panda express pleasant prairie
Just moved to the area and have had several undesirable experiences at the pleasant prairie panda express. I typically go at peak meal times between 12pm and 1pm and 5pm and 6:30pm and not only is the service lacking but the retail conditions were literally unacceptable. The last instance I walked in at 6pm and the bar was demolished. Orange chicken was fresh and available but the rest of the entrees were either, empty or old and dry. Steamed veg was not on the bar, fried rice was burned and proved to have what appeared to be dough balls in it and the chow mein was so dry it looked about to snap. Seeing the conditions, I walked out without service and went to the next closest panda in mount pleasant and the conditions were impeccable. On the occasions when there has been food available for me to buy, the service was terrible. The store was always appropriately staffed but the employees showed absolutely no sense of urgency and when I ordered one plate the team member helping me began making two of the exact same thing and then proceeded to spill one onto the counter. I have never had a problem with any other Panda and love the product. My closest location is however un-customable.

Good afternoon I would like to share my recent experience at one of your local restaurant. I used your online service to order my food this is my second time using the online order and my first experience was the same as today. With that being said I placed my order at 12:50 and I got an email saying my food would be ready at 1:20pm once I arrived I was told my food was not ready waited 30 more minutes for my food to be completed I order the family feast along with a couple of side entrees total of $50 dollars. The first time I used it I had a $40 dollars order that was also not completed at time of pick up. I don't know how this works in-store but am very unhappy with the service the restaurant gave me today and in the past ordering. The store had a few people in line so I don't understand how my order was not completed in time I simply used the online ordering to avoid standing in line. Hope in the future if I decide to order again I hope it's completed before pick up. Hope to here from someone soon- One unhappy Customer...
noodles, steak, being beef and orange chicken.
When this store first opened, the food was delicious as with every other restaurant. It hasn't even been opened that long. But now the noodles have so much uncooked onion and cabbbage, and the meat is mostly tough. I don't know who's doing the cooking now, but you need to get the first cook back. And there were so many employees, they were bumping into each other. What are you doing to your restaurant. It seems crazy?

This is the third time I've been to Panda Express and I do the drive thru due to its on my lunch break (not alot of time). And they always give me fried rice instead of white rice. Today I ordered the sweet fire chicken and green bean chicken there was NO CHICKEN with the green beans at all. So I didn't get white rice and I got no chicken. This meal was $9.54 plus I donated to Hurricane Harvey, which I am not at all worried about donating. My concern is this is the third time my order has been wrong. I called to speak to the manager at this location and I was left on hold until I finally hung up..

inconsistent hours of operation
In the last 6 months, this particular franchise of Panda Express has been chronically inconsistent with available food, hours of operation, and quality of service. There have been numerous times when we have been told that "Mixed Vegetables" were unavailable both because they "ran out" and because "we stop cooking vegetables and hour prior to closing time".
For the second time in a week, we went to this location today for lunch, and found a car parked backward in the drive-thru and a note on the door that stated essentially they were closed due to needing several hours for prep time; this was at 1:38pm. Each time I have called the telephone number to contact staff during business hours, the phones rings and then disconnects. There is no other contact number on Google for this franchise.
My family and I love Panda Express and were very excited to have one open in our town, but this amount of unprofessionalism has gone far too long. We feel we can no longer take the chance that we will be turned away or refused service for menu items we request.
Please look into this matter from your corporate position and reach out to management/ownership for corrections. This Missoula, MT franchise of Panda Express is making a terrible name for itself and giving your company a bad reputation for unprofessionalism.

