Do not order with this company or give them any information. The good reviews are fake. Items they claim are in stock suddenly are out of stock when you order them and they have your money for at least a while. Who knows what they do with your data when you contact them.
The web site is full of spelling errors and nonsensical data that gives clues. Basically a data mining company in murky backwaters of Hong Kong

December 26: ordered size 11 US. These slippers appear be about size 13, and are completely unacceptable because of the size. Please advise what I should do with these slippers, because I'm unable to use. I will gladly return, however I expect to be reimbursed for the price and freight. Thank you.

Placed an order with New Chic a few MONTHS AGO through a Facebook advertisement. They took the money out of my bank account immediately! Two months later, I get a poorly written email saying my dress is back ordered and I can request a refund. I requested a refund 2 and a half months ago. NOTHING! This company IS A SCAM. They are based in China.

I ordered vest on Nov 8 (that is when it paid from my PayPal account) & I have yet to receive. Wanted to see if u would take care of before I turned over to my PayPal for failure to receive & request a refund.

I have not recieved my order of shoes no [protected] ordered 26/11/2017 the post office has no record of it although tracking tells me that many outlets in China have recieved it and also in NSW AUSTRALIA have received it this was my first order and not happy with result it was reqired by Christmas

Ordered mens shorts on August 3, 2018. Promised delivery in 7 to 10 days. Order [protected] still not delivered. Tracking Number provided says "Item not found." Customer service web site does not exist. I have never read so many bad reviews about one company. BUYER BEWARE! This Chinese company is running a SCAM.

On 11/9 i ordered 3 pairs of shoes it is now 11/29 and i still have not recieved any notifications that the package is on its way. i contacted DHL shipping and they said that the sender hasn't even released the package after 20 days. This is ridiculous

Ordered boots because they advertised on Facebook. Attention Facebook: this is a terrible company, and it will hurt my perception of Facebook. They do not have a reasonable return policy: you must contact them first to get a refund, and they are basically unreachable so you are stuck with the product even if you do not like it.

This company is s scam.
There tracking does not update nor can they tell you where your order is.
They refuse to assist and they refuse to refund your for any errors they have made. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from them.

I have tried to reach costumer service.I have done everything I can, upswing telephone and email that is provided on the new chic web sight.attempts were made on december11 and12.I'm attempting much larger size, or refund.

Very cheap quality
Very cheap quality products unlike the pictures you see on their websites. Products come from China from Chinese companies and it takes forever to get the products.

I ordered a size 9 bootie. Great product for a great price I think. There was no label on the shoe to indicate a size and there was no packing slip. I have tried to email them 3x but they say I have an invalid telephone number. Trust me, I know what mybtelephone number is!
I would love to exchange them for a larger size but they do not respond!

I bought a jacket from this "Company" on October 25, 2017. It is poorly made and at least two sizes too small. I have tried SEVEN times to contact NewChic about a return and they simply refuse to reply to my requests. It is my opinion that this "Company" is a total scam. I would RUN, very fast, in the opposite direction from this "Company".

I get the same reply from "Morris" in customer service stating/repeating the same information and to kindly wait . I'm quickly running out of patience and just want the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered.

I have been trying to place an order online or on my phone all day. First of all, the page with product doesn't show picture, just blinks words on and off. Then when I tried to choose a mailing method, it wouldn't let me. Your phone number doesn't seem to work. Is this a real company. Going elsewhere.

Bought an item that the web site advertised as in stock, they took my money and then turned around and said the product was out of stock as well as taking my money. Huge waste of time, energy and unessary stress on my behalf, cant be too bad for them they take your money and dont delivier on items.

I ordered one pair of boots and I got charged for two and I sent the one pair back but I never got a refund for the one pair I sent back! I want a refund for the one pair I sent back or I am notifying the Better Business Bureau
