Desired outcome: I would like my rebate
White 2 by 4 foot pegboard.
I been doing business with Menards for years, but never did I see such a jump in price from one week to another on peg boards from $5.99 to $11.99. When I ask an associate there, he could not give me a answer. I thought it was a pricing mistake. But I guess not, So now I have to think of something else seening I needed 8 more peg boards to complete my project. Is there anything you can do to help me out? Warranty on lvt flooring was inaccurate
Menards agreed to give me a in-store merchandise credit for the flooring purchased.
My complaint is I do not want the in-store merchandise check. I want the check written out to me. I'll never spend $3,505 worth of merchandise there as I don't shop there enough to use this money.
This in-store merchandise credit is a scam. Menards is ripping off consumers in forcing them to purchase their merchandise.
Desired outcome: A check to be issued in my name in lieu of in-store merchandise check.
Gas edger - Return policy
bought a gas edger April 24. Left in box due to rains in the area and just opened within the last two weeks because the weather was better- added gas, and tried to use. Issue of some kind--edger is defective. Attempted to take back to Menards- I got my receipt while in store and Menards refuses to take back: because its gas, because its over 30 days. I am very disappointed. I spend $1000s yearly at Menards but now considering boycotting if this isn't remedied. I do not want to take this edger to a service center to have it fixed. Its brand new and I should not need to do that. I am absolutely inconvenienced and Menards does not care.
Desired outcome: I want a refund, a replacement or store credit. $219

I sent in my rebate form and receipts for a total $126.01 all rebates where withing the mailing date. I only received $ 75.71. Would like a explanation of why I didn't receive the full amount. I have had 1 problem before but it wasn't a large amount so I let it go. I'm keeping track since I spend large amounts with my company card. ?
Rebate #0728 stolen in the mail
I contacted Rebates International re a rebate I did not receive (#690441, 700665). They said check #[protected] was cashed 10/17/21. As I did not receive this check they told me to file a police report. I did case #2112206 with the Sawyer County Sheriff's Dept. They still will not reissue the check. I filled out the rebate forms in good faith and didn't get the 11% rebate I was promised. I no longer shop at Menards and will not until this is made right. It is not my fault that they send the check in an insecure manner.
Desired outcome: Please reissue rebate #0728 in the amount of $156.20 but in a more secure manner. I would also like a response to this complaint

I am contacting you in an effort to rectify a order that was obtained from your Triadelphia location. First of all the service at this location is horrendous! And that is an understatement!
In March we picked up- what was supposed to be a Maax cocoon bathtub and the shower surround. Once home (1 hr away) found that they loaded the wrong bathtub- which was a different brand entirely. I did eventually (through corporate) get the correct bathtub.
Now that we opened the surround and ready to install we have found that all 3 pieces of the surround are defective - with poor craftmanship in the product. One piece looked like they just painted over a defective part. Very pitiful..
I have tried for 3 days to reach the Tridelphia location and the number is continually busy.
I am asking for a full replacement with delivery plus monetary compensation for all of the products.
I will also reach out to the Maax company about their product that you supply.
Please reach out to me ASAP as our project and my bathroom are in a holding pattern once again due to your products and services.

Returns & Rebates
In April I purchased a fountain for $399 and filed for the $46 rebate. Today, May 21, we exchanged the fountain because the first one leaked. I was charged $46 to make the exchange because the rebate has been processed. My new receipt only shows the amount I paid today, $46, and I am only eligible for a rebate on that amount. I would not have purchased the fountain at Menards had there not been a good rebate and now that has been taken from me
Delivery and communication
Order lumber for a deck. Made the order a week in advance. Was confirmed with delivery department. Day of scheduled delivery I waited, then around noon I called to see when it was scheduled to arrive. Gentlemen told me the driver was on his way back and I would be the next delivery. At 3:00 I called and they told me the same thing. He told me I could call the driver and find out when they plan on coming. I told him it was their job and they need to call and find out. Never heard back. I called the store manager and he had the driver call me. Driver stated it would be around 5pm or early the next morning. After waiting all day for a order I made a week before, I got angry and canceled the order at 3:30. I called Home Depot and ordered the same lumber. It was delivered at 11:00 am the next day. No more from Menards.
Desired outcome: Have my materials delivered in a timely manner. General Manager to be more helpful. Corporate office was no help also

My wife bought 5/4” treated boards to replace rotten boards on the deck they needed to be 16’ long all of them. We paid nearly $50.00 each we were told they were #1 at the sales desk and they would take pictures to verify them . Well the boards on the top an surround we nice when I got into the center of the pile they were horrible damage by forklift knot hole thru damage from plainer, joiner and router 65% of the order was good .
So when I called I spoke to the manager Jenna Short she said there was nothing wrong with the order I would have to pay for pick up and re delivery? As you can see the remaining area and top rail need to be finished
She said her pictures verify they were all good ? I beg to differ these are 2nds mixed in