honey walnut shrimp and chow mein
My shrimp was overcooked and didn't taste like it usually does. Some of the noodles were black. My bowl wasn't even full and when I pay $10 I would think it would be a little more than half full. It might have been that they were close to closing, but it was disappointing to say the least. Next time I hope it is better. The service was great, but the food not so much.
hiring process
My husband and I went into a local panda express here in Savannah ga., and I was inquiring about the hiring date they have on the door but was sadly upset when they said they don't hire my kind. I'm assuming because I'm black they have no interest in hiring black people. I am digusted that a manager could be in position and be this rude and disrespectful. I have never heard someone say anything like this but I will not be returning back and I will contact my lawyer shorly regarding this matter.
fortune cookie
I ordered a Plate with a drink, which tasted fine. Unfortunatly when I went to bite into my fortune cookie, it was so undercooked that it hurt my mouth. It was so flimsy, I bent the whole thing back with my hands (shown in the pic). I tried attaching a video showing you but it wouldn't post. My mouth hurts and it tasted so bad. Watch who you get cookies from.

service - closed early twice in one week!!!
We have been to the Panda Express at 206 12th St D, Ogden, UT 84404 and have been told the store was closing early due to them "being out of product" twice within a one week time period. Their posted hours on weekdays are 10:30AM–9:15PM and we were there both times at 8:30PM. An employee basically stopped us at the door both times. These two experiences are the only two that we have ever had at any Panda Express. The management at that location is obviously poor and I would want to know if I owned the franchise (If they are indeed franchises).
We will not be returning to that particular Panda Express but are still fans of Panda Express in general.
my daughter was stopped at airport accused of not paying for her food
My daughter, had a connection in Houston airport and stopped at Panda Express #2008 in the airport. While she was waiting for one of the employees (a Hispanic female) challenged her on if she paid for her food. She made her wait with her teammates while she went to view video to determine if she paid for her food. An unprofessional employee challenging her over a $10 meal interrupts one of the proudest moments in her life to go play with her team out of the country. She has a lot of cash and credit cards we gave her, plus a per diem that is provided by her team. Additionally they had chaperones. She had to stand there with her team, as she was the only not allowed to leave to prove that she paid for her food. The receipt is attached and the video review confirmed that she played for her meal. My name is Vince Williams, I am her father, I am extremely upset about this, and this will be a negative on what was supposed to be a very exciting trip.

customer service lacking at the sacramento, ca calvine location
I purchased the family fest which totaled a little over $35 in food. I had the customer service coupon for a free entree. I asked if I could use that to get the veggie spring rolls. The employee was rude, dismissive and emphatic that I could not use the coupon for an additional free (1 serving) entree of spring rolls. I just purchased the equivalent of 4-5 2 entree plates and she refused to be kind. This location is ridiculously rude and I will no longer be spending my money with Panda Express in Sacramento, CA Calvine location. I enjoy Panda Express at least 2-3 times a month and I am usually treated with a little more respect and courtesy.

On 8-6-17 around 5 pm I stood in line with my 2 children and we all witnessed a male employee flipping off or flying the bird or whatever you'd like to call it to another employee across the room. My family and I frequently visit the north 21st location in Newark Ohio on Friday take out night in our house . This past Friday like norm we went to Panda Express to order our food to go inside the location . I placed our order at 8:40 pm and paid for it at 8:49 pm . Order number is 224986. First, I don't think we should have been checked out until our order was complete . Second, The staff at this location seemed like it was an inconvenience to them because they not only had to make more of what I had order but also what other customers wanted . now mind you when we walked in there was 7 of the main entrees that were gone and a line of people behind me . The staff acted like we should have chose what they had left available not what we actually wanted . They should have been much more prepared which they wasn't . I waited for 40 mins before I received my full order . I was so tired of getting told it will be ten more minutes before my order would be done that my family and I contemplate even coming back to this establishment. I believe the staff should be promptly ready for any rush in business and needs retrained on how customer service should be in this establishment.

