OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip Review: Nightmare Customer Service during COVID-19 Crisis

My experience with onetwotrip was not very good. My old man unfortunately got the Rona virus the day before our trip and we tried to get in touch with onetwotrip about our situation but it turned out to be a total nightmare. We were going back and forth with them via email all night, from 6pm til 6am the next day, and it was not worth the hassle. They were giving us options but then later on, they would tell us that they're not really an option anymore. It was very frustrating especially since there were a lot of things to think about and consider.
In the end, we decided to reach out to the airline directly but it turned out that it was a big no-no since our ticket was booked through a third party. It was a total mess and we had no choice but to lose the original ticket and book another one which could have been so much pricier than we hoped. It was not the kind of experience that we were hoping for - we ended up wasting so much time, effort and even money because of the miscommunication and confusion. Although we’re confident that OneTwoTrip tried to help us, it just wasn't the kind of service we were hoping for especially during these trying times. It was a total disaster.

OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip.com: Locking in ticket prices - does it really work?

On the 9th of April, in the year 2016, I had an experience with OneTwoTrip.com that left me less than satisfied. I was in the process of booking a flight from the United States to Europe when the option to lock in the ticket price for an additional fee was presented to me. Without hesitation, I decided to take advantage of this service and received a confirmation email with instructions to complete my booking within the 72-hour window.

However, after only 50 hours had passed since receiving the email, I attempted to finalize my booking but was met with a pop-up notification informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. I knew I had not cancelled the booking myself and was left feeling confused and frustrated. I promptly contacted the customer service team at OneTwoTrip.com to try and understand what had gone wrong.

To my surprise, they simply responded by telling me that the airline was responsible for making changes to flight prices and canceling bookings - essentially saying that OneTwoTrip had no control over the situation. I found this to be unacceptable - after all, I had paid for a service that was supposed to lock in my ticket price and prevent my reservation from being cancelled. I couldn't help but wonder why this service was even being offered if it couldn't be guaranteed to work as advertised.

I understand that changes to flight prices and bookings can happen unexpectedly, but this experience left me feeling like OneTwoTrip had taken my money and left me with no recourse when things went wrong. They could have at least sent me a notification about the cancellation, rather than leaving me to find out on my own.

OneTwoTrip Beware of OneTwoTrip: Lack of transparency and hidden baggage fees

Warning to all travelers out there - OneTwoTrip is not your friend!

Throughout our many years of booking flights all over the world, we have never had a bad experience quite like the one we had with OneTwoTrip. Despite booking with them countless times before, we were shocked to discover that our recent tickets did not include check-in baggage. It was not mentioned anywhere on their site during the booking process and we were only notified of this after downloading our e-tickets.

After reaching out to their customer service team, they told us that we had purchased "cheap" tickets which did not include baggage. This was a severe lack of transparency from OneTwoTrip, who we assume would have preferred us not to know until we got to the airport. When we contacted the airline directly, they told us we had to talk OneTwoTrip about this matter.

Now, not only do we have to pay extra for check-in baggage, we also cannot make changes to our booking online. We have to pay an exorbitant E100 per person per bag at check-in, making our "cheap" flight way more expensive than booking directly with the airline.

Unfortunately, this horrendous experience has left us with a sour taste in our mouths and we will never make the mistake of booking through OneTwoTrip again. We find it particularly alarming that Skyscanner, a reputed travel site, would endorse such a sleezy operation. Needless to say, we are reluctant to use Skyscanner again in the future.

Be careful when booking with OneTwoTrip, or else you might find yourself paying far more than you bargained for.

OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip Review: Unpleasant Experience with Cancellations and Refunds

I had an experience with OneTwoTrip when I purchased a ticket to fly from Istanbul to Moscow in October 2022. Overall, I found it easy and convenient to use their platform to purchase the ticket.

However, my experience turned sour when I received a notification 2 hours before my scheduled flight time that it was cancelled by the air company. OneTwoTrip offered me an alternative flight that would take 25 hours with multiple stops, which I declined since it was not what I had originally booked. I ended up purchasing a flight with another company at the Istanbul airport, which turned out to be very expensive.

I contacted OneTwoTrip to request a refund for the cancelled flight, but I did not receive a response until 6 months later on February 6th. To my surprise, they notified me that my refund was ready, but I needed to pay them ?37 first before they could process it. I sent them several emails requesting them to take the fee from my ticket money, but I did not receive any replies.

I feel like OneTwoTrip is a questionable company and may be running a scam. I called their customer service numerous times, but their lines were busy and unavailable. I do not trust them to pay them any additional money since they already owe me ?300.

In conclusion, my experience with OneTwoTrip was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend anyone to use this company for booking flights. It is possible that you may encounter issues with cancellations or refunds and end up losing your money.

OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip: A Scam of a Service - don't waste your time or money!

I gotta be honest, I had a pretty bad time using OneTwoTrip. If I had to give them a rating, I'd say they barely deserve a single star! And from what I've heard, I'm not the only one with this kinda experience.

The service is just so dang confusing! It's like they make it extra tricky to book flights, and somehow I kept messing up entering my info. Plus, they even added some extra services to my bill that I definitely didn't book. I ended up getting charged twice, and had to deal with my bank and support to fix it. To make matters worse, I couldn't even cancel my ticket because my last name was entered wrong. They only gave me 30 minutes to correct it, and I had no idea!

When I finally reached out to support, they told me my only option was to pay a cancellation fee and try to re-book all over again. As you can imagine, that was a huge headache and ended up costing me a ton of cash. Plus, when I tried reaching out again, support was completely unresponsive. It's obvious they don't care about their users at all.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend OneTwoTrip to my worst enemy - that's how bad it was. It's really just a scam and they're not worth wasting your time on. Go ahead and book your flights somewhere else, trust me!

OneTwoTrip Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Experience with OneTwoTrip Travel Service

My last time booking for travel using the OneTwoTrip (onetwotrip.com) service was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I booked three one-way flights from Toronto to Montreal on their website, and paid for them in full. Much to my disappointment, when my guests arrived at the airport, there was no record of my purchase. Even though we showed our email confirmation, the airline couldn't find any record of the transaction.

I was compelled to call OneTwoTrip customer service, and I was put on hold several times before I finally got an answer from their online customer service. They explained to me that my transaction was flagged as fraud, and my tickets were refunded. However, I received no email notification regarding the cancellation or the reason why it was considered fraud.

To add salt to injury, upon further examination of the refund, I discovered that there was a $30 discrepancy. I sent this information along to their customer service agent as proof, and I received a rudely phrased response indicating that they processed the refund in full from their end. This left me with no other option than to purchase last-minute flight tickets for my guests and get them on the flight within a short time.

I won't recommend OneTwoTrip as a travel agent to anyone, as their customer service is unreliable and unhelpful. They are a group of scammers who will only leave you disappointed and helpless.

OneTwoTrip Smooth Booking Process, But Disappointing Customer Service During Pandemic: My OneTwoTrip Review

I have recently had an experience with OneTwoTrip and I wanted to share my thoughts with others. I decided to book a flight to the U.S and I must say that the booking process was smooth and drama-free. The payment went through immediately and all updates were communicated to me through email and text in a very professional and timely manner. It was all going really well until Covid messed things up. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my travel plans were thrown off and OneTwoTrip notified me on the 8th of April that my flight was cancelled.

This is where things started to go downhill. Naturally, I immediately applied for a refund and was told that it would take anywhere between 3 to 30 days for me to receive it. I was happy to wait for the refund, given how much Covid has affected everything around us. However, 30 days turned to 40, and still, no refund. I wrote to them via email and received a polite but generic response. Although OneTwoTrip had originally assured me that everything was fine, I was now told that I wasn't a priority customer as my flight wasn't until July. I was told that they would deal with my refund closer to the date of my flight.

I waited for another 30 days but heard nothing. I decided to contact them by phone, but to my dismay, the customer support representative was condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot. They told me that I would have to wait for 90 days for my refund and that they were waiting for confirmation. This sounded like a generic response that they give to all customers. It's been 95 days now, and I have sent them two emails this week, but I have yet to receive a response.

To say that this experience has been stressful would be an understatement. All the unnecessary delays and lack of communication have caused me both stress and anxiety. I feel let down by OneTwoTrip, who have put me in total limbo. It's not just the delay in receiving my refund, but also the loss of money and time that I had dedicated to this trip. It's a shame that a company that had started the booking process so well failed to comply with the basic principles of customer service when there was a need for support and explanation.

Overall, I would not recommend OneTwoTrip. Although their booking process was smooth, their service level drops dramatically when it comes to supporting customers during times of uncertainty. Given the current financial climate, it's not acceptable to keep customers waiting for such a long time. If you're looking for good customer service and support, there are better companies out there.

OneTwoTrip Disappointing Experience with OneTwoTrip: Limited Options and Extra Fees for Rebooking

Yo, I just wanna say that my experience with OneTwoTrip was pretty whack. I copped a ticket from Moscow to Stockholm for like ?700, thinking it was gonna be refundable or rebookable, but nah bruh. There was no option to choose that during the booking process and I was just tryna secure something before prices increased.

Fast forward to a week before my trip, I hit up customer service to see what my options were since I didn't end up needing the ticket. Y'all, I waited a fat minute for a response and when they finally hit me back, they said I could rebook it, but there were extra costs and I only had a few hours before the offer expired. Also, there were barely any available flights for the next few months.

