I just had an encounter with the OnTrac delivery driver. I can't believe this driver has been doing and for how long. He handed me my package and stated he always gives my dog chicken. I had the assumption a chicken treat and proceeded to walk away. As I did, he threw a chicken bone over my fence to my dog. This is very unacceptable!
Several occasions my dog has been vomiting and this could definitely be a cause.
Do you job deliver packages no need to feed my dog! I hope no one else has encountered such stupidity.

We have been having problems with the OnTrac delivery service to our home the past few weeks. Starting with packages left alongside the road on the outside of our property, to packages left on the side of the garage out of sight of our easily accessable front door to today, a driver hitting a garden flower pot that was clearly away from the road by at least a foot, breaking it.
We would like to start a claim for damages sustained by the driver today that delivered a REI package tracking #C11543542863688 delivered to 13515 - 93rd Ave. SE Snohomish, WA. 98296 today at 3:40pm

On FOUR separate occasions, OnTrac has held my packages in a local warehouse for days and days, even weeks, then returned then to sender without ever contacting me by text, phone or email. Once a package arrived to me with a slice in the box and items missing. I have requested to every company I purchase from to NEVER use them again for my orders. The company is completely incompetent. Not once have they delivered on time or completely.

Delivery delays
My delivery was left in Reno instead of being put on a semi headed for the seattle hub. It was due for delivery [protected]. It arrived [protected] and at 11:05am it still hasn't been loaded on a truck for delivery.
In talking with a rep from OnTrac they can't get anyone to answer their phones in the hub to say why my package is still not out for delivery.
OnTrac should have their operators license revoked.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
Please see the attached pictures, the ontrac driver left this in my driveway box dropped (on purpose?)
We have Trump signs up on our front porch and have noticed that whenever we have a ontrac delivery the Trumps signs are knocked over, perhaps this time the drivers emotions overcame his sense of duty as well as respect for the customers he/she serves meaning both my Family and Home Depot.
As you can see in the picture, the driver did not bother to bring the box to the house but instead left it in the driveway 30 feet from our home.
PLEASE make sure this particular driver NEVER comes to our home again.

OnTrac admitted to loosing my package. OnTrac suggested I contact the seller to see what they could do. I did, and MaxTool said they would refund my credit card. They never did. I purchased item from a different seller.
Couple days later OnTrac finds package and delivers it at 9:43PM. Email says left at front door. Package was 60 feet away from house by the gate on the street. I have a U driveway, only one side is gated.
Whenever I purchase anything on line I will ask if they use OnTrac. If they do I will not purchase from the. I will never use MaxTool.com again.

Urban outfitters package
My package was not delivered and marked as "delivered" I contacted urban outfitters. They couldn't issue a replacement or refund because it was marked a delivered. I don't know what to do. I've had issues with ontrac losing my packages and delivering it to the wrong house before. I've even seen them throw the packages carelessly but that's a different story. I just want my package or a refund. Thank you.
Missing delivery
Yesterday, I received an email to say that they delivered my Nordstrom parcel to a parcel locker in my apartment complex. When I opened the locker it was empty. I don't think I've ever received parcels via them previously and I can see why. The jeans were only $60 something but still it's made me paranoid about ordering things to be shipped in case this happens again. I tried to call them, but there was no way to reach a person directly to resolve the issue.

Falsified delivery signature, late delivery, not left at door
An item shipped to our 89-year-old parents was delivered a day late and left halfway up their steep driveway in the bushes. The delivery information says the package was signed for by "cv" despite no signature being made by the recipient. Tracking number c11809314290627. I am filing this complaint because 1) the driver falsified signature and 2) leaving the package halfway up a steep driveway buried in the bushes created a hazardous situation for our seniors. That is just lazy and dishonest!

I live in a senior housing complex and my neighbor upstairs is bedridden and can not get out of bed without assistance. She orders her incontinence supplies, and they are delivered by ontrac here is the problem. Since we live in a security building you have to buzz the apartment you are delivering to and the resident will buzz you in, both last month and this month my neighbors deliveries have been left outside by the front door and the delivery person never called upstairs via the security box out front, I brought them up to my neighbor which is very hard for me since I am in a wheelchair myself. On track has been contacted last month, but it seems to have done no good because the problem happened again this month this is unacceptable! Maybe the local route manager should be held accountable since there seems to be either a lack of training or lack of supervision either way this should not be allowed to go on.

I live on a long driveway with multiple homes, and every time Ontrac arrives, they drive SO fast down the driveway, today almost hitting a child who had run out of their house. This is completely unacceptable and should be rectified before it becomes lawsuit. This happens every time Ontrac delivers. I hope you make it known to your drivers to adhere to property speed limit signs and if they can't do that, then park on the street and walk the package in
Ontrac lazy...
Right now I understand that with christmas and this covid, everything is crazy. i've had packages delivered by fed ex, ups and usps... and ontrac. all of them have come to my door and left the package there and rang the bell except ontrac. unfortunately I get blue apron boxes and they use them as a courier. my dad left this morning to send out a package and he found my blue apron box at the end of the driveway, by our mailbox. and the street is right there! with all this package stealing, someone just needs to pull up and drive off.
Undelivered package
Intractable driver stated he delivered 2 boxes. The security video clearly shows driver having one box. I have called and emailed numerous times to ask about package. The last rep stated the driver was going to retrace his steps and try to find package. I highly doubt there is going to be a package laying around somewhere 3 days after he supposedly delivered my package what do I have to do to get a response from these people. Terrible customer service, and even worse delivery service. Don't use this delivery route
Non delivery of product and no return phone calls
On Nov 12 OnTrac tried to deliver a package. We were closed at the time but there is a sign on our door to call for deliveries if office is closed. Driver left a door tag. I signed it, and taped it to door and it sat there for 5 days so I removed it. Driver came again and left another door tag, I signed that one too and it's been taped to my door since the 20th of Nov. I've called numerous times to get my delivery and each time someone has told me they will look into it and of course, I never get called back. This package has been scheduled for delivery since Nov 12 and there has been no help whatsoever. There is about $300 worth of product in the package. My tracking number is D10012134385631