I went to the Panda Express in Turlock, ca yesterday. There was about 3-4 girls. One of the girls was a red head. I was in line to be cashed out and she ignored me for about 5 minutes because she was arguing with a male employee. Not only did she ignore me but she was plain rude to the male employee as well. Telling him to never talk back to her. If that's the kind of employees that Panda Express hires then I feel bad for anyone who goes to eat there. There should be respect amongst conworkers. But this girl obviously didn't have any respect. If she doesn't respect her own co workers how is she expected to respect customers.
uncooked food
I usually do not like to make complaints against stores that I frequent. However, this is issue has been experienced by myself and other family members in at least 5 different occasions.
We would purchase 2 or 3 entree plates with teriyaki chicken always as one of the sides. When we take the order home, we noticed that some pieces of chicken were still pink, raw looking. We have been recooking our chicken or throwing at least half (sometimes the entire) portion of chicken.
This is a safety issue for not just myself but all your customers. Please advise the staff to check the chicken thoroughly for core temperature and being fully cooked. I am not asking to serve dried hard chicken. However, turnover of chicken is the most important thing for health and sanitation. Because sometimes, I wonder if that knife cutting the uncooked chicken is being used for the remainder of the day or on other items. This can lead to cross contamination.

chicken egg roll
I bought chicken egg rolls from your new manhattan Kansas location and I found these stringy silicone pieces inside. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't see until I opened it to add the sauce. I am absolutely appalled that this was found in my food. I am hoping my son and I do not get sick because of this! It has no taste or smell, just silicone strings in my food! There is no way that this is SUPPOSED to be in anyone's food!
lunch rush and availability
My wife, my 2 kids and I arrived around 1240 on a Monday. My wife and order a plate, to stay, with orange chicken and rice. My kids get the same thing except in kids meal form. Apparently, no one was paying attention to the orange chicken because it was out. And when I mean out, I mean there was none left and no one was even cooking it on the stove. We get served our rice, and WAIT 15 MINUTES for our orange chicken to come out. When it finally came out, they put some on all 4 plates but they did not change out the rice THAT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE GETTING COLD FOR 15 MINUTES. I asked to replace the rice and was told no. What a joke! So we sat down with our 30 mean that was partially cold and ate in disbelief how a fast food chain could be this unprepared during lunch rush.
Let's recap.
-no orange chicken during the lunch rush (isn't this ur #1 selling item?)
-no one knew it was out so it wasn't even being made in there back.
-waited 15 minutes for orange chicken while all 4 rice plates got cold.
-once chicken came out, staff wouldn't replace cold rice.
-take-in amount of food given is a JOKE. If u r going to put in 50% less food for take-in, maybe u should also charge less.
- for 30, my family is still hungry, dissapointed, and turned away from ever returning to panda ever again.

hello panda express, I love your food but in this case...I would like to put a complait. Last week Tuesday july 25, 2017, I was visiting Laughing, Nevada. So we stop at the casino Aqurius where we stop to have panda express for dinner...the line was very long (about 10 or 15 persons in front of us) with only one server...one cashier...and one cooker...I think for this kind of traffic you will need 2 servers at least...2 cookers, and 1 cashier...people were frustrated of the waiting...we're very hungry to have the delicious chicken teriyaki and the surprise was the they were no chicken terayaki because the server told us that person in charge on the food handle forgot to take out the chicken out of the freezer...so the chicken was frozen...we end it up having other food which is not very pleased...we order broccoli with beef and was only broccoli, we order other course and was only pineapple...very disappointing...we spend over $50, feel like wasted money. Please if you have a very busy restaurant please have enough people of workers so the line of waiting is fast, and a responsible people so all meals are well served. product availability
I am from oxford, Alabama. Working nights a lot I cannot get to a restraunt before 9:00 pm. However every night I stop by the panda here in our area and they are always out of the food I want by 9:10 and refuse to cook any. ITS HIGHLY agrivating and extremely inconvenient when they never have any of the entrees that i would pay for. Furthermore many of the assiciotes are unattentive and whenever I can get food it's either wrong or under/over cooked. The staff always has some sort of disbelief when I say the order is incorrect or missing something.
