I went to the mcdonalds on11055 burbank blvd north hollywood ca and what i saw was disgusting two employees having sex right there in front of the register this was at 1;00 am and the worst part was that they did no even care about taking care of the drive thru customers, i will never go back there and i will do whatever i can to report this two employeesto who ever care doing something about this, , by the way it was on june the 13th 2010 at 1:03 am.

I have 4 grandchildren staying with me for the summer and for the last three days we took the bus to visit McDonald's at Walmart. Location Charleston & Arville, Las Vegas Nv. Everyday ( for three days in a row )we have been told the ice cream machine was busted. They have to order the part we were told evry day. Today my 7 year old grandaughter told William who was only to anxious to be rude to get her out of the way and get to the next customer got put in his place by a 7 year old. She told him why don't you just Fed Ex or UPS it overnight then you wouldn't be so mad to people who ask for ice cream. Not an apology or I'm sorry little girl just plain rude and nasty next please. The customers in line were saying "you tell him sweetie". Me I felt like just jerking this William jerk over the counter but why when a seven year old can do it for me with just words.

I don't see anything rude about what the grandchild said. What is wrong with a child asking something. All she did was ask why something wasn't sent over night to keep people from getting mad. Did you ever get ice-cream? I have 2 grandchildren. They are usually well behaved and respectful but children on a bus can be difficult to manage. Anyone with grands know that you cannot promise what you cant deliver. If there was no ice-cream on Monday then call before making any other trips. Repeated trips with no ice-cream makes the kid want to solve the problem. When you go to these places remember that these people are employees not doormat servants to everyone. Many are young and just learning how to deal with difficult situations - a machine broken for a long time and more people in line waiting to be served while he tries to explain why you cannot get what you want. I live in an urban area. I am very interested in the fact that many times certain "machines" are "broken" at the local places. That wont solve the problem. Find the places that keep their equipment working. Maybe you felt better after the child told them off but you were the one who came three days in a row. Yelling at the help never helps you. Again, shop somewhere else when you have a problem. That is a better lesson for the kids. Again, did you ever get ice-cream?

With everything that's going on in the world, this may seem very trivial...but...Yesterday my family went through the drive thru of the Port Macquarie (Highway) Maccas where we waited our turn and ordered and paid for our meals. We arrived at the last window to collect our food and waited patiently. My husband was passed a tray of drinks and a bag of food. Whilst waiting for the kids "happy meals" I decided the check the contents of the bag...to my dismay (after spending $30), not only was a burger and fries missing, but the hamburger in the bag was sideways (with the lid opening to the bottom of the bag) with most of the contents of the burger in the bottom of the bag (it was a sloppy shrek burger). I immediately showed this to the employee who passed us the food. I diplomatically and calmly advised that I was not going to accept food in this condition and that there appeared to be food missing. My husband confirmed this and the employee then became irate and insisted that "she" packed the bag herself and she was 1000% sure that the food was packaged correctly and she dismissed us. We then pointed out that some food was missing and this angered her even more, she became abusive. After much arguing (we knew what we ordered) it was discovered that the employee who had taken the order had forgotten to add the burger and fries to one of the meal deals (he charged us for the drink only). Fair enough - My husband was annoyed at her tone and attitude and asked to speak to the Manager. This employee then stated that she was the Manager therefore it was pointless continuing this conversation. We were then told to move our car because another car was waiting behind us. We moved to the waiting bay and I watched as the "Manager" literally flew out of the buildings' side door to our car to confront us. After being belittled and made a spectical of in public, we were accused of trying to get "free food". She eventually (and spitefully) offered to replace the messed up burger - which we DECLINED. SHAME ON YOU! You frightened our children with your ranting and raving, you shouldnt be in a Managerial position - Dont Maccas have customer service training anymore? All you had to do was politely and calmly offer to fix our order - mistakes happen, we're reasonable people - obviously you are not... and I find it hard to believe that Maccas dont offer a complaints department...

