Quality of films shown
I have an issue with the lack of quality of programming on Netfix. Too many Indian, Hindu and Korean films or shows dominate the streaming service. Netflix does not have the high quality programs anymore and many of their original programming is amateurish and not entertaining.
They raise their prices every year but the quality diminishes.
I watch more HBO Max and YouTube then Netflix.
Bring back your quality or I'm leaving.
Desired outcome: Higher quality programs and less international offerings.
Sick of the wait for new seasons for shows.
I have learned not to get too involved in any new shows Netflix puts out because it may be a year or two before you get a new season. Case in point Sweet Magnolias, The Whitcher I could go on an on. I am about ready to cancel my subscription! The shows Netflix is putting out are horrible. Really the only reason I have kept Netflix is holding on for the return of the shows mentioned but it is just not worth $8.99 anymore I have seriously lost interest in the outcome of these shows. There are so many other better streaming services.
Production on many shows halted in 2020, can you think of a reason why?
Are you the one? (season 1 episode 1 time 12m50)
In this reality TV one of the guys says:
"I don't typically take selfies you know? I will send dickpic to a girl but only if she doesn't want it...Cause that's more fun you know?"
(season 1 episode 1 time 12m50)
With this you are promoting the rape culture and normalizing harassement through text messages!
Nowadays, it should not be acceptable to be able to have this type of comments normalized in TV.
As girls, we all have received unsolicited sexual (and not) content/harrasement and this should not be normalized and it is certainly NOT "more fun" this way...
Desired outcome: Stop promoting this type of comments
It's not a scripted show, not really worth blaming Netflix for it?
Tired of the nonsense netflix is putting out to it's audience.
"Please Sir", child flapping his hand several times to catch teacher's attention.
"Yes, Higgins, you may speak",
"Sir, looking through my text book, why are all soldiers in Napoleons army all white",... take's a breath to pause,.."On Netflix Sir, Josephene was black lady"
This wokism and cancel culture it's not helping the minds of young children. We can only move forward in our development only by accepting that life is not made of pink fluff fairy bubbles.
Desired outcome: Please EXTRACT political correctness, virtual signalling, historical inaccuracies, over exaggeration of women heroism. Let's get back to good storylines and creditable, believable acting.
Abominable movie (wrongly claimed map from chinese company in a kid movie)
The movie is well-known for political misleading information and wrongly claimed of other nation's territories from a Chinese company as you can see at 10:10 from the map in the movie. This is unacceptable and a shame for a global company like Netflix, actually take this movie into account or at least sensor the map.

netflix original
Why was the Irregulars cancelled. It was an entertaining fun sci fi show with an interesting take on Sherlock Holmes and Watson. I personally like the fantasy and science fiction shows.
Desired outcome: Like to see a Season 2