Trusses and roofing supplies
I had ordered 19 trusses and roofing shingles, felt paper & ice shield on 3/19/22 from store 3101.Recipt 176005075407510044637310103.
I was scheduled for delivery on May 6, 2022...the delivery was on time, however, there were no trusses and I was shorted 10 bundles of shingles.
I had spoken with staff three time prior to this and they had assured me that my supplies to include the trusses were ready.
I went to store 3101 on 5/6/22 and spoke with Audrey who is the shipping manager, she had no idea what happened other than staff did not process the order for my trusses and she had to reorder them.
The next day I became aware of the shingles being short, I then had to drive back to the store to pick up the remaining bundles.
I am now awaiting my trusses so construction can being which is costing me money fort he contractor each day they are not available.
Desired outcome: Expedite the trusses today or reimburse my finances.

Lawnmower
Bought a lawnmower 18 hrs ago .it has no spark wont start.told me i can not get refund because i put gas in it .they wouldnt give me another one said i had to get fixed.on warranty. Menard Rebate.
Like so many of the other unsatisfied clients here, I feel like I have been scammed by Menards with their "11% off of Everything." They've already lost me as a client, but I want others to know about this rip off. I have sent in countless rebates and, to date, only received one small coupon.
Price discrepancy/ gouging
We went into the Bolingbrook IL store to look at recliners and found one we liked. The price was 249.99 and had a free area rug with purchase. When we went to pay for it we were told we had to spend 299.99. The price tag specifically said free are rug with furniture purchase and didn't say anything about a minimum dollar amount. The store manager STEVE SMITH refused to honor the price/items advertised so we left without purchasing anything. In addition when I called the customer service complaint line I was told I had to submit the complaint in writing. They just hope you don't follow up. Not only am I following up but I'm registering a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. Good thing we took a picture of the price tag with a time stamp.
Desired outcome: All we want is the item(s) as advertised. The chair for 249.99 and the free area rug.
Garage door
On December 12, 2021 we ordered a garage door and was told it will be in the end of March. When we went there the end of March we we were told the garage door didn't come in it will now be May 14th. I spoke with Kevin Kulibert who was rude to me and have no Customer Service and what makes me real mad is these Managers that talks to you like you're garbage when it's your hard earn money that you work for that keeps Menards in business and give these Managers a job but they blow you off like you're nothing and Menards stores gets to keep my money and I'm still waiting on a garage door that they have no clue when it's coming in. I have no garage door and can't get a refund only an in store credit to spend in there store so they're not out anything. He tells me I had 90 days to cancel but why would I had canceled I'm thinking the door was coming in the end of March. At no fault of mines the door didn't come in but I can get a door now from another company because they have one in but can't. I can't afford to buy another door without getting my refund from Menards. Kevin said to me another Customer been waiting since September so in other words why am I complaining. I have read sooo many complaints from the reviews and the BBB against Menards I don't know how they're still present in the State of Wisconsin. I am a handicap individual with breathing problems & walking problems. Austin arrived and left a guy at my home saying he was going to Menards. Did not return for 2 1/2 hours. Said he went and did a few estimates while he was out. I did not know this man he left at my home and he run out of things to do. I got him a chair and some water while he also waited. I did not know when Austin returned but he immediately cut big leaders off my Japanese Maple that were still strong. The arborist said to give it a few months but he doubted it would come back after the way it was cut. My new outdoor lights were all working and after you did a few bricks one is still not working. Suppose to hollow out drain and that was not done. The work area was left with large rocks all up in the yard. Where the bags were removed pile of small sticks were there. Then the lawn and garden debris was to be hauled away. Well, it took 2 days of calling and texting to get him to pick it up. fist day noon, then 8:30PM then next morning, then he called and right after lunch by 5PM I had it. Believe me he had no intentions of picking it up. Finally sent a guy in a car to pick it up... He acts like the sweetest young man and may be but his work is low grade!
I have been taken advantage before but never to the extent this company took me for. I paid in full and less than 1/2 of work is complete.
I would suggest no one hire him unless you are looking to get a job half done. I am aware of another party that he did the same to another woman.
Desired outcome: refund of at least 1/2 and to let others know not to hire him. In the end he will block you and ignore you in everyway.
Refund for both the useless lamp and the shade.

That there would be a delay in shipping my order, it should be sent in March 2022. It is now April 2022 (5 months from date of order).
I tried to contact Menards, they have no Customer Service #, when I contacted their Corporate Offices in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, I was told there is no Customer Service # for orders.
I just want my money back, not just for the lamp shade, but for the lamp that is useless without the shade.