We have just had meals from the Port Macquarie highway restaurant. With our burgers I ordered two Mchappy meals, When I picked them up they weren't meals but just 2 cheeseburgers and 2 small fries with 2 small drinks. I pointed it out to the girl and she said you didn't order Mchappy meals . I said I did and she wanted my receipt but there wasn't one as the console had run out of paper. She stood toe to toe with me and argued that I didn't. I know I did as i picked I wanted a toy etc etc. In the end she begrudgingly threw a porky pig toy into the bag. Where is the customer service, why would I lie about something like this. I'm not a liar and she should have taken me at my word. They also got the drinks wrong which were ordered as part of the meal deal. Bad experience all round. The 2 parmi burgers we ordered had all fallen apart in the box, the bacon on one wasn't even in the buns, a little more care is needed. These are $9.00 burgers and as such we expect a quality burger. Everytime I go to port MacDonald's on the highway they always serve cold chips like all the time they are lazy as hell if you want a person to have a nice meal make sure you cook it not serve cold chips that's been sitting there over 30 mins and serve to people in drive thru ridiculous

japan crew recruitment discriminating against visa types of foreigners
For non-university education purpose who came to Japan (including courses in language school), their visa merely allow them to work for only 4 hours. For part timers, most of times they will ask enlister's visa type at the beginning. If your visa only has 4 hours limitation, you're screwed. No matter how good you are, all of your preparation in vain. They will say they already have much enough such kind of guys working there, will not hire any more. In fact, there's no such kind of people working there. I can show one of those proves how they rejecting people. One of my mates applied the job. At the part of phone interview, already asked about his visa, but still passed. Then he attended face-to-face interview. Everything goes smooth and ready to sign the contract. The manager just brings it out but suddenly asks him about the visa again. He just said truly that he only want/capable working 4 hours. Then nasty thing happened. The manager just brings back the contract and asking my mate to leave.
My mate did nothing wrong but screwed by his visa. Since Japanese government issued such visa, it means he is legal to work. If the working limitation could not meet McDonaldss requirement, they better not hiring. If a Japanese local enterprise, then there's nothing to blame, they can play others low because every foreigner just aliens to them. But for an international enterprise such like McDonalds, such thing happened just give another impression to peoples. McDonalds not only provide junk foods, but also have discrimination issues.

I ordered two double cheese burgers from Mcdonalds, and 5 hours later was suffering from the worst stomach pains I have ever had. Then I started to throwing up and having diairria. Its been 2 days now and I feel just as bad. I will never eat there again because they almost killed me!

On 3 occasions I ordered a meal with large fries, pulling the order of fries out of the bag, you couldnt see the fries because they were below the red front part of the box. I sent an email to Mcdonalds to complain and the franchise owner called me to rectify it and sent me a voucher for a free meal. I went a month later to get my free meal from this location and low and behold, my fries were half full again. I sent another email to him just to let him know(not for free voucher) and never got a response from him. That was my last visit to that store.

I know that I'm not even in the same country Mr. Davis but here in Corner Brook, Newfoundland I feel that it is their practice to intentionally not fill the fry boxes. I was so tired of this lack of quality control that last week, I left the drive thu and went into the restaurant with my full order and took out the box of fries that was placed in my bag. When I spoke to the manager on duty he said that the boxes weren't designed to be opened to their full capacity but that it was for aesthetic value that they are designed to expand. So I then asked exactly what am I purchasing when I upsize my fries. He just looked at me with a blank expression and said "I'll put more fries in there". I told him not too and proceeded home (I was upset at this point) and took pictures of the fries (attached). I have made several trips like this in the past - back into the restaurant because of the boxes almost being empty. The manager on duty at the time was rude, sarcastic and spoke down to me as if I didn't have a clue in the world. I'm a very well educated person and have worked retail in the past. I had my share of rude customers too so I take into acount my approach when trying to deal with a situation such as this. At no time did I ever deserve to be spoken to in that manner. I plan to take this to a level where hopefully this can be rectified. I feel that as a paying consumer that we should receive exactly what we are paying for no matter if it is a brand new shiny car or a box of fries from McDonalds! The fry box in the pictures are the same box from different angles to show exactly what I recevied in my order!

