manager sexually harassing employees
I have someone who I've been dating for over a year now who has been going to work and dreading going in because of the manager Justin Roberts sexually harassing her verbally and physically. I have even gotten calls from her crying because of this happened several times. And it's not just towards her it's for other employees as well and this needs to be taken care of ASAP! I did a order online 5/19/18 @424pm receive a phone call from Pizza Hut saying they do not delivery out here to where I stay which they have delivered to me several (7) times so told the cashier they they have deliver to my house she responded back to me with a rude attitude so I told her I need my money back on my card since they want deliver to me she said yea 3-5 days. I have records showing that I ordered from Pizza Hut in the past she didn't have to be so rude when I said yes you all have and can I have my money back on my card the cashier have poor customers service I will not be order from their anymore.. thanks

I ordered 2 pizzas online at 5:30pm and I had been checking with the app to see where it was . It said it was being cooked . At 7:30ish pm I called the store and got the manager the date is may 18th 2018 . She tried saying she didn't have my order . And that it went to another store . But couldn't help me finding out where it was . She said she could place yet another order but have to charge my card again . I told her no you are not going to charge my card again. I told her I would never use pizza hut again and she hung up on me. That's not way a manager she treat a customer. Now if it isn't made right I WILL go somewhere else like hungry Howie's or little Cesars ..

I order food on mothers day to b delivered. They couldn't find me so they cancelled the order. Ok fine but when i called to check on the order they was ao rude and hung up on me and i had to call back so i reorder and they told me i would have the money back on my card from the first order in 2 to 3 business days and here it is Friday and still havent gotten the money back.. So i call back and the manager on duty couldnt help me and says i have to call back tomorrow to talk to the manager that was there on mother day not to mention they had me on hold for 15 min before i could even ask my questions . that was so unprofessional and i want my money back on my card that they claim they voided the first order

I have been trying to reach someone for some time now with no luck. I wanted to let corporate office know about an awful experience with a pizza driver from location: 2750 west 68th st suite# 104 Hialeah, FL 33016 he drives a red saturn license plate 506TJJ. 03/19... I was driving into the shopping center where the pizza hut in which I use to order every other weekend (I don't order pizza hut anymore) I was waiting on someone to back out of a parking space when this driver pulls behind me pulls his window down cursed at me to move out of the way in front of everyone in front of the Fresco store where I was going for grocery. He threatened me and called me all the names you can just imagine. He kept screaming at me in front of all these people outside when I parked and got off to go do my grocery shopping he stuck his middle finger at me. This is a very rude and disrespectful driver working for pizza hut, he obviously has road rage and he is dangerous. My husband went to the store to speak to him the manager called him while hiding not to come into the store so he stayed parked in the parking lot. When I approached the "manager" I wanted to explain what her worker/driver did she just rolled her eyes and walked away...again very very unprofessional. I am disabled and this caused an extreme trauma i have been going to a psychiatrist due to his actions. Also, I know several people that has many complaints about the manager there that day ( March 29th 2018) date of incident. I do my shopping at that shopping center terrified when I have to see his car parked in front of the store. The manager has a reputation of mistreating employees obviously defending the wrong/bad ones. I know someone who worked there and quit due to mistreatment of this particular manager. I do have my attorney and will be taking action. I do not want to fear for my life every time I need to do my grocery shopping. This is unprofessional and intolerable for a profession to act this way. It has made my life miserable just knowing I shop in the same shopping center. Instead of helping me the manager just walked away from me and totally ignored me. I was an office manager for 20 years and As a professional I would never ever do that to a long time customer and especially if They were threatening someone. This has to be taken care of. My life is not the same since. My attorney did advise me now, to write to the corporate office about this issue while he works on my case. These are not people that should be working with customers nor the public.
Something needs to be done. Also, this shopping center has cameras where it should show how the threat starts while I was waiting to park on my disabled parking space.
One thing I will say is that I will never ever again order from this pizza hut nor my family and friends that know what has occurred to me.

I called this locations call center for ordering 8 medium pizzas and had the time changed to 1200 at 10:14 am on 17 MAY 2018 with the special for a discount. I verified 1200 as the pick up time multiple times on the phone call. The delivery man called my number at 11:02 am stating he was 10 min away from the pickup location. We are military staying out in the desert and could not get to him in time before 1200 the scheduled pick up time. I called the number back to no response and his store said he did not have service. When I called them back after my guys spotted the vehicle with the Pizza Hut sign driving away frand m mcgreggor the manager told me that he sold the pizza to someone else and that I could place another order. I then called the call center to file a complaint and they transferred me back to the store manager who didn't tell me she would file the complaint when I asked her repeatedly to do so. My soldiers lost time for tasks today because of this and the rude interactions with the manager made it worse. This was not caused by me or my soldiers the agreed to time was 1200pm just check the recording.

