I got a free coupon from pizza hut in my e-mail but it would not let me click on it, to print . sad the local city commissioners are developers and I don't think they get the proper licenses to be in that business . example the local kfc uses chicken and other products from the local grocery store publix and selling it as kfc, I witnessed this but do like the guy who runs it but not getting kfc secrete receipe that makes kfc chick so good I understand the manager is just trying to save his career.

when i could not place order online today for technical
difficulty in reaching the store, in sector 56 gurgaon, that had to deliver my
oder. I called their toll free [protected], as that was the suggestion online to
take next step on pizza hut website. I placed my order and the call center rep,
(lady) at the above mentioned number assured me that my order place time is
12:30 in noon and i will receive my order at 1 pm same day that means within 30
mins as pizza hut delivery time policy is. I and my 6 years old child kept
waiting till 1:05 pm and then called again at [protected] where i had placed my
order and got assurance to receive my delivery within 30 mins. The call kept
transferring to two different persons for their long attempt to connect me to
supervisor, who said then that the store in sector 56 will call me, i reminded
him about 30 mins delivery else penalty to them to not pay, he said yes store
in sector 56 will take care of that. I and my child again waited for 15 mins
when we did not get any call, i called again at [protected] as my son was really
feeling hungry and we ha waited over 45 mins by now. Now call center another
rep (a male this time) said we will have our order in 10 mins and as they can
not give the whole order complimentary, they will give us rs 500 discount on
our placed order. I told him my order value is rs. 555 only so i need to pay
rs. 55 only. At last, at 1:30 pm pizza came, i was expecting the call center
supervisor at [protected] had done his job by calling the store mgr at sector 56,
to convey the same as was conveyed to me about rs. 500 discount on total order
placed value, so i need not waste any more time and energy, as by then we were
rally losing our hunger pangs and patience as well. But to my surprise the
delivery boy was extremely aggressive and started raising his voice when i said
you are exactly 30 mins late as i had placed order at 12:30 and was confirmed
by call center lady rep also. He then dialled his supervisor number at sector
56 and started telling lie in front of me only that im saying we had placed
order at 12, my child was getting so sleepy by then and im looking at the
delivery boy's audacity to be so white lie spoken person. He made me speak to
the supervisor, when i had already dialled [protected] and had asked the call
center rep to speak and tell to ask the delivery boy to behave. On this also,
the delivery boy started taunting me in front of my neighbors who were out then
that now she is asking me to speak to call center rep. To my surprise, store supervisor at sector 56
was asking me who had given approval for rs 500 discount, I said the person
told me he was supervisor at call center number [protected] and im also aware of pizza hut policy
of 30 mins else face penalty, and its 30 mins over expected delivery time. I had made up my mind by then looking at my
almost slept child and my energy drained completely in all this mis-happenings created
only by [protected] team and sector 56 gurgaon team to not have pizza at all and return
it. And that’s what I did, the delivery boy as expected, very shamelessly took

having my RM20 worth pizza hut voucher, I decided to spend it to pizza hut at midvalley today.Only that today is my first time going to Pizza hut, and i got to be honest that i have a high expectation there.my voucher actually is side by side with kfc voucher meaning that it is on the same paper and it have dashed line separating the two vouchers.maybe it's my fault to tear them apart, let's face it, it have dashed lines, or whatever you call it, it must have its own purpose right?After finished eating, my friend decided to pay it and she took the pizza hut voucher and head to the cashier.And she came back to me with sour face saying that the cashier didnt accept it.She said, the vouchers arent attached together so they dont have the pairing code.I tried to mask my anger and talk to the cashier myself and gave her the kfc voucher.But she refused to accept it saying the cash already went to bill.Lots of people are staring and I left the pizza hut feeling grumpy and furious as hell.so, dear Pizza Hut, wherever you are, i will NEVER stop by there.like, EVER!Thanks for the poor service .

After completing the online process of selecting Pizzas and entering credit card details and submitting - another window popped up to say our order could not be completed and to contact the local store... I decided that it wasn;t worth the hassle and was going to just get something else when I jumped online and saw that Pizza Hut has withdrawn money from my credit card unlawfully and when I tried to call them about it I was treated like someone who was making it all up and told that the IT department would call me back...Its been 2 days and still nothing! Can your staff at Jalan Raya, Kulai, Pizza Hut Delivery play fire crackers during working hour? Especially during Hari Raya .I saw the staff simply throw fire crackers on the five foot way. Can you see the danger? Are they allow to play?Where is the supervisor?

