good portions and service!!
Just came from the Panda Express at Ellsworth and Baseline in Mesa Arizona. Had to wait 20 minutes for food, food server was very rude and hardly gave me any food. Then when I asked for egg rolls, server said "we don't have any" she never offered to have some made. I will NEVER go to that location again! Did give any cookies or utensils. The girl was rude! Unbelievable crappy service!

I went to panda express for my lunch break. They have very good food. I really love their Honey walnut shrimp. On this day I ordered a bowl with steamed vegetables and the honey walnut shrimp. I don't know if the person was new or just didn't know what she was doing. I got a full bowl of steamed veggies and six I counted six shrimp. Plus I wad charged an extra 1.25. So I basically paid 10.00 for broccoli 6 shrimp. Is this right cause I feel completely ripped off. I love thr food but prices are ridiculous.

So all food served to go was burnt, and they woulndt change it or give me my money back in top of it I had to wait for the Angus Shang Hai i always buy the walnut and angus for my husband and well all is burnt its ridiculous last time I go to this lication and I want my money back. I went to Panda Express in Abilene on October 24th and I ordered a kids meal and an order of spring rolls. I did not get my cookie that went with my kids meal and I did not realize it until I got back home. Its not that big of a deal but it is my favorite part so I was upset that I did not get it. My food was not bad but I was just upset about not receiving my cookie just because I pay for it.

I ordered panda express on Alta Mere fort worth location through a delivery app called Doordash. My dasher informed me that she saw one of the employees throw my food in the bag making a big mess and spilled. Management was not helpful and rude. I will not order with them at this location again until this issue has been resolved. It is unprofessional and unacceptable for the employees to mishandled the customers food.

I’ve been a regular customer here and the management absolutely SUCKS. I wanted a replacement meal because my food was terrible and I asked to speak to a manager and her name was Angie. It’s the store in Joliet IL on Jefferson. She showed no consideration and said she couldn’t give a replacement because she didn’t remember me calling about it. To top it off she was serving customers without a hat on. She had her hair all out. It was unprofessional. She came in around 8 o’clock when I was waiting in line.
I was at this location again a couple nights ago and I saw Angie there about 25 minutes til their closing time, she was scrubbing the floors while there were customers in there. Very unprofessional. What if someone slipped on the water ? Ignorant
Do you expect them to wait until after closing to start cleaning? They are most likely hourly employees with families and obligations. A customer would have to be pretty foolish to visibly see someone cleaning and not exercise caution when walking through the area.

My cousin works in Panda Express in tampa Florida airport. He tells me this female is having sex with a manager and she told him that she spits in the food before it is put out to serve. My cousin wants to call a health department but I told him the whole restaurant will get a bad rep because one bad apple. This is by far the worst thing someone you are trusting to do to your food.

Never Again! We ate at the newly opened location in LaMarque since it’s closer to home. Never again. We waited in line for a very long time and there were 2 people in front of us. When it was out time the young girl left to go visit with her mom, so we waited even longer. For good that’s pre-cooked the wait shouldn’t be long at all. There was no orange chicken and it was gonna take to long to cook it. So many employees standing around doing nothing. If under cover boss came there they would be very disappointed. As the new entrees were being cooked it wasn’t communicated with anyone so they just sat there. We like to eat at Panda Express but this was the last time for us. The place was a mess food all over the floors and tables.

I was eating mcdonalds with my sister and nephews. My phone ring and I didn't recognize the phone number so I pick up and a worker (Girl) calling from panda express assuming that i'm the person that makes a complaint about her and asking me with bad attitude that why did I make a complaint to her. I was surprised and respond back that sorry you got the wrong number and she refuses and tells me that this is the correct phone number that makes a complaint. I tell her that I did not even go eat panda express today or this month and did not make any complaints anywhere, but she still keeps asking for more information with attitude. I was getting mad because I feel disrespect and rude. Then my sister got mad and took the phone from me and the girl that call just hung up. I feel that panda express doesn't know how to treat there customer right and have super poor manners toward me. Also, today september 28, 2017, a manager from panda express call me and ask why did I make a complaint too. I was super mad now and explain that I did not even go eat panda express or make a complaint. So right i'm going to make a complaint because workers from panda express does not know how to approach their customer especially toward me. Every time I go eat panda express I saw the sign that said a customer is their prior and right now I feel like that sign is [censor] and worthless. Am I not a customer too, why are panda express people calling me and giving me attitude because other people make a complaint toward them and panda express people call back to me with attitude. If panda express workers are rude and disrespectful like this for sure people will not want to support panda express anymore because right now I don't even want to see or go eat at any panda express anymore.
Please tell your workers to learn some manners and have respects too!

I went to my local Panda express for lunch today and I was so disappointed to say the least. I ordered the black pepper chicken with noodles and needless to say I spent eight dollars on a plate of noodles because the chicken was not edible. I was so hungry I swear tried every piece only to find it was a grissley gross poor excuse for chicken. not one bite was any good and it went into the garbage. I do not think I will be going back to this place EVER...
orange chicken
I went to the Mankato, MN Panda Express yesterday. As I was eating my orange chicken, there was something sharp in my mouth and I took it out and it was a bone. I am very upset that this bone was in my chicken. I thought it cut my mouth because of how sharp it was. Luckily it didn’t, but I would have been very upset if it did. Please do something about this. There should not be bones in the chicken. Thank you.

