Panda Express honey sesame chicken

I was excited to try this dish and was curious as to why veggies looked shriveled and why he was calling for more when it was full so minutes after my mother and I both ordered it she said her veggies were awful and I said I was thinking the same and why did he need more ? So we went to counter and omg the difference in the product was insane ! Why were we served this ? Then when asked to trade out we were made to feel horrible for it ! In pics the difference isn't even enough to do justice but surely you can see ! Sad bc we love this place :/

Panda Express poor people skills

This location in San Diego in City Heights is managed by Sandra.

City heights has been profiled as a low income drug using community.

I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 months ago and was advised a better diet.

On November 12 I decided to have a cheat day. I was sitting eating when Sandra approached me. She asked how my rehab off of meth was doing.

What? She said when I used to come in I would eat really fast. She said drug addicts do that to keep the high.

I told her that was a tell tale sign of diabetes and I've never touched any drugs.

She smiled and said " Yuh OK. You must be high."

Consumer relations took my complaint. Guess what? The sent her my complaint which had my phone number. She called and told me not to come back since I lied.

Panda Express Manager

I live in Boise Idaho, I usually go to Panda Express this address ( Panda Express, 1124 N Milwaukee St, Boise, ID 83709). Every time I order a plate and the employee would through the plate at me, and let another person help me out. He was being very rude to me, doesn't even want to lisent or help me out. I asked them who the manager was, and they said HE was the manager. I am not sure what his name was but he was the manager he was Asian I believe. I felt very disrespected, he said something in his language and walked away. Very very rude.

I don't think the complaint was written poorly. Yes, there are a couple of mistakes/typos, but nothing which would suggest the OP doesn't communicate well.

I suspect that you are correct Firstborntriplet, funny how he thinks that you and I are the same person. We may agree with each other, but we are two different people. You are right in suspect that this is Kevin Richards. As I said he always gives himself away. He always accuses them of doing bad things. I have gotten many P's from Kevin. He thinks we are both male, but I am female. He does not know this.

Panda Express my order

Hello my name is Bonisha Lea I made a order from Panda Express on 11/18/2017 and at 7:54pm and my door was unexceptable it was mushy and not fresh at all it taste like it was sitting for hours I paid $10 for this meal and it was not to my expectations at all I would like to be comphensated or something needs to be done because that was unexceptable can I be contacted by email as soon as possible I have my receipt with the order number and store number thanks

Your complaint is hard to read due to your grammar and spelling. If you still have the food, return it along with your receipt to the location of purchase. If you ate the food, they may not be able to assist you.

Panda Express cleanliness

hello, I would like to do a complaint here for panda express, I love panda express, I choose this one because I like going there shopping to the stores near there, and I use too love it, food fresh, but the cleanliness of this place its always been a 0 for me, I been here 1 year only, and its always been that way, food on the floor, tables and chairs dirty, the cashier doesn't seem to be happy about cleaning one table, and I always look the clean of the place, food I haven't had a problem, but on November 11, 2017 I got a long hair in my food it wasn't mine because I always order to go so the food its always closed, and plus the cashier serving the sauces like sweet and sour and teriyaki sauce, she didn't wore gloves and she touch the interior of the container I think that is disgusting, so I mean there is a serious of things gain on there, I used to work at a restaurant to, and I know sometimes you don't have time to clean, but here its all the time that I go I think its enough already .

Your complaint is difficult to read due to your grammar and run-on sentences. Did you call the restaurant to report the hair in your food? Those who work in food service or preparation are not legally required to wear gloves, but the hair in the food is definitely a concern.

