My name is John Suraci and I am customer that purchased a new home in Bellmore, NY and bought all new kitchen appliances from your store in Bayside, NY. I spent in excess of 15k dollars which included a GE Profile Refrigerator, GE Profile stove, GE Profile Microwave and XO Wine cooler (Which was also defective and had to be replaced) as well as LG 65 inch TV and Bose Soundbar.
The salesperson's name is Mario in the Bayside, NY store.
Since the day of my purchase I have had several problems, even though I was told that everything I purchased was top of the line being that it is GE Profile. This is not what I expect from GE which is supposedly know for its quality.
From day 1 on my GE Profile refrigerator, the ice machine has not worked properly causing black mold to grow inside of it. It has made me sick several times and the GE service repair came and replaced it. Well, it is not working again, causing a lot more black mold now. Needless to say, it is universally known how toxic and dangerous black mold is to a person.
What makes things even worse is that I am cancer patient with an immunocompromised immune system. I have been feeling nauseas and generally ill, so I went to the doctor yesterday to test for any ailments including Covid-19, and all test came back negative only pointing to the fact that I am being subjected to black mold in my food due to a defective refrigerator that was sold to me by PC Richard.
The worst part is that your service department is trying to pass the buck and not wanting to be accountable.
Please make note, there is one service representative named Natalia, who is exceptional at her job, and tried to help me as she saw that it was already replaced and offered me an even exchange which would be the only acceptable & logical solution at this point. She would have been the only reason I would have remained a loyal customer of PC Richard, which will not likely ever be the case again.
However, her superiors, only thinking of the bottom line, instead of customer satisfaction, vetoed it and said they can only offer a repair which is not an acceptable option due to the fact that the black mold being inside the fridge is not possible to get out now. All this due to a known manufacturer defect yet you still will not accept responsibility or accountability.
If you can not get this refrigerator out of my home and replace it with a working unit, I must take legal action.

If this is not resolved within the next 24 hours I am sending the pics along with all proper documentation to Channel 12, Fox 5 News, ABC 7 on your side, as well as personal friend, Robin Roberts at Good Morning America, who has made it publicly known through the years, that she too is a stem cell transplant patient like myself at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC.