Today I wanted to use the online ordering feature. I had 4 separate orders so I selected the option for group order. We were all paying separately so at the check out page I clicked “paying separate”. A message told me that I had to pay for the food all together to show I had the money for it and then it would be separated. When I got to the store the workers were absolutely clueless about what I was even talking about and told me they couldn’t separate it. No one even knew what I was talking about after 3 people tried to help me. So what my issue mainly is, is poor directions on online ordering, unaware and slightly unprofessional staff, and honestly just really bad food. This was my second time eating there. I thought I would give it another chance but I can honestly say I will never ever go to another Panda Express again. The food is terrible and I’m mad that I wasted my money on it and I’m mad that I had to pay for all of it when I specifically clicked on pay separate...

There is something black in my fortune cookie today, which is September 21st, 2017. My order number was 181943, this panda express is located in Stonetown Galleria, San Francisco. This has happened before and I didn't report because I didn't eat my fortune cookies for 2 or 3 days after purchased. But, this happened today, just like 2 hours after I received it from my purchase!

Panda Express at 72nd and Dodge location in omaha Nebraska. Friend and i went to get food before a big football game at 11am. Panda Express opens their doors at 10:30am. We are greeted by the manager as we go inside but notice only a few food items are on the ready line, none of which was what we wanted to choose from. We wait about 10 min and they bring other items out, so we think the rest of the food should be ready any time. We go ahead and order the fried rice and fire chicken and were about to order the teriyaki chicken when the manager says it still has 10 more minutes to cook, we ask why their food can't be ready before they open the doors and the manager rudly says "nothing I can do about it" as he shrugs his shoulders. So we end up waiting the required time and the food finally gets out to us at 10:50. Ive worked in the food industry before and usually employees get to work early enough to prep food before the doors even open.

Along with two other customers we're all waiting in front of the Panda Express for food and it's been over 20 minutes for all of us. As seen in the pictures they literally lined all of us in our three vehicles right in front of the establishment with all of our engines idling wasting our gas because we were told a few minutes. So unacceptable for this establishment in my neighborhood. It's not only disrespectful to my family that was just sitting waiting to eat. It's horrible work ethic on the employees that were just in the common area laughing and joking while Panda Express customers are waiting for food. Express is the last word that describes this place. I love the product but the organization of the employees and service is below poor.

I am a avid panda express lover, however I was recently disappointed in my experience. Yesterday 9-13-17 I went into location #0119 and there was such an incredible delay. I was in a rush because I had to go to the airport and planned on running in and getting something quick. That was not the case. The manager, Lucy was unprofessional, she didn't seem to care, and the other employees had no idea what they were doing. I believe there needs to be manager training, employee training, cleanliness solutions, and customer service satisfaction. I truly hope Panda Express rectifies this situations as I would like to continue giving you business. If not, I plan to go to another chain. Thanks.

This individual was serving on 9/9/2017 at the Desert Ridge Marketplace location round 2:45 pm. Female, very very tiny, I apologize for not catching her name. She completely gave everyone the fact that she didn't want to be there doing what she is doing. She was not paying attention, had me plus other ladies who came in after me, advise her that she was not listening to what they were asking her. I asked her for two to go dinners w/ 2 entrees PLUS 2 sides of specific dishes...along with half noodles/half rice on the to go dishes. She grabbed a to go box and stood there looking at me, I asked her why she was looking at me, and she said...what do you want?! I explained it to her again. She got the 2 to go dishes, wrong items in each...and completely passed off the rest of my order to the guy who was standing off to the side...my 2 to go orders sat under the heat lamps until 3 other dishes had to be cooked...by the time I got my food...which she packed ever so slowly when everyting was finally ready...it was soggy (the walnut shrimp), and gross. Her boyfriend was there off the the side also, telling her he would come back and get her when she got off at 4 because he wanted to go get his shirt out of the dryer.

My name is Sandra Mosely . I went into a Panda Express on Aug11, 2017 . I ordered 4 plates. Two of the plates the order was correct. However the other two plate I was missing the teriyaki chicken. They made me wait for 15 minutes for the teriyaki chicken because it wasn't ready . Then when I get home the two plates that I order was missing the chicken. I was so upset so I called the location that I went to . They told me that they will credit my account . I waited a week and I still didn't see the credit . I called backed again for the second time . They told me the same thing, and still I didn't receive a credit for the two plate . So I called again and the cashier named Julia told me that the manager will call me back . The manager never called me back. Can someone please looked into this matter for me.

I went to get dinner at the Panda Express in League City, TX on FM 270 at 6pm on September 6, 2017 and when I got home to eat it, there was NO beef in my broccoli beef, the broccoli was so old it was chewy and shriveled up, my chow mein was luke warm and chewy, and my spring rolls were smashed flat to the point the filling was coming out. I've had problems at this location multiple times but never to this extent. It's completely unacceptable that I didn't get any beef, and that the rest of my food was old. I wasted my money on old broccoli and chow mein. I feel like I got ripped off because the beef is the most expensive part of the meal and the rest of the food is inedible! I've given this store so many chances and lots of my money because I actually love the food here. I never had an issue with Panda until I moved to this city and only had this store to choose from. The majority of the employees here take forever to get your food or answer the drive-through even if there's no one there, and could care less if they're giving you old food or the correct order.
