My husband purchased me the Christmas gnome advent calendar. First the item was purchased on 11/4/ 2024 after seeing an ad promoting the Advent calendar. The ad showed the woman getting a new 12-in gnome in every box that she opened. When the package came for the Advent calendar I knew there was no way we got the right product. In total there were three maybe two inch gnome ornaments and the rest of the days had plastic chunky Christmas tree ornaments. I don't even see that product that we got advertised on the site. Their phone number does not work. I have emailed multiple times. Do not buy anything from this company there is no customer service there is no way to communicate with anyone should there be a problem and your risking losing out on money and on top of it more than likely will get a different product than you ordered. Had I been able to reach this company and resolved the issue id have no complaints.sadly you'll get a product but most like nothing like you ordered

I received a 1000-piece Santa jigsaw puzzle. I've had the same problems with contacting Peachloft.
