OnTrac Lost package. Unwilling to take initiative to resolve issue. Employees do not care about the customers.

Package marked delivered on 06-2-21 at 6:00 pm. That is a lie! It was not delivered and I have the security video footage to prove it. You did not answer my numerous emails! Your employees do not have the initiative to help the customer locate the package and keep putting them off, telling them the issue will be resolved with in 48 hours, which is a lie!. I have spent over 30 hours, trying to resolve this issue and you do not give a [censored] about my time which is valuable! And WORTHLESS GEORGE B. does nothing but lie to the customers!

Desired outcome: My package retrieved and delivered immediately and reimbursed for my time!

in the last month they have stolen two pkgs from walmart at a value of 90 dollars. walmart refunds my money so they are stealing from walmart they are also stealing mass amounts of my time when I have to file all these claims. they do not resolve anything they just keep doing the same thievery over and over and over . and why walmart uses them is anyones guess. doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is insanity

OnTrac Delivery

Ontrac lost my package which was out for delivery.
I don't know how this company operates, but there are too many complaints on this same issue for them to still be open and operating.

This company needs to be closed down, and some in their management need to go to prison.

Desired outcome: ontrac bancrupt, management in prison.

My package from Walmart was to be delivered on 8/27 only to find out that OnTrac delayed the delivery due to weather/service alerts. Not sure what 'weather' the driver was experiencing, as it was sunny all day on Friday. When I checked their website, there were no service alerts either. Are these even trained drivers? This is the 3rd time OnTrac has failed...

OnTrac Delivery

Driver put package at corner of trailer, no knock, busy street. Will notify Home Depot that I will not order from them as long as OnTrac is delivering. If I wasn't home and heard a truck race off, my package would be gone.

I was at home all day [8/17/2021] watching for delivery, as last month [7/21/2021] OnTrac failed to deliver a package [even though system said it had been] and accepted no responsibility for the issue. OnTrac Delivery of Packages

I would like to complain about the laziness of the driver. I have had multiple deliveries from the same driver and everytime he delivers he puts the packages out in the open. I have a large note that ask nicely to please put the packages behind the pillar or in the empty pot so that they are out of sight. In todays' day and age why would anyone every put your packages right out in the open in the middle of the porch or on the stairs. Complete disregard for other peoples items. If there is anyway I could avoid ONtrac delivery I would. I am going to also notify the companies that use them to deliver my products. I have it on video. Today's delivery and last weeks were from Nordstrom. I already complained last week on both delivery days so I will be calling them again. To put the packages on top of the note instead of taking one more step to hide the packages is completely unexcuseable. UPS and Fedex all can read, apparently your driver can not.

OnTrac Package was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and still have not gotten any updates

My package has been in transit in CONCORD, CA, USA, United States since Aug 11, 2021 07:23 PM, and it was supposed to arrive on Aug 12-13 and I haven't gotten any updates about my order.
I want my shipment to be sent faster.

OnTrac Lazy delivery - treats packages like crap

Unfortunately, Chewy is notorious for using OnTrac as their usual delivery service...also unfortunately, I order from them a lot, and I live in an apartment complex with parcel lockers. I received an email from Chewy notifying me that my purchase was delivered. Nothing at my door and no text or email notifications informing me of a parcel pending. I track the order through my Chewy account to find that OnTrac left it in a locker. Nice, which locker? Cause there's like several dozen. Now I get to go on a treasure hunt for something that should have been delivered to my door, or left in a locker I was actually given access to. In the past, it was left unsecured in the parcel room with other OnTrac packages meant for other customers...just out in the open, waiting to be taken by anyone. If you don't want to deliver the package the right way, don't be a delivery driver.

On top of that, OnTrac is great at mishandling packages...the last one I received had oil blotches on it, tape ripped, and box smashed in. No clue how, it legit looked like anger was taken out on the box. It was impressive the box was able to keep the contents inside long enough to get to me.

OnTrac Service Feedback

I have some feedback regarding the last two deliveries we've had from this delivery service, because the exact same thing has happened with our packages.

Both times, our packages were left at the top of our driveway (about 1/4 mile away from our house) and were placed behind the gate of the empty lot next to the top of our driveway and both were delivered after 8 PM, which means they were left on the side of a busy road overnight.

The package we received last night, we were notified around 7 AM on 8/10 that our package would be delivered by 7 PM that night. Around 7 PM that night we received another notification that our package wouldn't be delivered until the following day, no problem it was getting late and we were about to put our daughter to bed.

