shipping & customer service
Today I called Pacsun three times and each time was answered by different people. I called for the same reason three times but three of them each gave me a different answer. So I paid for an overnight shipping when I made my order. The rule that was listed on Pacsun website was "orders made before 11 a.m pacific will be delivered overnight". I didn't follow the rule and purchased my items around 11:00 p.m, but I paid the $20 overnight shipping. So today I wanted to check when are they going to ship it, and the first person that answered told me that I had to wait for 5 to 7 business days like standard shipping which is only $6, and the second person told me that she can get me a refund on the shipping and on my next order give me a 15% off or she can cancel my order which I told her to do and she told me it was complete, and the third person when I asked her to cancel the order again she told me I cannot cancel the order because the items were ready to be picked up my the carriage. Also two of the people who answered the phone did not speak English very well and had a very difficult time understand what i told them (one of them asked me to repeat my email address for at least 5 times and still didn't get it right). Then I asked one of them if I can just get a refund on shipping and change it to express shipping (which was 2 to 3 business day), but the person told me no matter which shipping method I change to, it will always be 5 to 7 business days. So Pacsun is charging three different prices for the same amount of waiting time which seems ridiculous to me. I waited for couple more hours to be updated, but there's nothing. No package being picked up email or order cancelled email. I am really mad at Pacsun. Don't list the shipping methods online if you cannot fulfill them.

I returned something in August it is now October and still no refund. I have called numerous times and told it will be sent to their escalation dept. and nothing happens. I get emails saying your refund will be sent to your credit card in 5 business days and it never happens. I send emails and get a response that has nothing to do with my complaint. Going to file a complaint with BBB.

employee tried to tell me I could not return w/o giving my phone number
Today I went in to return a shirt that did not fit my daughter. I purchased it 10 days ago, had the receipt, and all original tags were still attached to the item. SAMANTHA proceeds to tell me that despite all the documentation I have of my purchase I cannot return it without providing my phone number. I told her I don't give out my phone number. Samantha then got mouthy and copped a super bad attitude so I asked for a manager. You cannot deny a return when the customer presents a valid receipt, unworn w/tags, and within their stated time frame because they won't provide their number (what if I didn't have one...?). It is not legal in CA to require a phone number for a return as it is not a valid form of ID. The male manager did relent and do the return, but not without becoming rude and argumentative as well. These employees acted like complete bottom dwellers and clearly have no concerns about being polite or customer retention. I believe they were both in management which speaks volumes about PacSun operating standards. Customers should be warned such a policy of asking for your phone number is solely for personal data collection purposes. They sell it to multiple 3rd parties where it is combined with other identifying information on you that can be used for a plethora of nefarious purposes. Companies engaging in such practices AND hiring people who behave as if they've just left prison and are re-entering society, is a perfect recipe for going out of business...and they deserve to. Pacsun filed bankruptcy for the **THIRD time in 2016. Since they're uneducated about the most basic customer service concepts, it won't be long before they're out of business for good.
wrongfully accused of stealing
I was wrongfully accused of stealing. Manager didn't even apologize after determining they were wrong. Was asked to see my items in bag and receipt but did not ask to view other shoppers bags or receipt. There was no sign in store stating bags needed to be checked and or receipts. I felt I was racially profiled, victim of slander, humiliated, and embarrassed. Not to mention, my daughter was there to experience this. I am a hard worker, 48 years of age, and didn't deserve to be treated any different than anyone else in that store. I will be contacting the local civil rights agency, and will take this all the way till Pac Sun fixes this and corrects their wrong!