We dine in at Pizza Hut Bintang Megamall Miri on 21 June 2014. Time order taken was 7.45pm, soups were served 5 mins later, the soup was thin & watery, after 5-8mins the side order was served. We order a RM58 combo meal, the 1st pizza served at 8.25pm and we waited until almost 8.45pm still no sign of 2nd pizza. Those customers that come in later than us, have their orders served before us, finish and left at 8.30pm and we still sitting there waiting. If we did not voice out, i think we will still sitting there with maybe 2nd pizza served at 9pm? Is it that we have to wait for 1 to 2 hours to be served? Your staffs were giving us a very "un-polite" face as if is our fault to REMIND them that we been sitting in for 1 hour with no completed orders. They did not even apologize to us... spending RM80 to get such service and food... it is very disappointing. I still keep the receipt in case you need me to provide you the proof.

Do you think they will care? I doubt any staff at the Pizza place will even bother to read your comments (They are probably not even aware!). Get a life! You have made your point. Go somewhere else (like every other dissatisfied customer) After two years of running an empty place they will close down. Problem solved.! You could of course write to the owner. (He will be the person sat at home living off the profits from the low wages he pays! If he wants to continue living off the profits he will either smarten the staff up or pay them what they are worth or sack them and get someone else.

Last night at 8.00 pm (12 april pst) I booked an order through pizza hut uan telephone number in the name of my son adnan shafiq. We are regular customers of pizza hut. We were informed that our order shall be delivered in 30 minutes. There was no sign of delivery man till 9.00 pm and no information was conveyed to us either. Around 9.00 pm I called up uan number again and lodged complaint that my order was still not delivered. The phone attendant had no knowledge that what was happening. We were told that information shall be shortly given to us. I waited another 15 minutes and there was no call. We were starving by then and I took my family out to eat something. At 9.30 I got a call from ph rider that he was standing out of my house to deliver the order. There was no option but to tell him to take the order back. This isn't the first time ph service going bad to worse. Either home delivery or restaurant service, the standard is falling fast. Mostly its hr related.

On the 5th of march 2014, I went to the pizza hut at maju junction kuala lumpur. After having our seats, a girl staff came and took the orders. After taking the orders, she immediately went to key in the orders placed to process the receipt. When suddenly a male staff came approaching us in a very rude saying that you can't make orders like this and his tone was high and he was very angry. As we stop at the table where they put only menu on it, as we browsed through the menu, suddenly a young Malay man/ boy came approaching me, by saying, 'Take away only Sir'. Before, I even entered their premise, I already saw their business hours, clearly stated, that their business hours was until 10:30 p.m., that was why I dared to enter their restraunt in the first place, or else, I wouldn't even bother. I told the young Malay man/ boy, stated their 10:30 p.m., I even pointed to him with my finger, where it was stated, he saw and looked at the business hours, which stated 10:30 p.m., he said, 'Memang kami tutup 9:40 p.m.' By him saying that, I knew, he meant that, they could still take the order, but you couldn't sit in the restraunt. But, why? I don't get it? Why you put it there, stated clearly that business hours until 10:30 p.m. but customers cannot sit at/ in the restraunt? Mind as well, you just put closed at 9:40 p.m. or please state it clearly, that what time you can sit in the restraunt? and what time you cannot? and what time you can only order for take away, without sitting at the restraunt? Please make it clear or state it clearly so that customers won't get confused? Between 9:40 p.m. or 9:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. there were plenty of time, 40/ 45 minutes before it was closed? That was a lot of time? I was really puzzled and confused. I thought to myself, the staff there, must be a lazy bunch, they wanted to close early so that they could go home early. Please don't cheat the customers, by stating something else, and you are actually not doing it, but you are doing something else. It means that you are not honouring what you have claimed that you are doing? What is this?

I found out about the website tellpizzahut.com and decided to visit their pizza restaurant. I didn’t like the staff of the restaurant. Sometimes they spoke in impolite and rude manner. We waited 30 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. Later she brought our order, but it wasn’t full, she forgot to bring drinks and salads. Their staff is really awful and unprofessional. I felt only negative after I visited this place.

