You should be ashamed at this commercial. With all the trouble kids have this commercial just tells kids it's okay to scream and go nuts over a football game. Shame on you for this commercial, I will NEVER buy pizza hut pizza ever again. Who the heck is doing your ads a maniac? Kids DONT need to see this kind of behavior. No wonder there is so much unrest in our you kids today, I am even more surprised that the NFL is one of your sponsors. Shame on them also.

I went and got a few pizzas and some wings for a family gathering and the pizzas were cold and floppy and the wings were soggy and mushy i was disgusted when i saw this due to the fact that i am a loyal customer to pizza hut and usual have great service but i would like to receive some free pizza coupons if you would lime me to return to this store because that was ridiculous

On Friday 9/14/18 I ordered pizza my total came out to $58.26. I ordered 4 pizzas and some chicken wings. The pizza came 1 1/2 hrs later and the pizza had tons of cheese and it was soggy, so I called and complained they sent me only two new pizzas. It was the same problem with the pizzas. At this point I was just to mad to even call back or anything so I went to mcdonalds.

I placed an online order on 9/16/18 for a little over $25. I received a call from a representative at your Greenwood SC branch by the premiere cinema 10. He stated that you were out of square pan dough to make the three medium big box pizzas I had ordered. He told me he could use either thin crust or large square pan dough however there would be an up charge of like $7. It's not my fault that the dough ran out and it should've been offered to make the pizzas with the dough available at no additional charge. I appreciate the guy trying to help and apologize for the inconvenience. However as I stated there shouldn't have been an up charge for something that occurred out of my control and I dont appreciate having to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back on my card.

I wanted to take my family to dinner to watch a game and eat some pizza after church. There was one table and a couple at the bar. We came in and there was no host. We sat down and asked about the browns/ saints game, this took 30 minutes. Then another 15 minutes to get our drink order. There was one person helping to go orders. My husband got up to ask the one person if we could order. 2 of us got the buffet. Aweful. 2 of us got wings and a salad, 35-40 minutes later. Our ticket with tip was over 75.00. Word of mouth matters, we will not return.
I am complaining about the, food was, terrible whoever the cook was the cook needs firing. that is the worst pizza and wings I ever tasted.
I ordered 2 meat lovers personal pans pizza, 12 traditional wings, chicken Alfredo, and 2 ranch dips. The personal pans was cold and had dried meat on them. The wings was old and cold. The pasta was dried out and had hard noodles. Their is no other way to explain the food it was awful and the cook need to be fired. If Mrs. Gloria is not there I will not eat from Pizza Hut, because Mrs. Gloria can cook, and she was not the cook today.

The Pizza Hut on Sigman Rd., Conyers, Ga., is 4 miles from house and I have been living at 1777 Chandler Rd., Conyers, Ga 30012 for 30 years and they used to deliver to my house, . I called tonight to get a pizza delivered and they said my street was not within their range of delivery. Please fix this as we enjoy Pizza Hut pizza and sometimes need it delivered.

I work at pizza hut currently, trying to find a complaint phone number. I've been there for almost 2 years, started out as a driver then moved up to shift leader. My district manager agreed to pay me $8.25 during my manager training, then after I got my servsafe, I would go up to $9 an hour. So I did my training, got my servsafe, passed it the first time I took it, & I didnt get my raise. I asked him after about a month, when would I get my $9 an hour, he said when you learn to keep labor down. Okay, so over the past 5 months, i've been keeping labor down & doing good & then I brought it up again because i've had my servsafe since march 2018 & he said it was up to my gm. So my gm got mad at me because I asked my district manager for my raise I was promised in the beginning. The next week, my dm comes in & says he will put my raise request in on tuesday. This was 2 months ago. Still only making $8.25 for busting my [censored] when i'm only given like 4 or 5 employees on my shift. Then she hired an old cooks brother, (he didnt have a servsafe or anything), she hired him to be a shift leader. She started him out at $10 an hour! Wtf! While I have a [censored]ing servsafe & bust my [censored] for this cheap [censored] company making $8.25 you hire someone else & you start him at $10 in training?! I'm being [censored]ed for real. Also, we're having a hurricane right now, I live in north carolina & we are under a state of emergency for hurricane florence, & my gm is writing me up for not coming in because I had to evacuate my trailer & my town to come to my moms who was a little further north of the storm in a brick house. The roads are too bad to drive on & alot of areas are flooded. Trees in the roads, most people dont have power. But i'm expected to go to work. When I called her earlier to tell her I wasnt coming in today she started screaming at me & everybody in the house could hear her, all 15 people. & she is writing me up for not coming in during a hurricane. If anyone can help or direct me on where to go it would be much appreciated.

