I have make an online purchase on the 25th of August. The money went off my account but I did not receive any confirmation from Mr Price. I locked a query and then received a mail from Berlin Daniels to send proof from the bank. Now from me working from home had to leave everything so I can get them the proof, I feel they had my reference number which they could compare to their bank statement. They made it clear they want proof from the bank because they can't see from which bank they payment is. So I did send them the proof on the 27 August. I have also send a mail to customer care but up to today no feedback on what is happening. The purchase was for an amount of R 764.94, this is a lot of money just to throw away.
All I want to know if will I get the goods I purchased or will they rather pay back the money. Their service is very poor. This frustrate us as consumers. I tried to upload the mails but it is to big. I have upload the proof of the bank to confirm the money was debit from my account.

Mr Price home Cresta. Your customer service is appaling. On Saturday 29th I purchased an office desk. When I openwd the package on sunday I realised I was carelessly given the incorrect product. It costed me time and money to drive all the way back to cresta this morning. I was not apologised too, and then I was told the initial desk I wanted was sold out and only the display desk was available. I asked if I could purchase the display desk for a discounted amount. I was told no the desk is ik mint condition, but then on inspection the desk is damaged. The manager or whoever the person was came and told me that they will call in and find out if I can get the desk at a discount. He comes back a few minutes later to tell me I can get R150! Off. Really? On a damaged table. I proceeded to the till to do the return. Baring in mind that if you make a purchase of R1500 or more you qualify for R300. Which I received on my Saturdays purchase. The lady at the till while doing the refund tells me they are reversing the discount because now im returning the desk. Firstly their customer service is terrible. I am given the incorrect desk, made to bring it back to get told the desk I actually want is sold out, am given a possible R150 off a damaged table (you can't even call that a discount). I wasnt once apologized too or compensated and then I still get mt R300 discount reversed even though I wad terribly inconvenienced and received the most appaling customer service. Mr Price home Cresta. You need to shape up your custom servixe because it sucks!
eft payment query
Highly disgusted. I placed an online order on the 25/08/2020 (order nr [protected]). I paid via your eft service on the website and I got notification from my bank that the payment was successful. The next day when I checked the status of my order I saw it was cancelled. I called your customer service department and they asked me to email a copy of my bank statement of which I did. I was initially told it takes 48 to 72 hours but to date I have not received any feedback. I called this morning and asked to be put through to the accounts department held on for over 10 minutes listening to your music then call got cut. I want my money refunded.

I bought a Phone at Mr price store and it gave me problems with network. I took the phone back to Mr price, but it has been months now and I haven't got the phone back. I tried calling Mr price several times to get a feedback, and they told me that the Vodacom repair store is closed, which is not true because I confirmed with them (Vodacom) and it is still open.
Refund
I have for 3 weeks been struggling to get a refund from Mr Price for a failed online order.
I have sent emails and had no response, I have called the call centre and the agents insisted the refund had been. This was until I called again and was asked to send my bank statement to date I have not been refunded an no one has come back to assist me unless I call and be told that I should check my account
I want my money back asap
How come mr price head office don't have a complain department... I went to the shop two weeks ago buy bedding, they changed us twice and they side the money will be paid back within 24 hours. 3 days later I had to drive back to the store and inquire about the outcome of the payment. Got a new story and asked for bank statements card numbers and all. A week later I call the head office to complain they tell me they don't have complaints. They refer me back to manager whom was now able to assist me in the first place.
Still waiting for a call back from the area manager...
Online order item damaged, returned, refund outstanding, closure on account outstanding
I made a collosal mistake in ordering via my Mr P Account a lamp, valued at R179.99, I then paid the full amount plus, so paid R180.00 into account. However when the lamp arrived via couriers, it was damaged, I immediately let Mr Price know via their facebook messenger facility, and they arranged a courier to collect the returning item. The item was collected 06th July. I have since 06 July been requesting (1) a refund of the R180 on the returned lamp and (2) closure on this account. Mr Price has ignored all my various communication messages and calls. Has continued to bill me for services, despite repeated written requests for closure and refunding on the paid for returned lamp.
The staff is rude and incompetent it seems like they are not aware of what they are doing at work
I went to pay my account at Mr price today with my hard-earned money only to be welcomed badly by a rude cashier whose name is Rachel Ramav.She didn't even see anything wrong with how she spoke to me ...raising her voice at me in front of other customers.I felt like i was there to beg her to do her job whilst I'm one of the people who pays her salary.Please kindly re-train your team on customer service and i request feedback urgently.