While leaving for an appointment this morning, I noticed a package behind the gate of the empty lot next to our driveway and it was the package we were expecting. I checked through shipping notifications and it said it was delivered at 9:05 PM on 8/10.

I appreciate the speedy delivery and I understand that the delivery drivers have a lot of deliveries that they have to do but delivering so late, after notifying us that it would be delivered the next day and then not even delivering it to the front door is a little unacceptable. Especially because this is the second time this has happened with this delivery service.

We have never had this issue with any of the other delivery services, each one has managed to drive down our driveway and deliver the packages to our front door with no issues.

I wish I was able to find out ahead of time what delivery service was being used when shipping an item because I would avoid this delivery service at all costs.

Desired outcome: I'm hoping with this feedback, this issue can at least be addressed if not fixed

This was not delivered as stated... It was not received.. I was here all day-no delivery was made here! Deliveries are placed over our gate as everyone else does-not problem, I want this fixed as soon as possible... Contact the delivery person

OnTrac Lied about delivery from Bestbuy.

The delivery person stated they could not enter the building at 2:45pm. First off I live in a single story house with an active ring doorbell with video. Plus I live in a gated community with a guard. If they stopped them they would call us and we were home at the time. Looks to me they did not feel like driving out here to deliver my package. And lied about the delivery.

OnTrac Days late delivery

My product was due three days ago and still not being delivered today. Called to fix address typo every day over four days. Ontrac updates system, not package label. Now won't even put on truck. I offered to pick up, was told they would send from local facility right here in Springfield Oregon back to Washington State so I could pick up there if that's what I wanted. How convoluted! I should have just cancelled product and ordered elsewhere!

OnTrac Delivery service

Hello,
My tracking number is D10012574885499 for a package I have yet to receive. I would like to file a complaint regarding this experience with my package. The delivery driver made an error and marked my package as delivered last Thursday which threw me into full panic mode. I had to call every single day to see where my package was and didn't get an update until Tuesday that it was supposed to be delivered by the end of the day. My package has still not been delivered and the driver has yet to update what the heck they are doing with my package. They keep telling me I will get an email with an update but still nothing. This is very unprofessional and I am very upset with this service. I just want my package so I can be done with this. Thanks.

OnTrac Package not received

Package from REI was to be delivered on 7/21/21; OnTrac shows it was delivered on that day and that I signed for it [tracking #C11596245553486]. I was at home all day [I am retired] and neither the driver nor the package ever showed up and I definitely did not sign for anything.
OnTrac's response was that the driver was in the correct location [but provided no proof] and their only response was to contact the shipper.
I have not heard anything from the facility manager [its now 7/24/21], even though I reported it within an hour of the supposed delivery.
Their driver falsified my signature [customer service indicated it was just 'chicken scratch] and did not deliver my package. I even checked with neighbors and they did not receive anything for me.

Desired outcome: Manager needs to find where driver delivered package; accept responsibility for driver and non-delivery.

OnTrac Driving near accident

Had an encounter with one of your drivers today at 12.20 in klamath falls oregon your driver pulled out into traffic doing a left turn out of cashway lumber onto crosby causing myself and another driver to have to slam on the brakes even though we both had the right of way he then pulled an immediate right into a driveway parking lot and when I followed to get his plate number he kept driving thru several parking lots at a high rate of speed when he finally pulled over next to the auto zone store I asked him did he not see what he had done. If he had at least said sorry I would have let it go. He replied that "he didn't give a [censored]" and that I could go [censored] myself you big baby I am a paramedic supervisor with one of the nations largest ambulance providers is this your expectation of your drivers interactions with the public the driver was an hispanic male with a oregon plate 9z6981 would like a follow up with his supervisor and any correction action taken this guy is a terrible driver and puts the general public at risk with the speeding thru parking lots and on the street

OnTrac Definitely

I have put up a notice not to leave packages on top of outdoor apartment mail box because it is very visible and they get stolen. I have had 3 different deliveries each time they leave on top of the boxes next to the sign. I was expecting a package today so I added a second "Ontrac do not leave package here. They left package right next to my note!
How can I get the delivery drivers to fix this problem since they don't care about my notes this is the only delivery service that does this?

OnTrac Package not received

Email stated my package was delivered but when i went to check it never arrived. Asked my family if they saw it and they said nothing came and also asked my neighbors but they stated nothing or no one came to the door. I checked my mailbox and around my front door but nothing was there. I have had previous experiences with ontrac not delivering packages and know many people with the same issue.
