Good afternoon,
This afternoon after church mu husband and I decided to gp to McDonald's on 105 and St.Clair in Cleveland Ohio. We ordered two vanilla sugar free ice coffees. We both notice that there was a lot of white cream at the bottom of our coffees...The coffee was very SWEET we request sugar free for a purpose and reason. I have never ever had a bad vanilla sugar free ice coffee before from any of your locations which I mainly order from the one in East Lake on Vine Street or in Willoughby were it is made to perfection! I got everyone drinking those in my family. TODAY for the first time ever I had throw my ice coffee away it was terrible. Toooooo sweet. You all need to show the crew on 105 St. CLAIR IN CLEVELAND OHIO how to properly make SUGAR FREE vanilla ice coffee.

When i went to the restaraunt on andressen in vancouver washington the lady that took my order was very rude to me and my girl friend it was very embarrassing to have her be as rude as she was. My eyes are not as good as they used to be and i informed her i couldnt see and asked if she could help me when she replied with its not my job to read the menu to me and that she was very busy and asked for the next person in line. I have been eating at mcdonalds my whole life and never have i been treated so badly. My girl friend ended up leaving inbarresed by me because my eyes were so bad. I cant belive that it happend. Please make shure it never happens again thank you. And we never did get our order.

store manager
The store manager, I believe her name is Polly? is the rudest lady I have ever encountered. I bring my children into this establishment and all we hear in the background is her yelling at her employees for no reason and throwing objects. Anytime I ask for the store manager, she never around. She stays hidden in the office all day while her staff works their butts off. She complains about everyone in the store, yet does nothing to ensure proper procedures or satisfaction within the store. Dissatisfaction of services and quality of food in Canada
Hello, this is Arman, A professor of Business and Management and a tourist in Canada. I went to McDonald's branch in Montreal, noterdam street. unfortunately, unbelievably, I found everything in chaos, there was run out of saus, drink no body was responsible, depart in which the sause and drink were delivered was dirty, we could find no lid for glass and the quality of drinks really low and the flavour of drinks were substituted. Even the quality of the meals was really low. When we asked staff, they didn't improve that situation. There are some video, pictures of this experience I attached to this email. I always use the case of Mcdonald in courses I teach but I am regretful.

9th August 2018 ME and my family went to this pathetic branch on Kashmir Highway and ordered a large menu. they served it within time but the meal was not fresh at all. it was old meal and not fresh .Not only this they did not serve us with drinks we patiently waited, our meal was served early but drinks did not come even at the last bite of burger. the wait was over, and no tissues were supplied. we went downstairs with oily hands.this is so pathetic and stupid service of all times of McDonald's.not only this there was no complain book ti be registered.therefore you are requested to look into this serious matter and take it as a serious complain because never received such service from any outlet of food court

Earlier today I attended McDonald's La Vista Rd Store in the metro Atlanta area to purchase a snack (order #146 at store 1279 earlier August 8, 2019.) It was my intention to dine in, however, the temperature of the Store was uncomfortably hot. I noticed a fan behind the cashier's area. That confirmed that the air conditioning unit was not in proper service.
I spoke with the Team Member who served me regarding the uncomfortable condition and she confirmed that the air conditioning was malfunctioning and even said parents had to leave because it was uncomfortable for their children. She spoke with her Supervisor when I said I would report it to Corporate Offices and the Supervisor on duty remarked that it doesn't matter.
The condition is a serious health hazard for your staff and customers. This can't be allowed to continue for another day.
As a result of the grave condition in the Stire upon my hasty departure, I called the Regional Office at [protected] and the recipient of my call said no one was available to speak with me. She further abused me then put another person on the phone who eventually hung up the phone on me.

Then when I try to call McDonald's 800 number they put me on hold with some automated machine. Apparently the 800 number is not available 24 hours a day though they do not tell you that. Plus the 800 number has the absurd option of asking if you want to make suggestions, and then when you say yes it tells you they can't except any suggestions. I wanted to tell them to fix the freaking problem on their mobile app "Deals" So that other customers would experience the same problems I did. I went to the restaurant at six in the morning for breakfast, and instead wound up with a snack because of their lack of clarity.

