i bought a phone online Monday last week on the 6th Mr price promised the last day for the delivery will be Monday the 13th..when tract my order it was delivered but the drive could get the access to the address. but i didn't get any massage that the driver is on his way or whatever. after that the they authorized to return back the parcel to the sender of which that is Mr price branch.. when i track the order again it was misplaced.. i tried to contact Mr price they said they will contact the courier when i contact the courier they said the return the order to the sender which is Mr price branch. again i contacted Mr price they said they will refund me once received the order.. my question who asked for the refund?and why must i wait for their own mistakes in order to get my refund?

now I must wait for 7 working days for them to receive the order from the courier in order to be refunded and wait another working days for the money to reflect after i already waited a week for the phone so basically that is a month