Panda Express professionalism

So I was at panda express on powers and constitution today around lunchtime. The cook, who I assume is the manager (He was an older asian man with a black polo) seemed to be targeting one of the girls working at the counter. She was extremely sweet to me and everyone else and she smiled at everybody regardless of him consistently yelling at her when, under my impression, she was doing a great job and providing exceptional service. Her name is kaylee or kailee I don't remember the spelling exactly. But the order in front of me ordered rangoons and they were in a bag that was closed completely, but the bag fell. There were not any more rangoons, so kaylee asked the girls in front of me if they'd like to wait on more rangoons to come out. The girls said no, and asked for the original order of rangoons that fell. They were understanding and not bothered in the slightest. Then ken came around to the counter and yelled at kaylee for giving them the order that fell, the customers explained that they were okay with it, and then he proceeded to yell at the customer! He pointed at them and yelled that he was making more and they would be complimentary. The girls again said they weren't bothered and simply didn't want to wait, and he still refused to give them the wontons and yelled at kaylee and the girl on register to throw them away. Everyone was dumbfounded by how rude he was being not only to his employees, but to his customers, and in front of everyone!. After the girls went to their cars, he sent kaylee to run the fresh rangoons to them, and she came back with them, saying that the girls refused to take them and were not interested. Ken threw a fit like a child and yelled at both kaylee and the girl on register once more, slammed his fist on a pan, and stormed away. Kaylee seemed to be on the verge of tears, and I don't blame her. I had been there for 15 minutes and he did nothing but bully her the entire time.in addition, the girl on register kept asking him to help her with taking money out of her register or to cook a new order of thing, and he ignored her. When I went outside to leave, I saw him outside smoking. How is it fair to the employees and customers to neglect your job as a manager for a ciggarette?! I am honestly speechless. This man is unprofessional, rude, and does not compliment this store of kind, helpful employees. This is not the first time that I have been to this location and noticed him being rude and loud to his employees in front of customers, in fact, it's at least the 5th. But this incident, where he was directly rude to a customer is by far the worst.

Panda Express online order on 11/12/17

11/12/17, Online Order #1271172, Fallbrook CA Panda Express [protected]

I put in an online order for 2 entrees and 2 appetizers. My husband picked it up, and when he got it home we realized the the appetizers were not included in the bag. AGAIN! This happens with this store ALL THE TIME. There is always something wrong with the order and it is extremely aggravating! The manager said the only thing he could do to help me was to have me waste my time and let my food get cold by coming back to get the excluded food. I asked for my money back. He said I'd still have to come back. I asked why, didn't he have my online order copy. He said he'd have to see my receipt. Seriously? That's the best he could do? It's ridiculous!

Panda Express customer service and hygiene

I visit this store last week with my children and I found a hair in my food I nicely ask the employee o please Change my food and explained what happen and he have the nerves to tell me that is just a hair that Iam making a big deal about it. I reply excuse me . He add the comment that get mad the most "YOU HAVE PROBABLY ATE OTHER HAIRS AND OTHER PLACES WITHOUT EVEN KNOW IT"
this was embarrassing, even the other customers present at the moment agreed with me and left.
Really nice customer service
I figure that the same way they treat customers they treat food. We don't know what are we paying for .

Panda Express jose jacobo. cook at panda express at siloam springs, ar

This employee and I had relations in the past, and it's come to my attention, through some of the current staff at the restaurant that Jose Jacobo has been saying inappropriate things about me and our past relations at work. I am a returning customer, I go there at least once a week, and his coworkers are friends of mine, and I did not find it acceptable for him to be saying such things about me at work. I feel disrespected and I don't believe that he is properly representing what Panda Express stands for. I am now embarrassed to go to the store, and I would like to know what can be done about this situation before things gets more serious.

Besides requesting that he does not speak about these types of things while he is actively working, there probably isn't anything they can do. You could try calling their corporate customer service, but I doubt they'd get involved since you have a personal relationship with some of these people and are not currently an employee at their company.

Panda Express customer service

The manager named Jaime, store #1872 was extremely rude. I walked in with my mother and notice the sign that states PE can make something I don't see available. Well, I'm vegetarian and noticed they didn't have any mixed vegetables in its spot. So, I asked Jaime if there was any vegetarian options and he said, "Nope. You're gonna have to eat meat today." I mentioned the mixed vegetables and he just proceeded to help my mother and never made eye contact with me etc. This man should not be your manager. He does not represent your business in professional or proper manner. RUDE.

Panda Express the employee

I was at Panda Express in Sugarloaf Mills Mall this weekend. My food total was $19.01 and I had a $20 and didn't want 99 cents back. So I told the cashier I will bring the Penny back as soon as I pay for my niece food at the next food stall. She said no and didn't give me my food so my food sat and got cold while I had to stand in line and get my niece food from not even 2 feet away. I was so angry with her customer service. I got my food and it was not good because it had sat about 7 mins I like my food hot and fresh. I love Panda but if I see her again I don't remember her name but
I always remember a face I will not support Panda neither will my family. That's the only place I eat in the mall but I will find another one to eat at.