Went through drive thru, no coffee, no deserts, and... No reciept. [censored]. I needed a reciept considering im buying on companys bill. Im now stuck with that bill. Boss said for tax, audit, irs matters... A reciept is a legal instrument that is required by law in any transaction unless customer denies. Even then, business has to keep copy for their legal records. So how does this work? I took a video. Just no option to add an attachment. I was overcharged and I have no way to prove this.

They refused to serve me my mobile order $1 sandwich. I am unsure of the rules so, I accidentally paid for a mobile order of $1 filet o fish sandwich. Afterwards, I wanted to eat the breakfast sandwich order and scanned whatever deal they told me it was through my phone. I wanted the buy one free one breakfast sandwich but somehow they denied me of that and told me it's now $4. I don't remember seeing that deal on the app. But have been scanning my deals anyway. Afterwards I realized I paid for my mobile order of $1 filet o fish and wanted to redeem it. They denied me of that and when I left McDonald's, I saw they had charged me and never refunded me.

My daughter brought me home a Mc Double burger and while I was eating it, a piece of something was sticking out of the meat. I pulled it out, its 3/4 inch long and is strong like a string, you cannot break it. I'm submitting a picture of the item and the receipt with all the information from the Mc Donalds. The Mcdonald'S on burnside and jerome Avenue in the bronx are always and I really mean always getting orders wrong. Im always missing something and when i tell them, they get upset. They NEVER give bbq even though you're suppose to get. Its a big hot mess in there. I had gone to Paris as a tourist from India and while I was in Paris, I went to one of the McDonald's outlets at Place d'Italie whose address is 75013, Paris, France.
We bought snacks worth Euro19.30 and tried to pay through the AXIS BANK Forex card No [protected]. My card was swiped for three times but the cashier at the outlet informed that the payment did not materialize. Since my Indian phone was not activated, I was not able to verify the missed transactions. I believed the cashier and paid the due amount of Euro 19.30 in cash. Subsequently, when I checked the balance and also the emails from my Bank, I came to know that Euro 19.30 was debited each of the three times at the outlet.
This is also obvious if the timing of the emails is checked. The three transactions have happened once at 02.07 hrs and twice at 02.28 hrs (all IST).
It is apparent that the outlet has taken 19.30 x 3 = 57.90 Euro extra. I would request you to please take up this issue with the concerned McDonald's at Paris and get Euro 57.90 back to my card. I am also writing an email to my Bank.

Hello, I visit McDonalds in La Vergne TN once or twice a week. A couple of months ago I ordered the big breakfast platter with an extra side of bacon. I got home and the extra bacon was not with my order so I called and was told they put my name on a list. I went a week or so later and my name was not found, so I figured an honest mistake. A couple of weeks or so ago I ordered for myself and 3 grandsons and when we got home my McGriddle was not in our bag. I called and once again they put my name on a list. Today I went to get the McGriddle and was told they could not find my name on list and I needed my receipt. I very politely stated I'm not trying to lie about a sandwich, I just wanted what I paid for. Manager told me she could not help me and I was laughed at by another employee when I made the comment I was going to contact corporate. I have not yet contacted the Better Business Bureau, but I feel like McDonalds has stolen my money!

I was waiting for my order at the drive thru window at approximately 10:30 a.m. on 08/07/18 at McDonald's in Lake Placid, NY. As I was waiting, I saw the shift manager nearly nose to nose with an employee who was preparing drinks by the window. It was obvious by her body language that the shift manager was angry. As I continued to see the exchange, I could clearly see her mouth form the words "If you don't like it, you can f*ck off". The employee she was yelling at was clearly upset. The shift manager's first name was Kristen (I made sure to read it when she handed me my order). I am upset to think that a person in a supervisor position feels that it is ok to degrade an employee this way, especially when the employee she was dressing down was an older woman. I truly hope that this matter is addressed and at the very least, this young lady be retrained or removed from a position of authority. Until then, I will not be returning to this particular store.

