PACSUN poor customer service and faults accusation

I have 3 girls and purchase 3 pairs of NMD which my girls then seen another pair of shoes which made them change there mind on the mnd purchase we originally purchase the shoes a Brea Mall, but live in Fontana we try returning the shoes at Victoria Gardens and Carlos the store Manager store #703 cashier #510455 said since shoes were purchase at a higher end store we had to take them to another higher end store since his register did not have that kind of money to do the return since the shoes were paid in cash, we then had to wait another week since we are only off on Mondays we were shooping at Tyler Spectrum and Carlos the store manager was covering that store, once again he refused tbe return and said we had to return the shoe were they where originally purchase, once again waites another week till our next Monday off, went to Brea Mall werw the shoes were originally purchase and try to give us the run around, manager also denied the return since shoes were paid in cash they made a faults accusation and stated it was flag and could not return tne shoes, they got lucky the shoes were paid in cash and not on my credit card i would had takwn to my bank to despute for misleading there 60 day return policy. I will NEVER SHOP PACSUN again . Faults accusation and discrimination if i can take it to a higher level i will proceed and will be looking into it . Victoria Garden has horrible customer service starting with the store manager . Store # 703 cashier # 510455 I will continue to proceed.

PACSUN I was charged twice for the same things

I was at the mall the other day and I bought 161.95 dollars worth of things and was charged twice. I bought the Calvin Kline shorts and hoodie set and a onesie and underwear. It was hard trying to get in contact with customer service. Very poor Custer service at the store. I want my money back asap! I'm am very unsatisfied. I have a screenshot of it but I'm not sure how to import it. But if you can get back at me as soon as possible that would be great.

PACSUN arundle mills mall manager- andrew

Andrew was extremely rude and we found a shirt on the bogo half off. However apparently they were all blue dots but all 10 shirts were not marked and on the wrong rack and refused to give us the bogo sale or call another manager. Andrew continued to tell us we were wrong and just because his employees didn't mark it, we were still wrong. That is not acceptable and I will never shop at a pacsun again. And will tell all my friends and review to never return.

PACSUN employee

Ocean County Mall, Toms River, NJ a new employee with black curly hair (girl) has been harassing a student in school and as a result that student cannot shop at your store (which is her favorite store). Because of this harassment, you have lost a loyal customer along with all of her friends. the only request is this issue be resolved and the employee punished because there has been an extreme amount of stress.

PACSUN false advertisement / sale promos

It is unacceptable to advertise a "sitewide" 20% off sale only to find out at checkout time that the promo code "new2020" when applied at checkout, failed to reduce your total by 20%

This is false advertisement!

There are no specifics with regard to what products can be purchased with this promo.

Sitewide should mean sitewide. If you want to exclude brands.. Then mention what brands are excluded!

I spend about 4k a month on adidas originals. I would love to do more business with pacsun but refuse to support a company that baits and switches with little to no regard for the consumer and their valuable time.

Disappointed!

PACSUN exchange policy

I was at the Toledo, Oh store to do an exchange. I was given a Christmas gift in the wrong size. I loved the gift, but needed a size up. When I approached the register, I explained my situation. She gave me money back which was around $21. When I went back up to the register with the new size she told me I owed $37! She said the pants were originally purchased on a sale day and therefore can't be exchanged without paying the difference! That is store policy apparently! So she knew what my intentions were and didn't bother to tell me the policy and when I requested to have my money back and the smaller pants she refused! I will never shop there again and will make sure my family and friends understand what a ridiculous policy Pacsun has!

PACSUN clerk

Store at pacsun @Puyallup South Hill Mall, purchased at 12/17/16 around 1:30-1:40pm

I had an awful experience with a rude store clerk! Me and my friends, all multiracial and non white enters and the alarm goes on. A coupon from a different store from my friend's bag caused the alarm. The BLONDE middle aged woman, to infer that she's white, comes to us and intimidates us. That I understand because it is their job, but even if she didn't find anything and obviously because of the reason WE JUST CAME IN she continuously gave us bad stares and criticize. She stopped us in front and questioned what we're purchased from the whole mall. She did not even apologize for that.

We went to try on some clothes and this woman spoke to us wothout any respect and demanded for the fitting rooms to be checked once we came out. She also tells basically everyone in the store to watch us for us! How unbelievable. When we were coming out, already have purchased what we want, she tells the clerk to come and check on us. We never felt so embarrased in our lives. We are from all very capable families and just because one of my friends had a backpack and we were wearing big jackets from the weather, and we are all non-white, this blonde woman assumes that we will steal something. We were already embarrased enough and should've left but we still stayed and bought clothes, isn't that a good proof thay we don't steal. We are just high school students also that made her become suspicious.

I just can't believe somebody would treat us that way, I came in the car and cried. This woman gave us no respect even though we treated her with kindness and patience to intimidate us through the store. I should've asked her to pat all of us and stripped off naked, maybe she wouldn't have treated us that worst. All I wanted was to get out and cry. The emotional fear that this woman has caused me can never beat any embarrasment I've had.

