Moe's on Windward in Alpharetta Ga
Hi, My name is Leviticus Murphy and I placed an order in on 09/08/2022 around 12:30pm and realized I placed it at the wrong location. Called numerous times to that location at phone number [protected] and still no answer but left three different voicemails. Still no call back. I placed a new order to the right location and went and picked my food up. But I have still not heard back from the location on Windward about my refund. My phone number is [protected]. Thanks.

Rewards/ Mobile App
Have tried numerous times to order using the mobile App and claim rewards. When I go to pay in the app the charge goes through but the order does not go through to the store. The last time this happened( placed order on app not using reward) the cashier in the store credited me with the reward when I picked up the order in the store. Today 9/8 I tried to place a mobile order at the Franklin Square NY store at 7:10 pm. and tried to use a $20.00 reward. It did not go through. I tried to place the order without the reward and it went through.
(order number [protected]) When I got to the store I told the cashier the problem I was having. He rudely said" you can not use rewards when you order in the app. I said that the app has a place for it and went to show him. He waved his hand and turned away. He then said that "sometimes it works sometimes. its doesn't. You have to order in the store if you want to use rewards". I asked him to credit me and he said he was not going to do that. I have never had such a rude interaction with an employee. The staff does not welcome people when they walk in the door and some do not seem to be able to communicate in english. I find other locations to be much more inviting and better run. The app needs to be fixed and someone needs to speak to the management of this store.

Miss charge of item.
I ask the young lady for a 8.99 chicken bowl. By the time I checked out my bill was a total of 12.28. I was not informed of any items that I was requesting we’re at an additional charge.
The cashier was not very nice and not helpful in this matter.
In the future your associates need to be trained to inform customers of additional charges per item.

Service at Glens falls, NY location
Hi, I don’t typically complain about anything. However, today has been one of the worst experiences at this establishment I’ve had in a long time. I came in to order my wife and daughter two burritos. Because both of them have food allergies, my wife writes it down and I was trying to read it to the girl. She seems so annoyed and frustrated within minutes of me ordering, slamming the food down on the burrito shell rolling her eyes not talking huffing and puffing and, and when she finally spoke when I went to cash out it was rude. there’s no excuse for being rude to any customer, but I do understand if it were busy, then maybe being a little bit anxietied up, but I was literally the only person in the entire restaurant. When I went to cash out at the other end I asked if I could use my email address so that I could please use my points or at least earn some more for this purchase. She slams her hand down on the register and says she doesn’t know how to do it, so I asked her to simply get the other girl to help. The other girl comes over to help and she was just as bad if not ruder than the first one. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I just wanted to simply order most moe’s food and earn some points and be on my way. I’ve been in the store several times and complained about how dirty and unkempt it is and I believe this is the last time not only will I not go to this establishment I will probably never go to Moe’s again that was how bad they were
Desired outcome: Somebody needs to higher quality people at this location, or at least train your employees not to be rude and nasty to the people that come and actually pay money for food.
Cashier
I went into Moe's in Cary NC last night, 8/1/22 and placed a small order. When I got to the cashier, I told her I also wanted 2 large sodas. After paying, I was given small cups for the soda. I explained I had asked for large. I told her I would pay the difference. She could not figure out how to charge me for the difference. She called over 4 different employees and they couldn't figure it out either. She stated she reimbursed the small drinks to my credit card. I told her to nevermind the additional drinks if she took them off of the card. This was at least a 10 minute process with the line increasing behind me. When I got to my car, I checked my credit card and found out that I had been charged $17.61 for a veggie burrito! I went back in and questioned the charge. I also requested a receipt which she was not able to provide. The cashier stated that it would take up to a week to show up the credit. This actually is not the case according to my credit card company. So I paid way too much for a burrito and had to deal with an incompetent employee!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund.
Staff attitude
Moes store in Clark summit is my local store.
I usually visit this store 3-4 times a month. Every single time I go there I get to see this white skinny female staff with her nasty attitude. I get it, sometimes we have bad days but this girl has issues with colored people I guess!
I really love Moe’s food but sometimes I avoid going there so I don’t have to see her attitude
Filthy restaurant in Ithaca, NY

My 3 friends and I went to MO’s Southwest Grill in Ithaca, NY after a friend’s surgery. We opened the entrance door and noticed it was absolutely filthy, the glass, the floor and the second glass door. I instantly wanted to turn around and go elsewhere. My friend wanted MO’s so we entered. Inside, the entire dining room floor was also filthy. The glass separation barrier was dirty and food was all over the counters. Our chips were so stale we not only didn’t eat them but we brought them up to the counter to say they were too stale to eat. They looked at me like I was talking a different language that they didn’t understand.
There were giant bins of chips made and sitting there. Getting Stale because no one is going to eat at a filthy restaurant! I’ve been to this MO’s many times as I’m a local and have never seen it so out of order. I’ve been away for the winter and this is my first time back this year. I am afraid this location will be closing because there were no customers except us and it was 12:40 pm. Where were the lunch goers? … Anywhere that is cleaner than this place! Please investigate and clean up this MO’s!