Today, I ordered pizza hut through on line, said will be reach in 30 minutes. The staff of sending pizza has call me about where is my house and the phone is call from their centre. After 10 to 15 minutes, he call me again, ask me to call him back because he got no enough credit. Then I call him back, he ask where is my house. I have been repeated telling and tell him the direction very well but in the phone, he scold me "cb this girl" in malay. This happen was make me angry of being so rude to me. I asked me to call another staff or bring back the pizza but he don't and he reached my house and we pay it although he has apologise to us. This scene took place in pizza hut in tesco mergong alor setar kedah. I was starving to death when the idea of having pizza hut as my lunch meal popped up on my mind, together with a friend. Initially we wanted just to take away the set jimat (2 personal pan pizza ) instead of eating them there. We were well aware that its meant to be taken home n strictly no eating in allowed. But on 2nd thought, we changed our mind and wanted to dine in instead so we straight away ordered another ala carte meal so that we could have them inside the restaurant. But to our shock the girl of whom the name we couldnt register didnt allow us to eat our personal pan sized pizza there just because the set jimat meal are meant to be taken away. Apparently buying our ala carte meals is still doesnt qualify u to eat inside that goddam restaurant. To me, its quite obvious why u can see very few ppl inside the restaurang with this kinda attitude of the workers. I assigned the girl to call the manager for me but she didnt..n after asking the manager(izzaty) i didnt expect that i receive the same answer. So i just cancelled the order and walked out from that restaurant to "enjoy" our pizzas outside. I think to mantain a good reputation, pizza hut better off hiring a well mannered employees so that u dont suffer the consequences of their misbehaving attitude.
22 Nov 2013 jam 1145 pagi, bertempat di Pizza Hut Sunshine Square, Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang. Kami sekeluarga makan dalam keadaan panas tanpa ada penghawa dingin. Apabila saya bertanya kepada seorang India yang mengatakan dia pengurus di situ kenapa tiada penghawa dingin lalu dengan selambanya beliau menjawab keadaan itu tidak di jangkakan. Mereka juga tidak tahu yang penghawa dingin pada hari ini tidak berfungsi sehingga saya sendiri bertanya kenapa keadaan panas di restoran ini. Saya tidak berpuas hati dengan keadaan ini kerana pihak Pizza Hut mengenakan 'Service Charge' sebanyak 10% dan saya berada di dalam restoran itu umpama duduk makan dalam oven yang masak kek. Lelaki India yang mengatakan dia Pengurus di situ sikit pun tidak meminta maaf kepada saya. Bagus sungguh PENGURUS yang bekerja di Pizza Hut, tidak ada rasa bersalah kepada pelanggan dan buat tak tau jer pelanggan iaitu saya bila saya complaint. Pizza hut di sekitar ipoh. Salah satunya pizza ipoh garden. Terjadi 30 jun 2013, ada beberapa kesilapan yang saye nak utarakan disini.
1. Kami perlu menunggu hampir 10 minit untuk diambil order sedangkan hanya kami pelanggan yang masuk dlm mase terdekat,
2. Kebetulan dimeja sebelah saya ade pinggan yang pecah dan bertaburan dilantai. Sepanjang saye di sana hampir 40 minit.. Pinggan pecah tu tetap disitu. Malah salah seorang pelayan pizza dtg dan alih dengan menggunakan kaki keluarkan dari bawah meja ke lalu pejalan untuk memasukkan kerusi dan terus dibiarkan disitu sepanjang masa. Sebaliknya saya yang terpaksa jaga dan beritahu kepada pelanggan yang baru masuk agar mereka tidak memijak pinggan tersebut.
3. Saya tidak tahan dengan sikap pekerja pizza yang suke ambil dan kemas meja dgn cara kasar.. Bunyi hentakan pinggan, sudu garfu sekuat2nya sehingga mengganggu kami sebagai pelanggan. Bukan hanya berlaku d pizza hut ipoh garden. Malah terjadi juga d pizza pekan lama ipoh dan tesco. Persoalan saya.. Adakah mereka dilatih dgn cara begini?
4. Pekerja pizza tolong jgn hantar makanan kami bile dah sejuk. Bile keju dah sejuk macam makan getah tau tak? Plsss... Saye peminat setia pizza. Tapi jgn sebab attitude pekerja buat kami serik tuk ke pizza lagi..

abusive texts from boss and unethical processes
I am a concerned associate of an employee who has a very verbally abusive boss with unethical practices. The employee in question has received abusive texts including "Everyone wants to kill you." from said boss of the store. Deliveries are expected to be within 15minutes, which is completely unrealistic. The latest "firing tactic" has been brought about by verbal request that "Everyone right down one name of someone who ["you"] think should be fired and ["I"] will fire that person Monday." This is amongst other tactics and daily threats. I called cooperate but they can not do anything because the Store in question is franchise. Any advice on how to proceed in filing this complaint in the right areas would be appreciated.

On Jun 2nd 2013 at 6.15pm, I place an order to Pizza Hut Malaysia. I can say that I am a loyal customer. I had never made any complaints against Pizza Hut Malaysia before even though they sometimes send those Pizza half an hour late than promise. It is understandable and acceptable, but to be treated rudely by the person answering the phone is something unacceptable. If you do not like the job then quit Liones (name provided by the operator), don't tarnish the name of the Pizza Hut by being one bad apple.
Or maybe Pizza Hut Malaysia thought that they are a big company and customer service is something unnecessary and maybe I should bring my order to Domino Pizza. If that the case then okay. Adios Pizza Hut Malaysia. Please check the recorded conversation for proof, I have stated clearly the time, date and the name of the operator who answered the phone. I thought the operator should have pleasant personality as one of the job requirement?