Closing credits
When I watch a movie on Netflix I would appreciate that the credits be given due credit and are able to play for more than a few seconds before they flip over to the next movie being advertised. It is an incredible disservice to me as a viewer who has enjoyed the movie, is into its narrative and then am switched over abruptly to the next movie offering. Time and time again this has broken the mood, the ambience AND the overall final enjoyment of the movie. It makes me feel like as a paying customer Netflix wants to capitalise on my viewing even more by keeping me engaged by the next offering. I am able to do that on my own. I do not need any prompts. So Please be more mindful of the movies themselves, the content, the credits to the movie and allow the viewer to slowly disengage with the movie at an appropriate and respectful rate. It is near impossible to gain any info from the credits if you are interested in any detail. It is as if none of this info matters.Home viewing is about comfort, yes, but not unlike movie theatres you still need to absorb the movie before moving on the next and usually that requires more than a minute which is more than you dedicate to your credits. It is an incredible disrespect for all those working in the movie industry which is basically your bottom line and your raison d'être. Grow up and participate in our cultural world where the dollar isn't the bottom line and show some respect to the movie industry and your viewers.
Thank you
Suzanne Valois
You still have the option to watch the credits if you click on the window where they play, most people just aren't interested in them.
Racism
You can try to fight racism by making white people scapegoats but racial prejudice comes in all colors! All you're doing is alienating your current audience. So think twice about how you treat all people! Again, all people! If I keep seeing prejudice! I'll discontinue my service! Because, white, black, Asian we all watch but we can all cancel and if you're going to be racist I don't need your service
Ok.
Audio on some shows are ridicoulously high on the intro and cant hear a word during the shows
I started watching walking dead season 7 again and this is not the first show, but its the last one to get on my nerves while I'm watching something and the sound effects and intro are insanely loud i have to lower the volume to 15 almost then during the show I have to put it at 70. You can imagine the random gunfire and other effects still at normal volume and are blasting. I watched the show never had to do it on normal tv so its obvious the problem lies with you and like i said its not the first time. So if you know the people in charge of uploading TV and movies and checking their integrity could you know do there job the first time right? i know thats hard to ask but its not hard to watch a show and make sure the volume is not crazy. If you don't have someone who vets your content before its uploaded, well, you have bigger problems then if you don't know by this point to do something so basic. So thanks for doing the job your paid for have a good day. )
Desired outcome: The volume on shows to be correct and everyone does the jobs they are paid for
movie makers
Please tell your film makers to use lighting. Those of us that watch on non-TV devices can't see half of the stuff because they are all obsessed with mood lighting.
I've watched hours of sinners shot like it's being filmed in a bathroom.
It's true of 50% of your programming.
Desired outcome: change!!
miss advertising
I was told i could get a months free trial when infact they would not give me a months free trial just charged me from day one.
Desired outcome: £5.99 refund
'The Lost Pirate Kingdom'
Hello, I'm writing to complain about a rather racist element in the series 'The Lost Pirate Kingdom'
Most of the series is set in 1714-1716, several years after the 1707 union of England and Scotland... yet most of the time most of historians and narration says 'England' and 'the English'. Surely such erudite people know of the 1707 union and that the correct words from then should be Britain and the British. Why then the obviously incorrect and insulting, perhaps even racist, habit of saying just England and the English? A case in point is the governor of Jamaica then who was actually Scottish. And the character, Bellamy, at one point mentions the ship has people from several nationalities on board, including a Scottish person.
Is there anything that can be done to correct this insulting inaccuracy? In any case future films should be careful to always say the UK, Britain and the British. I am a professional writer of history books with access to various public platforms. Best wishes, Seán Michael Wilson
Cancelled account and still took money the following month!
I cancelled account 20th march, said it was cancelled and no more money would be took.
Today they took the money again!
Very annoying, unhelpful customer service. Very arrogant supervisor.
Rude and unhelpful!
Once an account is closed, they should delete your bank details!
Fraudsters!
Stealing peoples money. Total utter disgrace.
Never again!
Had to cancel my bank card so they couldn't steal anymore money off me.
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND
They don't just reopen your account, someone at your end did it. Demanding to speak to a supervisor is just a [censored] move, the first agent you speak to will get things sorted for you.
Double Deductions from Account in April
Good day,
My name is Yetunde Adenekan, I have a Netflix account linked to my Zenith Bank account 208**308 in Nigeria.
On 3/4/2021 Netflix deducted N4, 400.00 from my account and on 8/4/2021 Netflix deducted N4, 519.20 from the same account for the month of April.
Netflix usually make one deduction from my account on the 3rd of every month. I am surprised that Netflix can make another deduction of 8/4/2021 in respect of the same transaction.
Netflix should reverse the transaction of 8/4/2021 because I believe same was made in error.
I await a timely response.
Thank you.
Yetunde Adenekan
Move production from Georgia
I am a long time subscriber to your service. I feel compelled to ask that you stop producing your programming in Georgia. Until Georgia joins the 21st century and removes obstacles to voting, Netflix should find other venues for their production activities.
Thank you
David and Ellen Berman

Desired outcome: Move production from Georgia
Georgia and Ginny
TV-14? Really? In the first episode, after sneaking into her bedroom and coaxing Ginny into bed, her weed-smoking classmate asks, "can you take two fingers?" COMPLETELY inappropriate content for young viewers. Let's not forget about Ginny's lesbian best friend with the filthy mouth and Georgia needing to "get it on" with her sex toy. This show is disgusting and has absolutely no redeeming qualities. Didn't think it could get any worse until you discover Georgia killed her latest husband to get her hands on his money. You should be ashamed of both the content and the rating. Your content keeps getting worse with every new show that is added and yet your monthly fees for such garbage keep increasing...are you losing more and more viewers, perhaps?
Programs that promote and incites violence.
If Dr Seuss can be canceled why can Netflix continue to show violent cartoons. These cartoons are violent, very offensive, hostile, abusive, gun killing mental nightmare. How are enabled to keep showing this type of offensive material.? When children and young adults watch this violence they thank that all the violence they see is ok. Today programs like you show tells people they should hate everyone that is different from them and that it good and ok to hate and kill others. We need more entertainment that promote good feelings not hate.
Desired outcome: How are enabled to continue with this type of offensive material.type
Paradise PD
Making a mockery of Jesus is not only unacceptable, it's sacrilegious. As a Christian, I am appalled by this being allowed. Imagine if someone did this to a Muslim or some black lives subject! It's time Netflix understands that it must provide standards for everyone. Stop allowing these types to attack religious beliefs. I would cancel but the account is not mine. However, I will encourage my son to cancel you, if you keep canceling us.
Christianity epitomises what is essentially 'White' (though, it is to be said it's roots are middle-eastern), this seems to be a legitimate target for self-loathing virtual signalling liberals, who are most likely to be Tulmudic extraction and an atheist or agnostic.