PACSUN denim jeans

I recently placed an order online for 2 pairs of jeans. After a three week wait the order finally came in. I received emails prior saying both jeans were sent in one package. Not only did the jeans not match the description and fit as described but they forgot the second pair of jeans in the package. When I called all they said was that they're out of stock and there's nothing to be done but refund it.

PACSUN service

I get black Friday is considered a huge sale and is very busy. However, I also think it is the employees job to have knowledge about the sales and products.I love pacsun, but i was disappointed with my visit today, November 25, 2016. I went into a Pacsun store and considering that it is Black Friday, I was given a little hand out with the store deals. There was a BOGO 50% off sale which included some exclusions. There was also a deal saying "$15 Bodysuits" and I looked around card to see if their were exclusions on the bodysuits and to see if it was for selected styles only, and there was no specification. Therefore, I found a bodysuit I really liked, and decided I'd ask an employee about whether or not it was included in the $15 sale. The employee told me "yes that one is $15." I even asked 3 other employees about it just to make sure and I got the same answer, yes. So I felt content about it and went to go pay for the item... then was told that it was NOT a sale item. Its upsetting when threes a big sale going on and employees don't tell you accurate information. However, in the moment I was loving the bodysuit so I bought it at its full price of $32. But now, I'm going to return it because I don't think its worth it anymore. Not to mention, I decided to return it in store a few hours after the purchase and was told to go in line to return. After waiting 10 minutes to return it, an employee told me that they cant do any returns as of today until Monday because the system is "too slow" and that "its too busy". Oh really? Because at other pacsun stores, returns and exchanges is still allowed on black Friday. I use to be a huge fan and loyal member of pacsun, but now I dont know how i feel anymore. Overall, Im disappointed that I was giving wrong information about the sale, as well as being told that i couldnt return my item because the system was slow... and they didn't even try to return my item through the system, they just talked.

PACSUN customer service

My husband and I went to our pacsun store in Beaumont, tx today and we were in line to pay for our product and the cashier skipped me to get someone from another line to pay. There was two lines and for two different registers there was 2 people on each line and yet he pulled that customer out of her line and put her in front of us I wouldn't type a complaint if it was the first time but it wasn't I stopped coming to pacsun for the same exact reason the last time was like 8 months ago with the same employee I don't want to assume this is a racial thing but it does seem like one since I'm a hispanic female. My husband was right next to me really angry but we just decided to write this complaint.

I visited the Pacsun at the River walk mall in San Antonio. I was waiting for my daughter who was trying some clothes. They were playing some music that made me uncomfortable, but I would not have said anything. Then they BLASTED a song that said over and over " I'm going to fu*k your bi*ch. When it was over I said sincerely loud enough to be heard "Thank God that song is over" The man playing the music laughed and while I was in the store played unoffensive music. As soon as I left I could here the offensive music come back on. I thought better of Pacsun before this. But that is so unprofessional.

PACSUN very disrespectful workers

My friend and I went into the Ridgedale PacSun on November 9. When we walked in we were not greeted until maybe 5 min later. One of the gentlemen working finally greeted us asking us how we are and we both said good. We than heard them talking about us in a very inappropriate way. We both just wanted to get out of the store because we felt very uncomfortable. I personally love PacSun and love shopping there and I just feel like I can't go into that store without feeling uncomfortable.

Some people need to be validated, some just want to be left alone to shop. These people can not please everyone. If you want to make friends do it away from stores. I mean, really. Do you really need someone to say HI! when you walk in the store?

PACSUN customer service is a joke!

I had a terrible experience with PacSun!
I've ordered a dress from them and they said I'll get it within 7 days, but it finally arrived three weeks later.
When I opened the package I saw there was a tiny skirt there instead of the dress!
I contacted customer service right away and they did not reply for 5 days! But when they finally did it was only an automated message that made absolutely no sense. I demanded my money back and guess what! They sent me another computer generated message, the exact copy of the previous one! Shame on you PacSun!
Avoid these scammers and save your money!

PACSUN customer service

My daughter and her friend went into the Buena Park location and was treated horrible by an employee by the name of Karina Rojas. If you see 2 young girls walk into your business you treat them with the upmost respect as you would if they were older than you! You do not treat them as if they are criminals or look down on them! You do not roll your eyes, or accuse them of doing wrong! I will not put up with anyone treating children badly in anyway! Believe me this is not the last they will be hearing from me!

Sounds like there is more to the story here. How do you know her full name? If you were not there then you do not know what really happened and children are notorious for acting up in malls and lieing to mommy about it.

PACSUN order did not make it on time

I have ordered a birthday present for my brother from www.pacsun.com. Before ordering I contacted customer service and asked about the delivery and they promised I'll get the item in 5 days.
5 days later nothing arrived and when I called customer care they said they need some extra time to deliver. Well, my brother's birthday came and went and there was still no package. My order was placed over a month ago.
PacSun doesn't seem like a reliable company. I contacted them again (by email) a few days ago but did not get a reply yet. Hope they'll refund my money.