I went to exchange 2pairs of shoes and the 1 pair didn't have a code apparently. Jeminah assisted me, I signed and she left me standing there and went to her colleague not even close to the tills and they were talking there for something that's not even work related, I asked another cashier what's happening cz the other lady just left without telling me what's going on and when she finally decided to come I asked her what am I still waiting for then she told me that she's waiting for someone to search for the bar code cz all those shoes don't have any so I asked her but you don't tell me anything and decided to go gossip with your friends while there's a long queue and I a customer am waiting here confused then she asked me if I expected here to just stand there at the till with me while she's waiting for that code, I told her that she can't go chat with her friends during working hours while we waiting without help she said I can't tell her what to do I cam go report her if I want to cz even the system is waiting for that code, she doesn't care what I feel. Her 2 supervisors came to ask what's going on and she kept talking back that I should go report she doesn't care even when they tried to apologize on her behalf she kept on being rude and harsh that she's not scared. I had to leave the other pair there as I was getting late to go back to work and I wasn't being assisted accordingly.

Gooday I hope this will be the last complaint and I hope someone will help me. I have been calling, email and whatsapp for a month now but no one want to help me. I don't receive statements and my cellphone number is not update. I called them to update my cellphone number and they told me to go to my nearest Mr Price store which is 300km away from my home. So anyway I drove that 300km just to update my cellphone number because I don't even get statements to my cellphone and how will I know my monthly installment, if I don't pay then it will be my fault. 3 times I had to call in but I was holding on so long that I eventually hanged up.
It is unacceptable and perthetic, but they expect you to pay your account on time.
Missing items - online order incomplete

I was really hoping that it wouldn't come to this as I've never had a problem with ordering online but unfortunately I have no choice...
I placed an order with Mr price on 28/06/2020, there was a mix up with the store it should be delivered to. As I always choose Lenasia Trade Route Mall as I live in Lenasia however some how the system choose Orange Farm -Palm Springs. I have been ordering clothes online for years and this has never happened to me.
When I initially order I received the confirmation via email which I noticed the store for delivery is incorrect so I did email *********** to notify them that the store for delivery should be Trade route mall in Lenasia nd not Palm Springs in Orange Farm. I emailed on the 29 & 30 June 2020. Than I call the help line spoke to gentlemen Im not sure what is his name but our calls are recorded at work. And he said he phone the couriers and they have change the store to trade route Lenasia however there will be a delay. On Monday I get call from lady from Mr Price asking me about trade route store in Lenasia. I tell her my things need to be delivered there she says that its sorted and it will just be delayed to change the store. I don't have an issue to wait but I cannot go to Palm Springs in Orange Farm as I don't have transport and I not familiar with the area.
I receive an email which was delivered 08/07/2020 only to find that it was delivered to PALM SPRINGS in Orange Farm.
Now what I don't understand is, That from the 30/06/2020 when I emailed to say that the store is wrong as it should be changed to Trade Route Lenasia, and the 2 calls I got from your Head Office was all for nothing as my instruction was not followed.
So now I'm in a situation where I cannot get my clothes that I paid cash for as the store is in an unfamiliar area to me and I not able to get there. KIndly forward my stuff to trade route mall in Lenasia or refund me my money.
Wrong order delivered and shockingly bad customer service support
Placed an online order (#**********53) on the 4th of June 2020.
I received a order on the 9th of June 2020, the order received was not the order I placed at all. I then phone the helpdesk three times already and was on the phone for more than 45min for assistance. I asked the agent to please forward me a email to confirm that a return was issued and I am still waiting for that email. It is a month later and no action has been taken by them.
I can not recommend ordering from Mr. Price Home as the after sales is atrocious.
Customer service - failed online order
Absolutely shocking customer service!
I placed an online order via the MRP APP on Saturday 20 June 2020 - the order was not completed and I have no order number, but the EFT payment was made and deducted from my bank account. Total R449.99
I called the Customer service number and they could not resolve the issue - I was instructed to email a reponse with details which I did. I have since emailed at least 6 times and have called many more times - no response to emails and no answer on the phone.
I have called and emailed numerous times since 20 June - absolutely no response! This is terrible customer service.
Please contact me to refund me immediately.

Kindly be advised that I ordered bed side lamps, and received 2 different side lamps. I'm sorry this is very unprofessional as they look totally different from each other. I'm not happy with the service received, I've always been a Mr price cash patient, and buying online has always worked for me, but it looks like I will not be using their online any more. This was embarrassing as it was a gift for someone. Please collect your lamps...

I bought a contract phone from mr price mobile this year before the lockdow... Within a scope of two with me it has screen problems I called mr price mobile and inform them about the problem they told me they collect it and send for repairs... On the 17 of june the phone was sent back to me but to my suprise the problem is till there and it's even worse... I called them again they are collecting it again for repairs again... I am continuously paying their faulty phone and I was told it's gonna take 21 days for me to get another phone..

Worst customer service
Been struggling with mrp since 25 May 2020 on a mistake THEY MADE. And no one brother's to ever contact me back. I call them every day just to hear 'we will call you ' and today 10 June 2020 jag [censored] happened no one called me back. And my problem has not been solved. And I have spend so much airtime coz every dam call I had to hold for 20 to 50 minutes
