I already sent one email my name is steve crawford and just wait until, I get hold of some of your investors and explain to them how you handle your customers how you deliver to the food to handling a complaint its a joke i have never had so many problems with an order in my life and I'am pissed off about it still today who trains your people with anything I can't even believe it from the beginning of the order being placed to the quality of the food being prepared missing stuff on the order being delivered to the wrong door then delivered with the bag being opened cause someone got into the delivery to complaining to your customer service and not even be offered some type of compensation just to maybe safe face for you guys

I love Panera this is the closest location to my work. I have been eating way healthier for about 6 months, so if I don't have a lunch prepared this is my go to for healthy items. So I ordered my soup and sandwhich combo (which I chose to customize- I replaced my protein with Avocado then added extra Avocado this cost extra... When I returned to work, not a single piece of avocado was on my sandwhich- the rest was perfect. But that was supposed to be my protein.

I week ago I went into the Panera Bread restaurant at 7150 Houston Rd, Florence Kentucky. I ordered food and was waiting for it to be prepared where they make sandwiches and soups. I noticed a young man making food behind the counter and he had long (way below his shoulders) blond hair and he was flipping his hair around while making my wife's and my food.
Upon leaving I asked for the Manager, who was a female and I didn't get her name. I ask her if it was Panera's normal procedure to allow people who were making food, to have long hair without hair nets? She replied that he wasn't supposed to be back there making food, and that she would take care of it. I left the store.
Yesterday 3/8/2023 I visited Panera once again and purchased food for my wife and myself. when I went to the are where the food in made, I once again saw the very same young man with his long blond hair flipping around while making my food. I ask the manger (same lady I talked to before) why she allow this type of activity in the food preparation area. She was irritated and replied he has a hat on. I replied but that ball cap only covered about 20% of his very long blond hair. she then refused to comment further.
First of all this is very unsanitary, second she lied to me about his not allowed back there, and thirdly she expressed no intention f doing anything about it. I told her I will be sending a complaint to Panera and I was going to contact the Health Department as well. I believe it is normal procedure to contain any and all loose hair if you are preparing food.
She did make him put his hair in a pony tail while I was eating. However his hair was still unconfined and free to shed all over customer food.
I will not be returning to Panera bread for any kind of food.

On Saturday January 12, 2023, I was in your Medina, Ohio store. I placed my order and then went up to the cashier and asked her for the location of the Ladie's room. The reply was "I don't know". I went up to a second cashier and asked the same question. Again, the reply was 'I don't know". I asked to see the manager to let him know his employees are not able to tell your customers where the restrooms are. His response was" they are new." If they did not know they should have asked for me. He did not offer any apology. It is very pathetic that your employees provide such awful customer service. This happened around 12:30 pm. I am in love with your quiches and I was just told today you NO longer have them. The sales person at the counter told me about the quiches. The picture shows 3 with a cup of coffee. I got my order with a large cup of coffee, and when I got my bag it felt really really light. I pulled it out and found ONE Fritta for $6.99? It was the size of a 1/2 dollar. Are you kidding me? Who in there right mind would pay $6.99 for one little egg? That is outrageous and I am furious. I am in that store at least 2-3 times a week, but after this, I will not be coming back. I am floored by the size of what your giving your customers. Now, if it was 3, like the picture shows, then I could see how it could be maybe $5.00, but not $6.99. Highway robbery. Bring back the quiches, and you will sell out like you've been doing each and every day.

On Sunday, January 8, 2023 in Gahanna, Ohio I purchased a PICK 2, 1/2 Chicken Fuji Salad and 1/2 Autumn Squash Soup for a total of $11.98. I was given a 3 pack $10.00 Gift Cards for Christmas. I provided the clerk with two gift cards to cover my purchase. The clerk tossed the first card into the trash and put the remaining balance of $1.98 on the on the Second $10.00 gift card.
I am a public school teacher and our staff was excited to have been given "Thanks for all you do!" coupons for $5.00 off your purchase of $10.00 during TEACHER APPRECITATION week. Well, the coupon expires this month and I was denied my discount because the second Gift Card total was only $1.98.
I was embarrassed and felt cheated. Of course amount on the second Gift card didn't meet the qualification of $10.00 purchase. So I don't understand this transaction/policy because it doesn't seem fair!

At the Panera Bread in Shreveport, Louisiana (1705 E. 70th St. Shreveport, La),
the General Manager of the store is trying to force the Assistant General Manager to Quit. She the only African American manager that works there. Crystal, the General Manager, is gaslighting Lamaria, the Assistant General Manager. Lamaria has been with Panera since it opened. Professional and Loved by Costumers and Associates at the store.
Lately, Lamaria is being told she not doing her job. She is being racially targeted to quit to give her position to someone else Crystal favors. Crystal is also spreading lies to the District Manager George and member from the corporate office to make it seem like Lamaria is unfit to do the job she has been doing. Crystal also disrespects Lamaria by yelling at her in front of Associates at the store, annoyingly asks her has she been looking for a new job, blaming Lamaria for everything that goes wrong in the store, and also boast to other about trying to make Lamaria Quit.
Lately, what going on here at this store violates Louisiana Employment Laws and Federal Employment Laws. No one should have to take this at any job. Lamaria has been a great asset to Panera. She still shows up and gives 100% effort and keeps a great attitude.
Desired outcome: Changes in a toxic work environment. The only Black Manager at that Location has tormented psychologically.
Chicken soup bowl
12/20/22. 3:00pm
Ordered bowl of chicken soup with baguette. Daughter got pick 2. Was only ones in restaurant, took 15 minutes for our order. Went up to check and was told her 1/2 sandwich was taking longer than expected. Few more minutes go by and we get our food. The bowl of chicken soup was a small puddle in a big bowl. There was hardly 3/4 cup of soup. Daughter had pick 2 and her soup bowl was full to the gills. $30 bill after drinks and 2 mitten cookies. Will not ever go back. Absolutely ridiculous amount of money for what we got. We do eat here often so price is not surprising but for the quantity it was upsetting.

The dark roast coffee sold at 350 Dulany street Alexandria, VA 22314 is really watery and run down and horrible than the Hazelnut coffee. While the stores enjoys the added benefits of the ulimited SIP cup offer and perks of subscription, the coffee sold is of the worst quality. Some stores like 800 21st street DC 20006, George Washington University temporarily shuts off the coffee service during the day from 9am -1pm but at least Dark roast when available feels Dark roast.

Management Unethical Behavior in Disciplining an Employee Worker
As a paying customer at Panera Bread located 3662 Fallo Road, Dublin, CA 94568, on December 15, 2022, between 4:45 pm and 5:10 pm. I witness as a customer the bakery manager and Taylor set as a witness to a Black woman openly being wrote up for not cleaning a tray. This write up was in the public, not behind closed doors which is against the labor laws in California or any state in America. This manager did not care if customers were eating. She willfully inflicted emotional anguish and discrimination against to worker in public to embarrass her.
It is against the law what happened in the open. I will go all the way up to the CEO.
Desired outcome: Write this manager up. Fire this manager and her witness to target to Black African American woman in the open. I know what I am talking about from being over HR Departments, 20 years.