Incorrect order, missing items
I ordered 3 bowls from the moes 1804 Tamiami trail at 5:45 07/08/2022, the adobo chicken bowl was missing the chicken, the hw bowl was missing half of the ingredients and one of our bowls had no guacamole in it. We also didn’t receive or chips and salsa either.
Desired outcome: A refund
Food
I ordered a home wrecker burrito that has always come with 2 scoops of meat. The employer refused to give me the second scoop when asked for it after the only scoop I got had maybe 3 bites of meat. A $12 burrito should have more than 3 bites of meat especially when 2 full scoops is the standard at every moes I've been to.
Desired outcome: A proper replacement and a fine to the franchise for their practices
Bear delaware no changing table
There needs to be a changing table in the restrooms. My 4 month old needed his diaper changed since there wasn’t one I had to pack up all our food and go to my car. Completely ruined our meal. Ended up having to finish my meal at home because I didn’t want to bring everything back into the restaurant. So I ended up having cold food, when I should have just been able to change him there and go right back to my meal

I placed an order online and put what i wanted on there, I ordered 1 white meat chicken burrito with rice, BB, queso, and the C Ranch, and 1 bowl the same way except I had extra chicken, and asked for lettuce in a bowl on the side. That's not what I got. I received a burrito with lite rice, no BB, and lite chicken, my bowl had no extra chicken, and they put onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and the lettuce that I asked to be on the side so it doesn't get soggy. I've been calling them since 7:30p and it's 9p now. I didn't know that it was being delivered through DD until I checked out. i've also contacted DD just incase I had to go through them and was told my order or refund had to come from Moe's CS. I'm very fustrated i'm still calling this location as i'm typing and no one is still answering and can show that i've called 45 times. I want my $40 back! I still have it here in a bowl not touched cause I can't eat it.

I was a employee at Moe's on upper front street Binghamton new York and my main concern is when I was working the one night there was three employees that had Covid while working and the manager never said anything to the rest of us about it after he told me they had Covid I had gotten sick for 3 days and I went to the doctor to get tested for Covid because I wanted to make sure I didn't have it because they where working with me and we all had close contact but my Covid test came back negative which is good I don't wanna get sick and when I was working there the manager wasn't answering me when my next day was to work and he still doesn't answering I think they should were masks and he had pulled me aside to tell me personally that they had Covid he told me this on Cinco de Mayo Thank you for your time this is my contact information if you need it [protected]

I’m not sure who is training and overseeing the White Oak store in Garner, N. C but something has got to be gone there. Please look on their cameras for what is going on there. I placed an order online for pickup the next day and asked that it be ready by 11am the following day (5/2/22 pickup). I got to the store at 10:55 and was told to stay outside and order would be ready by 11am. when I was allowed in at 11:05 it was not ready and was told they do not have a meal kit box (placed in bags). Was going to be charged for regular salad when I asked for a small container of extra lettuce. The African American female was extremely rude and I didn't get out of the store until 11:20, after she made phone calls to her mgr/ franchise owner Mr. Shadid, who told her to charge me full salad price for just a little extra lettuce. I asked her for her name and she said I would have to wait until she was finished serving several other customers. I also asked for plates and told they don't have any.
No service
There is no one giving service to the people in line. It’s like we’re not here. No ‘Welcome to Moes!’
I’ve been standing in a line 20+ people and the people who work here haven’t helped a customer in 20minutes! No exaggeration!
They are only filling online orders.
Desired outcome: For them to help customers before 20 minutes goes by!!!
Quality of food
Today-May,1 2022 around 7pm I purchased a burrito and a bowl, queso and chips. Both entrees had rice, beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. When arriving at home my partner and I could not finish more than a few bites before throwing away the whole meal. The food tasted old and was basically not edible. Only thing that was okay was the queso but the chips tasted like I was eating oil.
Will not be coming to another moes again.