Delivery service
We are a couple in our 70s, living on a country road, and staying at home indoors because of COVID. We have experienced, are used to, and expect, delivery companies to promptly deliver packages to our front door.
Because of egregiously indefensible behavior on the part of OnTrac in July 2020 (and referenced in another complaint), I posted a sign at the end of my driveway saying the following: "DELIVERY SERVICES This is NOT a package delivery point! Packages left in this area have disappeared. Drive to the end of the driveway and make a left. Deliver packages under the eve. Thank you."
On Oct 27 2020 I checked the OnTrac website and discovered that OnTrac claimed, on Oct 23, to have delivered a package from Google Fi to our "FRONT DOOR". I immediately contacted OnTrac to report that no such thing had happened. The OnTrac representative claimed she would look into the matter and would contact us (through email address or phone number). We then contacted Google to report OnTrac's failure to deliver.
We never received either a call or an email. A week later we found that envelope on the ground in the bushes directly next to the sign mentioned above. What had apparently happened was that the envelope was laid directly under the sign and was moved or blown under the bush. What is clear is that the OnTrac deliverer deliberately and falsely claimed s/he had delivered it to our "FRONT DOOR". OnTrac is the worse delivery service we have ever experienced. When confronted with their false assertions, they claim to look into the matter, and don't follow up on the issue. This was not the first time OnTrac had screwed up a delivery, promised to address the problem and done nothing. What made this time particularly offensive was that OnTrac deliberately ignored a warning telling them not to leave deliveries by the road.
Package/ falsified delivery info
I ordered my package two days ago with correct information and it failed to notify me that my package was delivered at noon. My ring doorbell did not pick up any motion at noon so this is all a SCAM.
Shipment "delivered" but never received
I commented on a post that had the same issue but I want to put my complaint out there as well.
I had a package that was shipped 4 days ago. I had to call customer service every day since then. They said the driver would go back to back track to where they left the package before 5pm. I call them this morning they said they we're just about to call me back because they found out more information 30 minutes ago. To only find out that they had a negative response. The package was no where to be found. Why would it take them 2 days to go back when I had called them the same day when I get notifications on my phone that alerts me when my shipments are "delivered" I wouldn't be surprised if the driver stole it because I live in small community and we all know each other.
My package was from a teen store, Forever 21 and I had ordered my teenage kids a bunch of clothes which totaled up to $400!
Anyone who uses OnTrac to ship needs to stop using this company.
Delayed my "2 day" delivery because they got my address wrong!
I ordered online from Walmart.com on Saturday. I had 2-day delivery and was told my order would arrive yesterday. I waited all day until the end of the day when it never arrived. I checked my voicemail and it was Ontrack. I had no idea who Ontrack was, and they never even addressed me by name or told me they were delivering my Walmart order, so I thought it was a scam. They told me they needed my address. What? Once I realized they were delivering my Walmart delivery, I called back to give my address. The tracking info says my order was delayed because they attempted delivery to the wrong address! How could they have the wrong address when it's clearly on my Walmart order? (I checked). I've ordered bigger orders from Walmart before and never had this happened. Now I'm told the order will arrive tomorrow (Wed) by the end of the day. Wow.

I am sorry to hear that your package has not arrived on time because of incorrect shipping information. As I'm sure you understand, shipping services cannot deliver packages to the right address if they are provided the wrong address. Please type your address into your order correctly next time for speedy on time package delivery!

False tracking and took off with my package and my refusal note
I was told by ebay seller that my package will arrive in one day, I posted a refusal note for ontrac drivers to refuse back to seller on ebay, but ontrac tracking says delivered when in fact they took off with my package and the refusal note! The order was for ninja pro single serve blender total $54.41! Seller on ebay did not ship my order and when I requested cancellation, seller replied and said order shipped, delivered next day via ontrac, but seller original listing says shipping from tx, area not serviced by ontrac as I googled ontrac service areas!
Delivery of package
We had ordered paper towels from staples. Once order was shipped and tracking number was provided we began tracking the package to ensure delivery of the package. The carrier ontrac was used to deliver the package. During the time when the package was out for delivery I received 3 different emails stating package was delayed. Then I received an email stating packages was delivered and signed for. Well my wife nor I received the package so I immediately contact ontrac customer service to inquire about the package which was not delivered. They told me that's it will take them up to 48hrs to investigate the delivery. This was 3/25/2020. It's now 4/1/2020 and after multiple calls to ontrac they told me today that there is nothing that can be done and if the drive went back to where he delivered the package they can claim nothing was done. What awful service and experience. They are nothing but thieves and committee fraud.