I tried to make things work with the customer service rep but every time we tried to find a new flight, there were weird terms and conditions or extra fees that made it not even worth it. We ended up looking at a flight from Amsterdam to Turkey? Like, what?! That ticket alone was only ?95, but with all the extra fees, it was basically the same price as if I just bought a whole new ticket. Like, what is even the point of rebooking at that point?

Overall, I'm just super frustrated with OneTwoTrip for not offering more options or being more flexible. Like, I couldn't even get a voucher for my ?700 spent? That's messed up, man. I couldn't find a new flight before the original departure date, so basically all my money went straight down the drain. Not a good look, OneTwoTrip. Not a good look.

OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip Scammed Us: A Review of Their Dishonest Refund Policies and Terrible Customer Service

Me and my bae booked tickets from Newark, NJ to Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire like a boss, cuz we got the sickest deal on OneTwoTrip. But then, we decided to cancel our plans after a few hours. You feel me? We checked their website, and they said they'll give us a full refund within 24 hours of booking. But then, what happens, fam? They straight up cancel our tickets and tell us that our fares are "nonrefundable". Like, what is this madness? They can't just take our money like that when we're following the law, you know what I'm saying? We spoke to their customer service, and that guy was worthless, man. He was mean and kept cutting us off. Like, if you're working in customer service and you're being rude, that's just whack. We went through so much hassle because of these guys, but we're not going down like that, no way. We're gonna get every penny back, and we're gonna do it legit, you feel me? We're taking this to the credit card company, we're reporting them for fraud, and we're letting the Better Business Bureau know that they're scamming people out of their money. We're not gonna let them win, man.

OneTwoTrip The Worst Customer Service: My Experience with OneTwoTrip

OneTwoTrip is a website that I used to book my travel tickets but I have to say that I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service in this company. I have been trying to get in touch with them since February 2022 and it's currently in the middle of August 2022 and I still have not received any response from them at all. I mean, come on! This is six months of waiting and it's absolutely ridiculous.

I have tried contacting them through various means – email, phone, live chat – but to no avail. It's almost like they don't care about their customers at all. And that's not even the worst part. They have absolutely no regard for the time or money that their customers put into booking with them. I had to postpone my entire trip because of their lack of response and it has caused me a lot of inconvenience and expense.

I believe that their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. They refuse to interact with clients in any feasible way, which is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. People need support when booking travel, and if a company can't provide that, then they should not be in business at all.

I don't know how they stay in business, but I would not recommend using OneTwoTrip for anyone who values their time and money. It's a complete waste and there are far better options out there with better customer support and communication.

In conclusion, I highly advise against using OneTwoTrip as they do not value their customers and their lack of response is incredibly frustrating.

OneTwoTrip Unreliable Payment System - My Disappointing Experience with OneTwoTrip

So, recently I decided to book some tickets on OneTwoTrip website. Well, it was not that rosy experience, as I have expected. They literally charged more amount from my visa card than originally mentioned on the tickets. To be honest, it was quite a surprise for me, and I became disappointed and frustrated with their service. I'm not sure about the glitch, maybe there was something wrong with their payment gateway, but as a customer, it really matters to me that my transactions go smoothly and seamlessly without any complications.

In general, I'm not fond of writing negative reviews for any site or product, but it was an overwhelmingly unpleasant experience for me, and I believe that by leaving this review here, I may prevent others from going through the same or similar issues. OneTwoTrip Beware of OneTwoTrip: My experience with this travel booking site was a nightmare

OneTwoTrip is a travel booking site that I highly do not recommend using. My recent experience with them left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. They had rejected my payment for no apparent reason and now, even after four days, I still have $600 tied up in my account with no return in sight. If I didn't have some extra money stashed away, I would have been in a lot of financial trouble. It's really unsettling that they haven't even communicated with me about the issue and I feel as if I'm being cheated. It's no wonder people call it fraud!

OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip: A Total Disaster for Booking Flights, Review

So, I tried to book a flight on OneTwoTrip and it was a total disaster. I thought everything was going smoothly until I got an insufficient funds message instead of a confirmation number. My bank account was charged $1301.48 but there was no record of my booking. I tried calling customer service but I've been on hold for 3 hours without any answer.

The ticket price was only $1180 so obviously I had enough funds to cover it. To make matters worse, the only thing OneTwoTrip sent me was a generic email saying they rejected the transaction. I've tried to cancel the transaction with my bank but they won't accept anything from OneTwoTrip.

Now I'm out over $1300 with no tickets and no refund. This has been a huge headache and I would not recommend using OneTwoTrip for any future flights.