Panda Express waiter

Food was good overall, service was kinda bad though. The girl that was serving had a really bad attitude I don't know why they let people like that work, the costumer must always be received with a smile. When one walks in they must be greeted respectfully so that one wants to come back. She was disrespectful and not very helpful. She would also roll her eyes and didn't really give me what I wanted, I got up to get some sweet and sour sauce and she rolled her eyes when I said "thank you" and walked away...

Panda Express lack of meal availability, pretty common

So many times have gone into Panda in Lenoir City, TN only to find they're out of chicken teriyaki, the healthiest meal. Last night at 7pm walked in, cook is shooting the breeze with another employee (heavy set guy, Gabe maybe?) Bowl for chicken teriyaki is empty, sitting in front of the cook is a bowl of uncooked chicken just sitting there, could've been grilling. This scenario has happened time and again. Chicken teriyaki probably moves fasts, so when the bowl is half gone through throw more on the grill. Drive thru was backed up about 8 cars, people coming in to eat. Maybe put the manager on the grill? Fire anyone standing around distracting the cook? I like to eat as healthy as possible but will not wait 15 minutes again for a meal that should've been ready but for the fact employees are not doing their job. Know a number of people who have had the same experience and won't be going back. Do not sell my personal info

Panda Express customer service

I always go to get panda with my friends but I always try and get someone to help me that isn't the worker Brenda. She is such a angry person. I don't know what she is going through but it follows her to work. She's always in a bad mood. Whenever she "helps" my friends and I. She always ALWAYS rushes us. I'm not here for free food I'm paying. She can act a little more humble and not so hostile. She brings down the mood as well. I usually see all the other workers smiling and having a good time but when she's there it's the complete opposite. I wont be coming here anymore unless she's gone.

Panda Express service

We ordered dinner and tried to purchase a gift card. The cashier was trying to put the gift card in and apparently didn't know what she was doing. After 3 failed attempts she asked to step aside so she could help the next customers. I told her no, my food was getting cold while waiting. This made her mad and she slammed my credit card down and walked away. Someone else had to finish the transaction and did so on the first try.

Panda Express not providing good service

I am trying online order but service disabled, called many Panda Express none picked call then drove to nearest Panda Express they told me I can't use my free bowl coupon and $3off $5. Ridiculous tired after calling and drove to store no one answer and they didn't let my coupon used got by t mobile. Panda Express need to improve the service to make customer happy. I will not go Panda Express any more. Employees of Panda Express are rude.

Panda Express my discount

Today is 11/07/17. I got a Panda Express T-mobile coupon to use on this date only. When I went into the business I was told we are not accepting the coupons. It was in Litteton, Colorado, 80123. I feel this was wrong. Why do you let T-mobile put this on there website and you will not honor the coupon? This is terrible business the way you offer a discount and will not deliver.
I hope to hear back from you about this matter.

The majority of coupons have an exclusion that states only participating locations will accept them. Did you ask them if that was the case?

Panda Express online promos

There's a promo online for a free bowl for TMobile customers but when u go to submit it it says error 401 n when u refresh it it goes through and says promo was already used... And when I went in to the store to see why that was the manager said there's nothing he could do, a lot of people came in here saying that... What's the point a having a promo code for free food if you have to pay for your food that's supposedly free ... Just a big RIPOFF

Panda Express found a bolt in my food

I found a bolt in my fried Rice. I called corporate and they were less than helpful. They told me they cannot do anything about it and "Risk" will call me within 24 hours. Well, a whole week went by and no call. I called back and they said again they can't deal with my problem and have nothing for me. They said "Risk" (who is suppose to call within 24 hours) is suppose to call me. Its now over 3 weeks since the incident and STILL no call. I want my money back at the very least and I want to know WHY this happened. Its disgusting and someone can get hurt from this happening again. Very disappointed in the way I have been treated. They just ignore me every time I call into Customer Service and the last lady hung up on me. I will never eat there again.

Panda Express double charged for an order that wasn't received.

Got a discount for $3 off at Panda Express from T-Mobile. The order was not ready, or even received. I was charged twice for the meal. The store basically told me they couldn't do anything to help. Also tried calling customer support with the phone number online ([protected]) and the call would not go through. Tried secondary number ([protected]) and it kept hanging up on me.

Also submitted a complaint to them directly on their website and it keeps refreshing the page and will not submit. This place is an absolutely JOKE!