This is the Pacsun located at Roosevelt Field Mall. My first and last time going in there. Ordered some things online to just give it a try. I was just making stupid small talk saying something like well I do like California and the Pacific, but not the so called California style clothes at Pacsun pointing around the store at the clothes) (as in I was returning all of them, they didn't work out for me, I'm honestly just too old to wear them as they're for teens, but I was trying mostly jeans because I'm built like a teen and only weigh 105 lb). Anyway, I wasn't trying to be mean about it or be too serious, just being stupid while I was bored waiting for the returns process and she was like very curt in return and said something like well then don't shop here and then I don't remember what I was saying after that or if I was even still talking to her, but then she continued saying something like you're mumbling and I don't understand jibberish m'aam. Well, that was it for me. I was like excuse me? Then I blew a gasket at her. I called her out for being rude and she was nasty back and so I done did called her a B. Maybe I was tired and not saying the brightest things, but still, I'm the damn customer and she was not just an employee, but the store manager, and she just know in retail how a customer is to be treated. She could have said sorry it didn't work out for you and I would have explained the clothes were just too teen for me and I was not really insulting them. She was not even dressed appropriately for me to think she would be the store manager as like she was a bit heavy wearing a short top with super tight jeans and stomach fat was bulging out of both sides and she's making fun of me for god's sake. I'm more fit with my trim figure at 46 than she is at twenty whatever. I was probably also annoyed when I made my dumb comment because their returns process was not the best as they needed not only a phone #, but also email and it literally took the guy assisting me four times to get my short email address right because they didn't have a way for me to just type it in myself and save the aggravation of having to keep trying to get him to correct it and I didn't even know why they need my email to do a return. Well, they can go F themselves as I'm not going back and when I said I was going to call in about her, she seemed to act like this happens all the time as she was like oh that's fine, be sure to tell them my name is Yvette and so on, like I def got the feeling that she knows she pisses off people and that apparently if people call corporate nothing is done about it and they just take her side I guess that it was all the customer that was the problem.

I visited our local store last night, Ridgeland, MS, and am in shock in how rude the employees are. My son found two pairs of pants to buy so we got in line. One customer was ahead of us. Behind the counter were four teenaged/young adults having their own personal conversation. I'm pretty sure half of them didn't work there and were just hanging out. While checking out the gentleman in front of me the employee ringing up kept his head turned to his friends and continued his conversation. When it was my turn it was no different. The first pair of pants my son picked out didn't have a tag so the guy sent my son back to get another pair, not another employee. While my son was gone, I asked the guy if I could ask him a question. Well he couldn't hear me because he was looking at his friends and talking. I raised my voice and said it again. This time he looked and I think I surprised him. Things went downhill from there. He began making rude remarks so I asked for the manager and he informed me he was the manager! I told him I was not going to purchase anything so he stepped to the side and a girl stepped to the register. She tried to say it was a misunderstanding all the while the guy is making rude comments from the side. I told them that is not the way to treat customers and got the store mangers information. I will be calling today to she if she's in. I will never visit a Pacsun again. I cannot believe their level of customer service, especially from a manager!
staff refused service to me
I went to pacsun earlier today to buy two shirts. I picked out the two shirts i was wanting and went to go check out. Theres a sale going; if you buy one shirt, the second one is for 5 dollars. The cashier rang me up and charged me 16.95 for both shirts. I had to point out that he made a mistake. The manager came to fix the problem and he solved it by charging regular price (22.95) for the first one and 5 dollars for the second one. I didnt stop to check my bag, for i thought the manager resolved the problem. Once i get home i pull out only ONE shirt, so i check to see if they still charged me for the second. They did. I check my room the bag and my car and even the parking lot and i dont see the second shirt. Im on my way back to pacsun while calling them to let them know what happened. The manager told me theres nothing they can do about that and told us even though we paid, they cant do anything for us. I told him surely this is a mistake and if you simply look behind the counter or somewhere near the resister, you will see the shirt and the same size that i explained. He was no help, he said he looked but couldnt find it. I asked if theres cameras in the store so we can reveiw if two shirts were put in the bag and he declined me of that request as well. Im mostly mad at the fact that a refrain from buying from pacsun because theyre expensive, and when i do, i literally dont get what i paid for.

The sunrise location in New York City is so unorganized and there's a guy there name Christopher and he is so mean to customers and curses out loud a lot don't know how that guy is manager. Every other pacsun that I've ever went to was an amazing experience. I asked one of the sales associates for his name and said I would report him and that he should definitely not be running that store
in-store customer service
I visited PacSun in San Antonio, TX (la cantera location) at 8:20 PM, and I was not allowed in the fitting room because they had already "closed them for the night." Business hours are until 9:00 PM, so I feel like I should have been allowed to try on my items. I wasn't able to make a purchase because I wasn't sure if the items would fit or not.
When I questioned the employee, he said they were short staffed, so the dressing rooms were closed. Him and another girl were just standing around. They didn't not appear swamped or busy. The store was not busy.

