managers that don't belong being managers at this store and workers that should not interfere or bother the customers while they are working and yelling at customers because they don't like the person. your employees should be working and not sit down with customers and not complain about the other employees or managers, because a few of them have worked their for along time does not make it right for them to do such things it is unprofessional and makes the store look bad, these people need proper training and to resolve their issues privately. your employees on the floor are arguing and calling each other names has caused to paid customers very uncomfortable, which this has been addressed before but to no resolution. I will have to call the better business bureau if this prolongs. I go their to visit friends and family. Their has also been truancies from students in the intermediate and high that comes in and no one from management says anything to them and disrupts the elderly and disabled to be able to enjoy their food, further more their has been undercooked fries and very bad salads from vegetables are brown and too much high prices for very little to eat. the food service is not very good. And it is not right for employees to speak filipino, behind any ones back while they are working they need to speak in English, it is very rude in America and Hawaii for people to do so. If this prolongs the better business bureau will be contacted immediately.
horrible tasting broccoli cheese soup
Please bring back your original Broccoli and cheese soup. The new recipe is absolutely VILE! I was unable to eat this and had to through this in the garbage. I contacted the local store and was informed that they had no control over what is ordered and so I am filing my complaint here.
I figured while I was sending this I would also state I really miss your Chicken fajitas'. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider bringing this back to your everyday menu.
wrong order
I went to macdonald's one morning to get a bac egg cheese mcgrill combo, however when I got back to work it was a sausage biscuit. Really. The fact that I was not able to return the meal I lost out on money and a combo. This information happen on jan 4, 2017 and I have the receipt to prove that I brought the combo. Several days ago about 4 p/m I was traveling in freeport, texas and on hwy 288 brazosport blvd I went through the drive through. The line was extremely long all through parking lot around building to the windows. The line never moved but several cars for 25 minutes. I am a diabetic so I wanted a drink and food as I was needing sugar for my weakness. Anyway about 40 minutes past but I did move in line as three cars drove off due to wait. Still I stayed got up to order speaker ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal, one large dr pepper one bacon egg cheese and 2 apple pies. So I get to window to pay and the girl ask my order again and I told her. I drove to the other window and the girl ask me for a receipt as she need to enter my order and told me to drive up to holding area in front of line. About 1 hour honestly passed so I got my cell phone told the manager I was waiting. They came out with my sack of food leaving quickly an I looked in the sack finding the apple pies were missing. I also noticed the sausage egg mcmuffin was a egg and sausage was missing. I called back one more time and the girl brought me my egg mcmuffin and the sausage was there but not the egg. The girl said I am sorry and I will give you couple of cookies as the apple pies were not put in oven. I thought this was just impossible. One hour had to go. Told the girl who came out last showed her problems and she said I am sorry. I never complain as employees make mistakes, , , but lots of customers drove off mad at service. I called for mcdelivery and ordered chicken prosperity burger but the box wrote chicken prosperity burger but when I open it, the burger wrap with the cover wrote daging lembu beef... I cant eat beef in my religion! I need to consider it as beef or chicken? It is my lunch... I have nothing to eat now because I not dare to eat. It costs me rm11.95 gawdddd

bug in my coffee
I was on my way to work and bought a take out coffee from McDonalds. While I was drinking my coffee I felt something strange in my mouth and after I spit it out I was shocked to see it was a bug!! I was absolutely disgusted! How did that happened? I loved McDonalds coffee and bought it almost every day but will never ever do that again. Is it normal to serve coffee with insects or what? I visited a drive thru around 8pm on apperson drive in salem, va on 12/26/16. My order was definitely cold when I arrived home (Which is about a 5 min drive). Cold fries and old nuggets that definitely had been sitting. They asked me what kind of sauce i'd like & I did not get any.. I was asked to pull up & they would bring my food out so I had to wait (For cold food) & my child's cheeseburger was wrong. I asked for cheese only & it had onions, pickles, & ketchup. This was a waist of time & money & I was definitely not pleased or satisfied.

I explained to him, “I have used competitor’s coupons in the past with no problems, he said, loudly, “I have nothing like this for $4” I asked him if they take competitor's coupons? he said, “Yes but this is for buy a drink and get a sandwich.” There were other customers in the store so I was very embarrassed. Order placed 8-18-16 in the amount of $499.00 Wish has no itemized order but has my money I have placed several orders with Wish this is my only complaint.I have tried for many months to get this resolved. If you go to my order history, you will see I placed other orders around about the same time. I am disabled on a fixed income this mistake has put a stop at Christmas time. I'm still trying to get this across. On 12/20/2016 my family and I order 3 sets of the 2 for 3 double ccheeseburger totaling 6 burgers. 2 were to be made with no pickles no ketchup. 2 double cheeseburgers were to be made with no cheese .2 double cheeseburgers original. However we were only given five burgers all had ketchup and pickels. One of which had hair in it. I contacted mcdonalds on fowler and 56 here in tampa florida 33617 and I was instructed to come back I was rudely treated was given more poor service as well as attitude I was granted free meal replacement and refund after begging and demanding higher management. . However I feel that does not suffice to me eating someone's dna on the hair string in my burger I am hoping that maybe someone can help resolve this with store credit and maybe some correctional consequences done to thee employees because they lack proper training as well as customer service skills I think the hygiene as poor as well as the service