OneTwoTrip OneTwoTrip cancelled my refund without explanation - worst service ever!

So, I booked a flight on OneTwoTrip and everything was fine until Covid-19 hit. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled and they told me to fill out a refund form and wait for 30 days. I did what they asked, but after waiting for three long months, I still hadn't received any response from them. Then, they replied to me saying that my refund has been cancelled! What?! I mean, seriously, what kind of service is that? All my information on Emirates is gone now, and I have no idea what to do next.

I tried to contact OneTwoTrip, but all I received were robot replies. It's so frustrating! It feels like they don't even care about us. They just stole my money and left me stranded. I'm extremely angry and disappointed with their service.

I don't know what to do now, but I hope nobody else has to go through what I'm going through. It's just not fair! I trusted them with my hard-earned money, and they simply let me down. Be careful when booking with OneTwoTrip, guys!

OneTwoTrip Unfortunate Hotel Mix-Up and Poor Customer Service with OneTwoTrip

Just recently, I reserved a hotel in Venice through OneTwoTrip and it was a bummer that they mixed up the names, leading to me being booked in another hotel. It wasn't even the same level of quality that I had paid for. It was unfortunate that I had to stay in the lesser hotel on the first night of my trip. OneTwoTrip took their sweet time investigating for three weeks with no updates and reimbursement yet. To be honest, I wouldn't suggest booking hotels with them in the future.

OneTwoTrip Avoid OneTwoTrip: Terrible Experience Cancelling Flight to Dubai via Tehran

I recently decided to try out OneTwoTrip for booking a flight to Dubai with a connecting flight in Tehran. Unfortunately, I was not able to obtain a visa and had to cancel my tickets. I was relieved to find that my first flight from Moscow to Tehran was refunded without issue. However, my experience with the second flight from Tehran to Dubai was nothing short of dreadful.

After realizing I needed to cancel my second ticket, I reached out to the support team. To my frustration, I received only automated responses stating that my request was in progress. Despite two months of waiting, there was no progress to report and I was never given any updates. Eventually, I lost all of my money because of this terrible experience.

My advice to anyone reading this would be to steer clear of OneTwoTrip. This is by far the most unprofessional service I have ever used, and I have no intention of using it again. I urge you to avoid making the same mistake that I did, unless it is an absolute emergency.

OneTwoTrip Disappointing Experience with OneTwoTrip: One-Way Ticket instead of Round Trip & Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with OneTwoTrip didn't go as planned. I purchased a ticket for a round trip, but when I got to the airport for my return flight, they told me I only had a one-way ticket. Can you believe that? Panic mode set in and I had to fork over more money for a return flight, thankfully I got there early.

When I reached out to customer service, they gave me a runaround and said I had already used my return ticket. Huh?! They suggested I contact the airline to get it straightened out. Ugh, talk about frustrating.

Now, I gotta be real with you, their customer service English was just not good. It was hard to understand what they were saying. Maybe it was just the representative I talked to, who knows.

All in all, I wouldn't say my experience with OneTwoTrip was decent at best. I hope they get their act together because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from OneTwoTrip. Despite my multiple attempts to contact them to rectify the error, they refused to help me out until I paid extra charges. It was quite disheartening to note that they wouldn't make a simple adjustment that would have saved me a great deal of inconvenience.

Eventually, I decided to cancel my booking and book with another online travel agency. I can only imagine how frustrating it would have been to discover the mistake late, and miss my flight because I had not corrected the error. It is very disappointing that a company would behave in such a manner.

I must say that my experience with OneTwoTrip was less than satisfactory, and I will never use their website again. If you are planning to book your travel arrangements online, I would advise you to think consciously about the service quality offered by the company before committing to them. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

OneTwoTrip Disappointing experience with OneTwoTrip's booking process and customer service

So, I decided to give OneTwoTrip a try, and boy was it a disappointment. I was excited to book my travel through their website, but as soon as I entered my card details, both my cards were rejected. I didn't know what to do, so I decided to give them a call and complain about the issue.

Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to had no idea on how to solve the problem. She kept asking me questions about my details and even stated that there was some technical team they needed to consult with first. I found the whole situation messed up since the booking process should have been straightforward.

Moreover, I decided to keep on trying and even managed to lock in a booking. However, as soon as I checked back on their website, I noticed that the booking price had increased. Once again, I decided to give their customer service a call. I expected some help, but instead, the lady I spoke to seemed clueless and uninterested in my situation. She kept on asking for my details which made me wonder if they knew all my information already.

After being unsatisfied with the service, I decided to cancel everything and look for other travel agencies. Honestly, the whole process left me feeling frustrated and angry at why OneTwoTrip was allowing such incompetence within their customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I hope they improve their services soon.