PACSUN horrible experience

On July 3, 2016 between 1 to 2:30 p.m, I went to the store to buy a gift card ($25) for my daughter's best friend, I paid with my debit card, and we were surprised when she called us today 7/16 that how much was on the card, we told her $25. then she told us.. "No, it says that the balance is $0". It was so embarrassing, because we got here that gift card for her birthday, we called customer service, the lady said you need go to the store and they'll put your money in the card, I drove for 1 hour to go there, and when I was there I talked to the manager Karina Rojas, she said I'm sorry but I can't do nothing about it, because I needed the original receipt, obviously Ii didn't have it, who keeps a receipt for a gift card? I showed her my bank statement, but she didn't believe me, I called customer services 4 times, I spoke with a manager and nobody solved my problem, after 3 hours of being stressed out, I called again to customer service and and a nice lady told me that she could help me, so she gave me a support service phone number, and finally they solved my problem, so please check your gift card balance before you leave the store, I have no idea why the cashier didn't put the money in my gift card, what did she do with the money?

PACSUN customer service

Upon entering, we received no greeting from the employees who were playing Pokemon Go. However, we did notice that only customers who walked in who just so happened to be of Caucasian ethnicity were greeted. My significant other and I are not of Caucasian descent, and the evidence points to this being the issue as this has happened on multiple occasions. No help was offered nor were we told about any special promotions or offers. We perceive this as an unfortunate circumstance of discrimination, and did not expect this sort of behavior from any employee in 2016.
This occurred on 7/15/2016 between the hours of 6 pm and 8 pm.

PACSUN return policy

I was trying to make a return with the original receipt. The items were purchased with a debit card that I didn't have. It was before the 60 day return policy. I asked for cash back because that is my legal right. The store manger said no. He was also rude to me. I will never shop there again so store credit wouldn't help. This was at the Hillsdale Mall in San Mateo, CA. I am over 50yrs and know that was not good customer service. Thank you

It is not bad customer service to refund to the original type of payment. You used a debit card, therefore they are within their right to refund only back to that card. There is no law that says refunds must be done in cash, nor is there a law that says refunds must be given at all.

PACSUN false advertising and rude management

Went to Glouster Premium Outlet store last Monday when I saw signs for Entire store BOGO! Apparently, Pac Sun has there own definition of the word entire and it doesn't mean "everything". The disclaimer in size 3 letter font stated select styles but since I couldn't read the tiny print and didn't think I needed to get further intepretation of the word entire, I got got in line to purchase my son some clothes for Christmas . At checkout I realized that I had been scammed and asked to speak to a manager. I had the very unpleasant experience of being scolded by a manager named "Jackie". She was rude and down right nasty! I got so upset, that I demanded a complete refund! The next day I called Pac Sun customer service line but only got voicemail and I'm still waiting for a call back! Today I went shopping and got my son's clothes! You can be sure it wasn't at Pac Sun and I won't be shopping there again!

PACSUN customer service

Hello to whoever is reading this. So let me start off from what store I visited and why I'm here complaining, which I never. Ever do. I went to the pacsun in Killeen Texas with my husband who is leaving for a month long training and I wanted to treat him to a little gift at pacsun. So we go in hand in hand, very happy because we haven't gone shopping in a while. We try on a few things and I like to put stuff in the hanging racks outside the fitting rooms degsinated for the stuff that you didn't like or didn't fit so that the employees don't have random clothes on racks meant for other items. I asked this girl that works there where I may find the rack to put the clothes I didn't like on and I kid you not she said in the driest and rudest manner, "you put them back where you got them from". Now I have worked at clothing stores and I have had customer service lectures shoved down my throat several times. It was down right disrespectful to the point where I'm here writing this complaint. Her name is Courtney from what an employee told me and this attitude of hers needs to be fixed or I refuse to ever set foot in another pacsun again. She easily could've done her job which is to help out customers and grab the clothes from me and put them away for me or simply could have shown me the rack. My intentions where to be polite and not just leave clothes wherever because I really hated when people did that at my previous job. I don't think i came off in any wrong way but after what she told me I told her it's her job to be polite and not be a B to customers regardless of what personal issues she might have been having. And she responded by saying "i f'ing hate when a customer tells me how to do my job" i honestly was shocked by it and I have NEVER had such a horrible customer service experience than this one. I hope she can be spoken too or adjusted but if I ever go into that store again and get the same service something will need to be done.

PACSUN t-shirt hasn't been shipped

My daughter asked me to buy her a T-shirt from www.pacsun.com. I tried to persuade her, because the t-shirt has lettering “I hate everyone”. I tried to tell her that it wasn’t polite. She is teenager and it is difficult with her, so I have bought this shirt. But the seller charged me and hasn’t shipped the item. 3 weeks passed and we still haven’t received any news. Awfully slow and unprofessional company.