Parents Petition To Have Copeland Elementary School's Principal Replaced: Augusta, GA -
Some Parents at Copeland Elementary School say Principal Kimberly Davis has lost control of the school, and they've signed a petition demanding that she be replaced.
Civil Rights Leader & Church Pastor: Dr. Frank Beckles, Jr., says his son's was attacked by another student, and Principal Davis failed to do anything about it. So, he took his issues up with the Richmond County Board of Education.
"I spoke with Mrs. Mizorah Ash, who assured me that everything would be taken care of and, of course, it wasn't, " Dr. Beckles says.
Another parent, EIiesha McClendon, "The way she talked to, also spoke out against the principal at Copeland Elementary School. She says Davis sent her child home from school, without a write-up, in the car of a faculty member. The outraged mother took the issue straight to the principal.

Like Dr. Beckles, McClendon says she then turned to the Richmond County Board of Education, speaking with Deputy Superintendent Tim Spivey, but that appears to be as far as her complaint went.

A Craigslist posting by someone claiming to be a teacher: The post accuses the Board of Education of being "clueless" and not telling the truth.
The Board of Education is also dealing with several lawsuits. Still, the Superintendent says things are under control. "Dr. Roberson, is there a problem in Richmond County schools?" we asked. "There's not a problem in Richmond County Schools, " he answered.
Dr. Roberson says he's currently looking into who's behind the Craiglist rant. He also says he cannot speak on the lawsuits because they are still being investigated.

delivery system fault, waited over 2 hrs
My orders from my home address usually gets fulfilled by Kompleks Mutiara branch of Pizza Hut. 1st time problem 09/10/08 ordered 6:15pm arrived 8:00pm. Plus over-charged and didn't deal discount promised during order. Then all these years no problem (very good, fresh, very yummy pizza) until this month (2 incidents). Apparently, they have changed to a newer *but IMHO definitely not better* system.
Incident #1, either 12/05/13 or 13/05/13 (I did not note info because I thought it was a 1-off problem), called [protected] around 9:55pm, connected around 9:58pm (previously connected within 30 secs), and (1) confirmed my full address and mobile numbers, (2) confirmed order & price, (3) confirmed Kompleks Mutiara branch in my zone, but 11:20pm called [protected] to check on order and they were surprised, called [protected]/5255 and finally got through and was told they do not have my order, plus under new system they cannot call call ctr / HQ, but will try to rectify. 11:23pm got call from [protected] Selayang Utama branch and they admitted they received the order but cannot send as I am out of their zone, plus cannot call ctr / HQ or forward order to correct branch Kompleks Mutiara. I waited until midnight, and went to sleep disappointed and hungry.
Incident #2, 20/05/13 called [protected] at 9:08pm, pressed option 3, waited for 3-4mins, talked to an agent then manage / supervisor Mr. Anuar (spelling?), promised to fulfill order 12/05/13 order of 2 regular pizza (beef pepperoni & hawaiian chicken), confirmed Kompleks Mutiara branch, confirmed my mobile number and full address, plus he promised to give me compensation voucher. 9:23pm received call from [protected] Selayang Utama (new number) with problem: they cannot fulfill order because I am out of zone (same problem). 9:27pm received call from Kompleks Mutiara branch promising to deliver without 30 mins, plus I confirmed my mobile number and full address. 10:02pm received call from [protected] Kompleks Mutiara branch to confirm my mobile number and full address, plus I included directions and they confirmed understanding. 10:30pm pizza finally arrived, noticed that dispatch boy: (1) not wearing uniform, (2) no receipt, (3) no promised compensation voucher, so I asked him why it took so long (9:15pm order, 10:30pm deliver) and he showed me a piece of paper with this info: 03 and my 7-digit phone number, wrong address. 10:37pm noticed that pizza was soggy, not tasty, and wrong toppings / order. 10:38pm called [protected], pressed option 3, waited and call dropped after 4min 54sec. 10:44pm called [protected] again, pressed option 3, waited can call dropped after 6min 23secs.
After my Incident #1, shouldn't their system flag if customer order not fulfilled?
I have been a loyal customer to pizza hut when all my friends always tell me to order from competitors. All I can remember now is not the good times when the pizza was good, but these two incidences. I am convinced Pizza Hut does not care enough to take care of customers.