I called in to place an order 5/17/18 at 11:08 am for 2 personal pan pizzas. When i arrived 15 minutes later it was not ready. The cashier took my debit card to pay for the order and i signed my receipt. A different cashier came up and told me the order was not taken correctly and i was charged for the wrong pizza. She gave me a free 2 liter for the inconvenience and she went proceeded to get the store manager for the $10 refund. He came up 5 minutes later smelling like cigarettes and looking grungy. I could not believe he was the store manager. He refunded me the money and the asked for it back. He never apologized but he told his white cashiers that everything was ok. He bashed me for being frustrated with the situations. He told me to get out of his store and not to return because i threw the money back and cursed him out. I placed the money on the counter. He lied about me throwing it at him and cursing him out. I stayed up there for 40 minutes total and left with no food.

I live in Pakistan where more than 100 Pizza brands are available and before what I am gonna tell you I had a very positive image about Pizza Hut. However few months back I to a Pizza Hut branch in Karachi along with 6 other persons and were served 4 Large pizzas and Lasagna. I observed the following issues there,
1- Pizza Dough was not fully baked,
2- Pizza Dough was mostly dried and was not oiled thoroughly.
3- Sauces Like Tobasco was not available.
4- Lasagna sheets were not fully cooked.
5- Lasagna felt so smelly and appeared to be made with stale materials.
6- The pizza taste was not up to mark altogether as it was not fully toped with cheese (Only a thin layer was there).

I'm so disgusted with my Pizza Hut delivery. I ordered online and purchased a 2 topping Large for 7.99 and a order of boneless wings. The presentation when we opened the box was absolutely horrible. When we called about the order the mananger (Paul) was so rude as he came to the phone he greeted us with "Yeah, I'm in a rush but how can I help you"...completely disrespectful, as we explained that our Pizza had several slices with no cheese he cut us off and said he'd give a credit the next time we ordered and showed absolutely no remorse for his unconcerned disposition...and rushed us off the phone...

I ordered pizza from your morehead ky pizza hut online I ordered a meatball beef and pineapple on a "double cheese crust" which is just a pan pizza with a thin line of cheese on the crust a waste of money if you ask me but I ordered this pizza with extra sauce but before they even started making the pizza they said they didn't have meatballs anymore so I asked for ham then when I finally got the pizza I opened the pizza box and saw it either had no sauce what so ever or very little at all and the cookie I ordered was hard and looked kind of burnt I will never order that pizza again and as for the cookie I'm using it as raccoon bait because it shouldn't be eaten by humans

Order placed at 2:45pm local time, online promise 3:10, expected window 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called and asked for the manager on duty, who had answered. I explained the problem, she offered a 20% discount. I said, I used to be a Pizza Hut manager, I know you can do better than that. She hung up the phone.
I haven't ordered PH locally for some time, due to similar issues.
I told the delivery person, that I was concerned and usually give more than $2 delivery tip. She said, yeah we have problems at the store. Obviously.

Hello, I ordered a pizza from pizza hut in Marlow, Oklahoma a few days ago. When I opened the box, there were two cockroaches in my box! This is disgusting and not professional at all. I called pizza hut and spoke with the manager, Ann. Ann assured me that no cockroaches could have gotten in the box and they must have came from somewhere else. She then said that cockroaches are attracted to cardboard and maybe if anything, that is how it got in there. I would like someone to look into this matter as soon as possible! I will NOT be ordering from pizza hut again.

I placed an order online and requested cheese be placed on last. The order was put in the system at 1:00 PM for a 4:45 pickup. I called at 4:25 to verify that my order was going to be made correct, the lady on the phone said it was and she had a very bad attitude. When I arrived to pickup my pizza it wasn't correct, so I had to wait another 25 mins with no apology or explanation. Some manager asked me what happened and said ok and walked off. Soy una mujer con 5 meses de embarazo, tenia antojo depizza hawaiiana y llame a las 7:40pm para pedirla. Me dijeron que costaba 16.50usd y la ordene. La persona que me contesto se llama Raiza (ese le entendi) y me dijo que 8:15pm estaria el producto en mi casa y que me llamarian antes de salir.
A las 8:20pm al no haber recibido ninguna llamada, volvi a llamar al call center de pedidos y le pregunte por mi orden, me dijo que el "motorizado" ya la tenia y que estuviera pendiente.
A las 8:50pm volvi a llamar porque no llegaba el pedido y me dijo que siguiera pendiente que el producto estaba EN CAMINO.
A las 9:30pm volvi a llamar y me dice que DISCULPE, que el producto llegaria en 20 minutos ...es decir CASI A LAS 10PM y que por ello tendria un descuento autorizado por la Sra CATHERINE (ni idea quien seria)... un descuento de 2.50 dolares...
Realmente me quede muy desilusionada... no puede ser que un pedido tarde 2 HORAS y que aunque le explique que estaba en embarazo y en todas las llamadas le preguntaba que si iba a llegar el producto decia que si... FUE FALSA LA INFORMACION. Mi llamada se corto y adivinen...NUNCA LLEGO LA PIZZA... abri una lata de atun y quede absolutamente segura de jamas volver a pedir un domicilio con ustedes.
Puedo enviarles mi historia clinica o si quieren la evidencia del embarazo (porque es real que era antojo y que no por mi condicion espere que lo llevaran volando y de inmediato...pero al menos podria haber sido tratada como un cliente normal al que no le hacen esperar 2 HORAS para luego no enviarle nada).