The spring sale which is buy one get one 50% off. I was asking an employee (Fiona) what was included in the sale. She put her hand on the Brandy Melville pile and said, "all of this stuff and the other Pacsun brands". At this point I had walked around the store for 20 minutes looking for a second item, since the first item I wanted was a Brandy Melville item. I continued to walk around the store for 25 more minutes and I finally found an item I was satisfied with. I took it up to the counter to checkout and the girl at the checkout counter (long brown hair) said the Brandy item was not included in the promotion. I told her that the girl in the front told me that it was. She called her over and asked if she told me this (clearly annoyed) and Fiona replied with a VERY rude, "No". I was completely fed up with the treatment I received so I just left after that.

Wasn't aware that two people couldn't go into a dressing room. An employee asked us to get out. We proceeded to change back into our original clothes while another associate within 30 seconds told us again to get out. We proceeded to get out of the dressing room and he came back and tried to fight me on his stance. He stated that he doesn't care what I think and Other opinions that weren't necessary to state. I will never shop here again this was the worst experience I've had at PacSun all because we didn't get out of the dressing room fast enough for this employee

Hello, I am a frequent shopper at pacsun in Kaneohe, Oahu and I wanted to make a complaint about an employee. Her name is Kapōmaika'i and I everytime I shop around the store it feels unfriendly when she is around. I also came across a twitter post of hers and it was negative talk about a customer. I felt offended because sometimes I do what that customer did and it makes me feel uncomfortable knowing that if I did that again, she would post something about it. There was an incident on Saturday December 16, 2017 at PACsun in Buford, Ga inside of the Simon mall. Myself and a couple of other customers inside of the store witnessed manager Faith yelling and pointing a hanger in an employees face. It didn't sit well with me so I decided to let her know that maybe that wasn't the best way and as a manager of Amazon I wanted to look out for her and I told her to maybe pull him to the side next time. Faith rudely let me know that it was none off my business and that she didn't have time to pull him to the side and that the situation was sensitive because he was just caught stealing earlier in the day. I think that as a manager information so sensitive shouldn't be shared with customers and he should've been sent home not allowed to stay and fold clothes and be threatened to be moved. Customer service is everything I spend a lot of money with pacsun I love the store but it's sad that I will never return to Pacsun Buford, Ga because of management.
shipping of my items
My items were shown shipped to my local post office but then they were shipped back to pacsun. I checked the address and realized I had put the wrong address in. The address that the items should have been shipped to is 1103 Caraway Lane, Indian Trail, NC, 28079. My order number is [protected] and we don't know who we can contact to change the address. The order was originally supposed to be here 5 days ago and every number we have tried to call has been busy.
I am complaining about the service at pacsun in brentwood ca
I went Christmas shopping a Pacsun in Brentwood Ca for my grand daughter today. First I entered the store and there were no customers at all but 2 employees behind the desk chatting. My husband asked a question of one of the employees and she just pointed t a rack which was not what we were looking for at all. So I asked the same question again and she acted like I was interfering with her chit chat. I left very dissatisfied with my shopping experience and went instead to Tilly's and found what I was looking for and the employees were friendly and working the store helping customers and working the register.
You lost a sale today Friday, December 15th due to poor customer service.

I ordered a romper for this banquet I had, so I had express shipping for it to come home quickly. It didn't arrive on time, and I couldn't wear it. Extremely disappointed and I want my money paid back for the express shipping I paid for. It definitely was NOT express shipping. Will never buy from here again and will continually tell people not to shop here. Never been so upset and disappointed in my life.

About 24 hours ago I had tried to order 2 tshirts and a pair of socks. Every time I tried to place my order it would tell me my card was unauthorized, so I called my bank. They said that the order had gone through twice, and had been declined about 5 to 6 other times. I canceled one of the orders and kept the other one. I never received any kind of order confirmation, and on the app it says I have not placed any orders.
I have been trying to get in contact with the store, but nothing is working. This is bad customer service.

I am complaining about this new shirt I bought on black friday and I found a whole in the sleeve.
On Black Friday I went to Pacsun and bought two shirts. they were both from the pacsun basics collection. Each shirt I bought was $10 so in total I spent $20. I was very mad to see that the first time I wore the long sleeve back shirt there was a hole in the sleeve. And I only saw the whole after I took off the tags. Pacsun usually is reliable and i've never had anything from pacsun have holes or rips in it. This is not the first time i found holes in my clothing that i've bought from here. I didn't complain about it because I didn't think this would happen again.
The staff probably missed the hole by accident. You should try calling the location to see if they will let you do an exchange for the same item even though you removed the tags. If you still have your receipt that would certainly help.