went through drive-thru june 8th 10:25 p.m., When the black man greeted me, before I could tell him what I want to order, he yells "what!.. Then I hear him and someone inside talking to each other. All the while im thinking," um. Helloooooo let's not yell at the customer who did nothing to deserve it, and let's talk to each other after we're done helping the customer who is the main reason why I have this job at mcdonald's.!"I wait a few seconds.. Then the black man apologizes about it and takes my order. After im finished giving him the cash, he gives me back the change I am owed, I drive to the food/drink pickup window. The short-haired black girl takes her sweet time fixing only 3 large sweet tea drinks.. I watch her the whole time and at least 1 minute straight out of the 3 and half minutes it takes her to fix the drinks... She is playing with her cell phone. While she's handing me my drinks I ask her" are these lite on the ice? "she looked at me funny, I wait a couple of seconds.. Than ask it again. She replies" oh yeah they easy on da ice."I felt like saying" well just double checking.. You seemed a little distracted by your cell phone. Maybe you should be texting or playing with it (On your break or when your shift ends... Not while a customer is waiting on you to fix his order and bring it to him after he already paid for it!"But I figure (after being treated this way by most black people in mississippi my entire 29 years of living here). Maybe it is because my skin is too light or not quite dark enough. I'll come back to mcdonald's when im either black enough.. Or they hire more well mannered decent workers (.. Hint...99 percent of the time.. Those white people... Hell even hispanics have always treated me better. They at least have the common sense enough to not talk loud ebonics instead of calm, clearly spoken english. And they have the common sense enough to know that most customers dont care to hear about their party nights or anything else that is inappropriate at the workplace. I had to fire a kid at kroger once because I caught him on his cell phone at the register when he should have been scanning a customer's groceries. The cashier was on his cellphone for literally 30 seconds straight and basically caused the line to back up to 5 customers straight. This is the kind of behavior at least two of your workers illustrated tonight.
Job market is tough as it is. Here's a big hint. Stop hiring mr and mrs ghetto fabulous. And start hiring based on professional qualifications. Not if your" cuuuuuz" needs a job hook up just so he or she play around on the clock.
Or.. Simply follow chick fil a. Copy them and you will receive a (Lot) less complaints.

I got a reply from this organisation that I have actually won the lottery and my Identification number is MD-[protected] and the Bank responsible of distributing the prize money is Vantage Fidelity Bank and I may directly contact this bank for my prize.
I sent an e-mail to the bank and they replied asking me to open an account in their bank by depositing 480 GBP.

bacon cheeseburger
i go to mcdonalds in my home town of pakenham and im made to feel like a crimanal for asking for a bacon cheeseburger without the meat pattie and change bbq sauce for tomato if that cant be done thats fine no sauce and ketchup sachets are fine today i went thru drive thru in pakenham they told me they cant take anything off or add anything i asked them since when they said lastnight so i then drove 15kms to the next mcdonalds closest to me i asked for two bacon cheeseburgers without meat pattie and ketchup instead of bbq they didnt say a word they got me my burgers and i was happy i went back to pakenham and asked why one mcdonalds will give me what i asked for but only this one wont. the day before this a young man in charge who works at pakenham his name is Luke had an argument with me he asked me why am i always trying to get something they dont have it made me feel rather awful