did not receive my pizza at all
I ordered two large pizzas online from pizza hut at 7:15 pm on Tuesday May 15th 2018 and my confirmation email to track the order said it would be delivered at 7:45pm. When it did not arrive I tried to call the store to check on it and no one answered the phone and it transferred me to the automated lines and a lady said it was on the way. At 8:15 I called again and the local store did not pick up so I was transferred again and I spoke to a guy and told him what was going on in which he put me on hold. For 20 minutes I stayed on hold and no one ever checked back in and apologized for the time frame or anything so I got mad and hung up. I called back and got transferred to the automated lines twice in which I hung up. At 8:44 pm I called back again and the store finally picked up the phone and I spoke to a lady manager in which she said the driver came to the door and knocked and even called me. I did not have a missed call or a voicemail from anyone. We live in the easiest place to find ever and its a small town. I never got the call and I never seen the driver. We had the blinds open and the door open waiting for them. She defended her driver which had completely lied about the whole situation. I had ordered pizza hut the day before as well and received it perfectly on time. The manager said she was sorry but there wasn't anything she could do but offer me a store credit of 20$ to make me happy. It was an insult to me is how I felt. I have three sons and a wife in the hospital this week having surgery and I just needed fast and easy for my kids before bed and they didn't get that. I would never treat people that way in my business.

I went to the store tonight and wanted to order the double stuffed cheese crust pizza. Our waitress was very salty. Seemed instantly upset the moment we walked through the door. She told us they did not have the cheese stuffed pizza and we would have to order something else. We order a regular old pan meat pizza and of course bread sticks as usual which came dought in the center. We wanted a 2 liter as that's what we usually get when we go there, but she refuses this as well and we had to order pitchers. We asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. The last several times we have attempted to eat there have been a horrible experience.
re: credit card payment issue.
I am so aggravated at this point, I am near never ordering from Pizza Hut again. Your payment system is so bad and poorly organized that it has me so upset. I have tried to order a pizza online and submitted the credit card information 4 times. I was using a different credit card. I followed the instructions but it continuously reverted back to the card registered. You do not explain anywhere that in order to pick up the delivery you cannot submit a different credit card. I am so sick of dealing with Pizza Hut, every time we order online there is an issue at your end. Your ordering system clearly needs to be updated or needs to be reorganized and made much more detailed. They young man at the Ludlow KY location named Chris was wonderful to explain your "method" of credit card orders. He was the only good part of the ordering process when I called to inquire as to why my cc information was reverted 4 times. He is an asset to your company.

Hello. My name is Shawnese McFadden. I visit the Pizza Hut on East Joppa Road often. I like this store because it's close to home but I found myself looking for another location because the service sucks from time to time. I called about 5 times on 5/14/2018. Each time I got, "Thanks for calling Pizza Hut, can you hold?" Nobody waiting for me to say yes/no. Each time I was on hold for atleast 5 minutes. I finally got through to the "data center" and the lady took my order but then I got a call back stating to call the store to see if they got the order. By this time, I was already at the store. When I went in, the young lady was obviously frustrated because the system was down. I get it but don't let it show to the customers. She was very short with her responses and rude. I stuck around and waiting because my children were eager to use their Book It coupon and I'm addicted to the salads. Another young lady was very pleasant and helped me once the system came back up but I probably won't go back to this location for a while.

I ordered a free pizza with the points I saved. I ordered one with BBQ sauce and hut's favortite crust and topings. The topings were perfect, but I didn't get the BBQ sauce and the hut's favortite crust. Because of this the pizza wasn't as good as I hoped. I still payed over $17.00 because of other food I ordered and the delivery price. I hope something can be done about this.

This we decided to order pizza for our whole family. The order consisted of seven large pizzas, 4 supreme and 3 super supreme. The 2 pm Mother's Day order was planned three days in advance. When my sister arrived at the New Roads, Louisiana store the manager told her the he had to redo the pizzas because they burnt all of the pizzas. My sister had to wait for the pizzas to be remade causing her to be late for the party, when she finally we started serving the pizzas find them to be soft and not cooked properly. I want thank Pizza Hut for making our a complete failure and we had to find something else to cook. The manager at the store blame the oven at the store not being able to set the temperature correctly. I feel you owe use the money for the pizzas. That's not right.