So I wrote a letter and mailed to you a few weeks back regarding an order I placed on 8/28. I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:39. The delivery time window was 22-35 minutes. That window of time came and went... Then 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order I get a call from them saying they don't have a driver to deliver and wanted to know if I wanted to pick it up? I ordered delivery because I did not want to get out so I cancelled the order.
I took your on line survey and received a coupon code to use. I never heard back from the letter I wrote and was hesitant to use it since I got no response but I figured what the heck everyone has a bad day.
So today 9/15 I used the code and order a pizza and bread for delivery. Just got a call from the Singleton location in Dallas to once again inform me they had no delivery driver. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I have done my best to inform you of issues and even sent a letter that apparently got filed accordingly. I feel if I try to order a 3rd time I must be a total glutton for punishment so I'm done. Thanks

I ordered EXTRA pineapple on my pizza and I got more of the other toppings that I ordered a REGULAR amount of than the pineapple! I also had to pay about 4 more dollars for this atrocity. I ordered pizza off of the website today for dinner. I was picking my pizza and the site froze so I had to redo my order twice. When I was done ordering I didn't realize but it took both of my orders. So instead of getting two pizzas I got four. I should have checked why my bill was so high but i just placed the order. If you look at the order it just looks like I ordered two pizzas.

We placed an order online for 2 large pizzas, 16 boneless wings and a 2 liter Dr.Pepper. When we received the order, we notice that the wings container was smashed on the bottom as though it had been dropped. When we opened the container there was a lot of hair wrapped around pieces of chicken and hair stuck on top of the pizza box. From the looks of everything, I believe that the container of chicken was dropped and spilled on the floor and then put back in the container for delivery. I don't know if it happened at the store or in the delivery car, but which ever way, it was the most disgusting, unsanitary order I have ever received. It took me way to long to get through to the store manager and when I did she offered to bring a new order or give me a credit in my next purchase, but never apologized for the inconvenience or anything and didn't seem the least bit sorry. I opted to have them bring me a new order and almost an hour later, we received the order. We order from this Pizza Hut location regularly and have never experienced this kind of service. I was extremely disappointed by all of this and felt as though someone higher up needed to be notified of this unsanitary service.

I am a pizza hut delivery driver. In July I was robbed at gun point while on delivery and my personal items were taken. I have since fallen on hard times because of the money that was stolen from me and no one at pizza hut cares (From the store manager to HR).
I provide excellent customer service and I have even received great reviews, and I almost lost my life for this company. I have since had my utilities shut off, on the verge of eviction and pretty much all of my bills are behind. I understand that Pizza hut has policies but, for a loyal employee, who has kids, to have a hardship because of the job, and for the company to only be worried about the business aspect instead of their employees well-being and the well being of the children they are taking care of is outrageous. There is no moral behind this company, and this company should not be delivering pizza if they can not take care of their drivers. No one will understand unless they are staring into the barrel of a gun as your life flashes before your eyes. I absolutely hate this company now and will not be going out of my way to provide good customer service again. If you don't care neither do I!

I asked what was rhe problem & she accised me of getting smart because I asked the person who informed me of the store credit. I think she has a NASTY attitude!

I completed the surveys and also signed up and paid for the offers and it never registered that I did. My bank account even shows that the monies were taken from my account on the offers that I supposedly did not complete. We are military family and on a tight budget and was excited to receive a gift card . If I would of known this was a scam I would not have continued on with it much less gave my debit card information along with social on offer site.

Went to hampton blvrd pizza hut to buy pizza the said it was 20 minutes to 30 so we went out and when we get back it's closed already I tried to call the store yesterday nobody answer so as the 800 complaint number and I tried to call again I had a chance to talk one of the worker but she told me she can't do nothing and the manager is not around. She told me to call after couple minutes and I did they told me that the manager is busy. Poor customer service. The worker didnt even told me that they will call me back or she will do something so I'm the one who asked if they can call me back when the manager is free but until now no call. Worst pizza hut ever.

Good evening. We have been loyal customers of Pizza Hut in Howell, NJ for over 2 1/2 years. Ordering at least 2 to 3 times a week. We were just informed that they no longer deliver to our area. We were told after we placed our order by phone and was waiting for it to be delivered. We just received an order as recent as this past Friday. This is terrible way to treat loyal customers. I live in Jackson, NJ which is literally 15 minutes from that Pizza Hut. This is the only Pizza Hut in the area. We are very very disappointed and will NEVER order from any Pizza Hut again.

This commercial with the "little girl" screaming her head off is totally inappropriate. This is Not the way I hope any child her age would respond at any situation. It sets a bad example. Pizza Hut really dropped the ball on this one. Please pull this ad ASAP as it is obnoxious & takes AWAY from the family type ads we have come to appreciate as Pizza Hut customers. Truly the "little girl"screaming her head off should be removed from whomever is supposed to be looking after her & placed in a home where love is the key. She is being led down a path of heartache & pain. This ad is very sad & the child even more pathetic.