If you go to places like McDonald's. Burger King or the like and you stand there at the counter or sit in the drive thru demanding that they need to change the whole way they prepare the product just for you and then have the nerve to complain about it when they say they wont do it, is absolutely absurd. Hey here is an idea, if they dont have what you want, then go somewhere else or go to the grocery store (you have heard of these right?), a grocery store is a place where the general public can shop for foods or ingredients to make food and the best part is, you can make your food however you want it. so if you want a bacon cheese burger with no meat pattie and tomato then go to the damn store and buy the crap yourself...###. Oh and by the way, for about the same price of your special burger you demand from mcdonalds, you could make 3 times as much from the grocery store, pricncess. get a life.
unsafe cleaning of soft serve shake machine product holding tanks
To start off with I am banned from ever going into this restaurant ever again. I have never in my life have watched such improper handling of food. I have complained numerous time to the town health inspector about this continued problem. The owner of this restaurant and his family own several McDonald's restaurants in this area. I am banned from them all because of the fact that I have been in the food handling business for most of my adult life. I graduated from culinary school and while in the US Army I was involved with the safe handling of food and I was certified by the safe serve group as a certified instructor. I was a certified safe serve instructor up until 2005, at that time I did not renew my certification. I had this certification for almost 20 years.
I am retired from the military and I have over the past 3 years been observing the McDonald's restaurants in the New England states and they all clean there shake soft serve dispensing holding tanks the same way. They do not drain the food product out of the 2 holding tanks, the let the product in the holding tanks get to about half full. These holding tanks are refrigerated on all 4 sides and around the top of the inside of the holding tanks, about the top 4 - 5 inches a build up of dried scale hard product hardened all around this top inside of the holding tank.
I have observed several employees at different times bring over a small bucket of soapy water cleaner that has a cleaning cloth and also a green scrubber in it. They proceed to take the cover off of the holding tanks and wring out the excess cleaning liquid out of the cleaning cloth and scrub the inside top inside of the holding tanks. I saw this liquid dripping into the holding tank and contaminating the food product that was in the holding tanks. After scrubbing with the cleaning cloth they then put the cleaning cloth into the small bucket and remove the green scrubber and scrub the same area with the green scrubber. The green scrubber was drenched with this cleaning liquid and all the while the employee was scrubbing with this green scrubber there was liquid also dripping into the food product that was in the holding tanks. They the employee would put the green scrubber back into the small bucket of cleaning agent and then grab the cleaning cloth that they had put into the small bucket of cleaning liquid and then take the cleaning cloth and finish cleaning the top inside edge of the holding tanks. All during this time frame that this cleaning procedure was going on there were other employees dispensing shakes and soft serve ice cream out of the shake machine.
After the employee was done with this cleaning procedure they gathered up the small cleaning bucket with the cleaning liquid in it, and the cleaning cloth and the green scrubber and leave the front of the restaurant. They returned a few minutes later with containers that had the same liquid that was in the holding tanks and proceed to fill the 2 holding tanks up to almost the top of the tanks, and then they replaced the covers on top of the shake soft serve machine.

There is something wrong with the way the MD's is run at the Walmart location in Drayton Valley, AB Canada. A few times, the cashier messed up my order. A few times when I wanted to order an ice cream product, the ice cream machine was down. Today, at 10:50 am, I tried to order an Egg McMuffin. They were out of eggs! How could they be out of eggs? I'm tired of trying to get a meal from this location. I am disappointed too often. They need a talking to by Headquarters!

I was visiting this mcdonalds last tuesday and cantnot believe! The employees langu so bad! Yelling swearing. Fooling around! This is at about 8pm or later. . . Throwing things around ! Asking you what you want! And when you tell them, , they say, " what f - - k you want that for? Why that! We had order three salads, and three teas, , , , and they going and say a thing like that!
My daughter is 7years old and she wanted a chicken salad whats wrong with that? And they speak to their customers like that! Outregus, , , i did stop going there and i will not go back again!

no vegetarian option for the happy meal
The McDonald's in the Collingwood WalMart is the worst. They are slowly removing the menu so that soon they will be serving hamburgers only. First it was the ice cream - all of it, then caramel dip for the apples, then the grilled cheese. So now there is absolutely no vegetarian option for the Happy Meal, it's nuggets or a burger. My children and I are vegetarians, we used to get the grilled cheese Happy Meal. The last time we ordered it there, we were given apple slices and fries - losing money. The next time we went, we were treated like dirt and told 'we can't give you fries AND apples". It is absolutely ridiculous - you need to have a vegetarian option for kids. In this day and age, you'd think it would be a given for such a huge company. Apparently not.

Not every business caters to every dietary preference. And it is really their decision to cut out a portion of the population in the end. They probably assume that people who choose to eat no meat also make healthy food choices all the time, thereby cutting out fast food. Best to spend your money where you know you can eat the way you want.

I am an employee of mcdonalds in ravenswood, west virginia. I have a complaint about the store manager Sandy West. I will go in as a non working person to get my check and she will literaly throw my check at me. I will go in to work and all I hear is yelling usually at me. I am sure that when I am a customer at the store I work for it isnt right when my store manager yells at me as I am a paying customer. Also, I would like to complain that she takes no responsibility for her mistakes and actions...why...I had to clean up a very big mess to the Frappe machine, i was working the front counter when sandy tells one of the other managers not to worry about it that i can handle this problem...it took me 55 minutes to clean a sopping mess up that she made because she didnt want to dirty her clothing, so she makes me clean it up with NO help and when i asked her if i could clean up she looked at me and sighed an angry sigh and said I supposed we dont want you stinkin up our restauraunt now do we. When we go into a restaurant arent we supposed to be met and greeted with a SMILE? WE are not, usually i am greeted with a glare or a look that says OH SHe is back yay...or what are you doing here...that is the way i feel everytime i come into work or just go into that restauraunt. SHe is rude to me but treates everyone else nicely and I am sick and tired of being treated like a piece of dirt on someones shoes.