The service is horrible. They are slow, lack supplies and are unprofessional. Additionally, I was told they could nt take my $5 bill because it had a tear. It was ripped in half, but had a tear.
I asked for a cup of water with my purchase and I was given a mini frape cup that an infant could drink. This is disgusting. I will never go there again.
As a customer, my money matters and I will not patronize a place that treats customers in such a manner. No other mcdonald's I have visited has done such things.

Me and a friend went through the drive thru because we are lunch ladies and are getting only a 1/2 hour break while setting up our school kitchen. My friend ordered a 4 piece tender meal, I ordered just a fish filet. She down loaded her coupon on her phone so my fish was only $1.00. So her meal price plus one dollar. Our recite said $10. something. We told them it was wrong. She grabbed the recite and closed the window on us. After 2-3 minutes, a different guy opened the window and said to pull over in waiting area. He shut the window and didn't give me a chance to say anything. So I waited. When he opened the window again, a lady in the back said, "why da hell she still there"? I said, "Because you don't have to cook my change, just give me the difference." The boy told me again to park to the side. This is at 11:30 with MANY cars behind me. I did park, and my friend went in to get my change, so I wouldn't go to jail! She came out with $1.83, no recite. They said they couldn't get a recite, they just fixed it. The money isn't the problem although the fries were cold. I worked for Publix for 21 years. It won't hurt to be a little pleasant to paying customers. Especially when the mistake was hers. No apologies or even a fast fix. I will never visit this or any other McDonalds. These disrespectful kids can't talk right or work a register, but they blamed me. How many other people have they over charged and complained when caught? No training at this location!

I went to the store at 1571 east ridge road in Roch, ny 14609, today around 11:30 am. All I ordered was a cone. Something must have been wrong with your machine because it was more soft than usual. I could almost drink it ! it was short and flat and dripping. There was also a hole in the bottom of the cone, which has now stained my shirt. Back to work. Thx.

I and my wife went to McDonald's Beachwood 27570 Chagrin Blvd, Woodmere, OH 44122 to eat and use the Wifi sitting in our car just like other people in McDonald's parking lot not bothering any on 8/4/2018 in afternoon time around 5pm manager called the police on us saying we were sitting in the parking for more than 3 hours we didn't know McDonald's had a time-limited to sit in their parking to eat and use the Wifi. The police asked for our ID and driver license to run our name I gave it to them didn't want to argue with them we felt threatened and scared by the police! We felt our Rights was Violated and it was racial Discrimination! I and my wife are mentally disturbed by this.

Whilst traveling home, we ordered a meal (including 2 breakfast muffin meals at 3, 60 euros, a medium burger meal at 7, 20 euros, a fish fillet meal) at the computer. However, the queues were so long (maybe 40 minutes waiting probably more)- just after we had paid for the order at the till, we were told we couldnt have it because the breakfast orders had stopped. The server offered us a measly 99p burger instead and 8 chicken nuggets (nothing with them) instead which we think cost less than the 3, 60 euro muffin meal. We couldnt complain though because the queues were so bad and other clients were really concerned about missing their flights . So we accepted the change of order even though we had overpaid. Our son's order a burger without any added bits (mayo, gherkins etc) was all wrong too so after a very long wait and after over paying-only 1 meal for the 4 people was correct. The server was also very slow; whilst waiting for another client's burger, she didnt serve others until another member of the public complained.
The whole event was avoidable though. If McDonalds had advertised that there was another McDonalds outlet in the departures area, on entry into the airport, we would have just seen the long queues and eaten there instead (which was basically empty when we walked past it!).
We would like to request either vouchers to use in the UK McDonalds or a refund.I enclose a photo of the bill. We could not have complained at the time because the servers were so busy and the queues so so long. We would not have been popular at all.