Here is an email I sent to McDonalds corp. As you can imagine..NO Response.
I know this email will most likely NEVER be read and really its Pointless writing to a company that, well lets be Frank, McDonalds really doesn't give a care about their customer Dissatisfaction. Well, this is a email just to make myself feel better. Since I never write or complain, heres my chance to take more time and effort in composing a well stated email than any of your employees could possibly image taking in their costumer service or food preparation. I ask you, is it difficult to just put the proper ingredients on your menu sandwiches? For example today, I ordered an egg McMuffin. That's probably the most Simple sandwich to make, right? No...not here in Decatur, IL they cant even put the Canadian bacon on the sandwich. You ask me, Really is it that big of a deal, I say no not really, but this happens at least 70-80% of the time. I am not exaggerating either. Again, that's why I reiterate the notion that this email is pointless. McDonalds doesn't care AT ALL! People are dumb enough to continue coming back regardless of the poor service and hey... You get what you get..even if you didn't order it. McDonalds should rename themselves "Perhaps". Simply stated, you may perhaps get what you order, if we feel like it or you may perhaps get half your order and if you wanted something large...well we are going to give you a small just because. I can go on and on with orders that are not complete..say the 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal...well we only received 3 nuggets. My husband asked one of the girls at the window a few months ago if we could please have a ranch packet and the girl looked at him and told him " you don't need to cop an attitude" No I'm not kidding, so I guess asking please is coping an attitude? Are you amazed yet? Well after this incident I called the local restaurant that this happened at (you know the phone number listed on the receipt..luckily we did get one this time) and a nice man answered. I explained what had happened and he asked what she looked like...simple question right? Well more like a loaded one. I stated she was the black girl in the gray sweatshirt at the second window. Stated very simply as such. The man, who had identified himself as the Owner Mr Gary Birschbach told me I was being racist by calling the girl black and really I was lowering myself to her level. I was SHOCKED! My jaw was literally on the floor of the car. I didn't think I heard him correctly. I identified her as Black and in my mind she was the black girl at the second window opposed to the White girl at the first window. Sorry, there is nothing racist about it. And furthermore...I am the customer! Did I get an apology? Nope...remember I called because that wonderful young African-American women told my husband "Not to cop an attitude with her." Heres the problem! The owner turned it around on me..me the customer and somehow made it my fault she was rude. Its truly shocking. I watched a manager (I can even tell you her name because I was sooo shocked at what was going on..Ann Bishop) she was allowing young men to climb into the second window of the drive through one late night. I know her name because I asked her...my husband and I thought what has happened to the world that this is acceptable? Seriously, I am only 32 but come on! Is their any work ethic left? The thought of service with a smile is a thing of the past. Not only do you have to check and double check your food bag to make sure you get everything you should...you have to open every container, count your nuggets and open the sandwiches to make sure they put all the ingredients on it. It is simply a disgrace. Well, now that I have taken 30 min out of my day to write an email that will never go anywhere to anyone who cares about the total disregard for customer satisfaction (because that doesn't exist today) but just the total disregard for being civil to others. I laugh every time my husband thanks the person for his change and thanks the person for handing him the bag of food and the audacity of the employees for say YOUR WELCOME...do you see the humor here. We shouldn't be the ones saying Thank you...they should! We are the customers!
tl;dr - wall of text attacks you for 50 points! The "enter/return" key is great for breaking up your writing into these little things called paragraphs. My first grader knows how do to this. If I received an email was formatted as poorly as yours, I'd probably disregard it as well.
The real way to know McDonald's doesn't care about its customers is simply by looking at the nutritional information. Keep up the phone calls (or visit in person), and eventually they'll give you a gift certificate booklet which will allow your family to continue its dream of starring in the "One Butt, Two Seats" documentary.
