pretzel crust pizza employees/manager tried to lie
I just ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in Fort Myers Florida at the Verandah shops the date is January 9th 2018 the time is 9 at night. I have eaten the pretzel crust pizza since the pretzel crust was invented and what I was handed tonight is not a pretzel crust it is some sort of a knockoff version of the pizza where they spread butter on my crust and then salted the pizza... the salt didn't even get on the crust. I have photos of what a pretzel crust should look like and I have photos of the pizza that I got. And of course the only option for the manager to tell me is to bring it back so they can re make it to where I'll have to wait another 20 minutes for a pizza I'm eating the pizza because I'm hungry but this is BS I shouldn't have to call about a pizza and know more about the pizza then the employees working at Pizza Hut. The manager was little to no help all she wanted to do was make me bring the pizza back and then tried to insist that because there's salt on the pizza that's the way the pretzel crust is made. No like I said I've had pretzel crust pizza Pizza Hut started it. The crust is light in color there's no salt in the crust... it looks nothing like the pretzel crust I've eaten in my entire life. I don't appreciate having employees lie to me and tell me that "oh I did the pretzel crust by spraying butter and throwing salt on the pizza and this is the way it should be" no. Im not a fool.

I placed an online order on 1-8-2018 at 4:46 pm for it to be ready at 7:15 pm
when upon arrival of my order my daughter was told that my order had gotten lost.(how do you lose an order) then was told this after she paid not before. Then the young man asked if we wanted our money back if you knew the pizza order was lost why collect money for a product that wasn't ready. We decided to wait and it took only 10-12 minutes. I don't know if anyone else had complaints, but this location (Breaux Bridge) needs help, problems should have been fixed before the company rolled out delivery. I understand the business and short staffed and other complications but if you can't keep up then bring in more people or have a manager who can handle the situation. I am not going to go there any more even though I love the pizza. I will not give my name or contact info because I spoke with the manager and she knows who I am I will not want that animosity.. As a company if you are having issues with a location who can not keep employees then maybe management is the problem. Not the employees whom she blames.

I ordered from the Pizza Hut on Derry Street in Harrisburg, PA at 4:39. I ordered a large stuffed crust Meatlovers with a 12 pc wings. It was supposed to arrive by 5:15pm and did not arrive until 5:45pm. I called the store and received poor customer service. When I finally received the pizza it was lukewarm.
The estimated time of delivery on the website was nowhere near an hour.

Today jan8, 2018 my husband and i went to pizza hut waynesboro, va around 12;15pm we had the buffet. There was like 2 pizza on buffet with about two or three slices each. So we each had one piece of that. My husband had water to drink i had dr. Pepper was never asked if i wanted a refill. When went back to bar no plates no pizza on buffet probably waited about 6 to 8 mins for plates and pizza. I ordered a Medium Cheese Pizza, small Diet Pepsi, and an order of Breadsticks with Marinara Sauce. Upon receiving my pizza and leaving a $4.00 tip on a $15.00 order, my pizza was cold, my breadsticks were cold and had no marinara sauce. I ended up tossing the breadsticks (because I mean who eats breadsticks plain?) and proceeded to reheat my pizza myself. I am disappointed in your quality tonight and if I wanted this kind of quality I would order form Dominos since that is the type of service I am accustomed to from that company. I feel as though some compensation should be issued due to me wasting breadsticks that were hard and cold with no sauce.

Ordered 10 dollar dinner box 1/8/18 at around 6:00PM from the Dania Beach, FL location. Pizza was delivered 2 hours after order was placed. The order was wrong, as there was a different item than I had asked for and there was one item missing from the box. The marinara sauce for the breadsticks was all over the box, and got all over the cinnamon sticks, which I had to throw out. The remainder of the dinner box was cold and unappetizing. I order Pizza Hut all the time and I am a very big fan of it, but I feel it would be decently fair to be reimbursed for this bad experience, and I really hope this doesn't happen again soon.

Have used the location (Alabama Hwy, Ringgold, Ga) for several order over the last three years without complaints, except tonight. I tried to place a order over the phone and was put on hold for over 25 Minutes. When I placed my order (the same as I have order for three years) Which was "Meat Lovers & a Veggie", I was given a cost of $28.00, I tried to tell the girl on the phone that I always in the past paid $14.00 and that the online price was $14.00 I was told that 50% off offer has been canceled. The girl was very rude on the phone and would not tell me her name. The fact that the online price was 50% off and that we waited over 25 minute, I truly feel we should have received the discounted price. This all happened around 7:15-7:30, on 1-8-18.

At around 8:15-830ish on 1/7/18 I ordered on line from your Franklin avenue store in Gretna la. I ordered cheese knots, veggie pizza added pepperoni, extra cheese, pineapple and banna peppers all of which is an extra charge and the chocolate chip cookie. I waited over an hour for my order. Originally when I opened the 1st box and saw wings I thought I got the wrong order or some one else got my knots and I got their wings. I called the store spoke to a young man who said he was the manager he said they ran out of knots so he gave me wings ( I don't like wings I didn't order wings). I know notice my pizza is wrong and I tell the manager who says he made the pizza meaning basically it can't be Wrong. Looks up my order and then relizes I did not get all the extras I paid for, tells me it will be remade and delivered along with cheese sticks since supposedly the store has no cheese knots and apologizes . I ask if when the delivery guy comes back, do I just give him the wrong pizza and wings back? I was told no don't worry about it they dont want it back ( I was by no means looking for a free pizza. I wanted what I ordered and paid for) I now wait again over an hour. I'm starving I worked all day I was really looking forward to my pizza. Guess what never came? Even funnier it is now 11pm and the store is closed. Bottom line the employee lied to me. He never intended to correct their mistake and bring me my order. Unfortunately I paid cash, even tipped the driver $5.00. If I had used my bank card, I sure would have cancelled my payment. Now it gets even better, the pizza was not cooked all the way through and the cookie was over cooked and hard. You had a pizza hut in Gretna years ago that closed down. They also had horrible customer service and 9 out of 10 times screwed up your order. I stopped ordering from them long before they closed. If this is how this store is going to conduct business they will follow in the other stores footsteps and close down. Best part this was my first time ordering from this store since it opened. Gave me a great first impression. I also sent an email to the contact pizza hut email provided on the web site I am still waiting for a response from them, seems it doesn't matter to who ever got and read the email. In looking up the corporate email address I came across a ton of similar complaints from consumer's. Does no one care how pizza hut customers are treated? That customers can't get what they pay for? Your operator service before you contact a store is EXTREMELY RUDE! I was attempting to call to correct a mistake on my delivery with no ill intentions. I was not angry, I simply wanted my order as I ordered it but your operator was unbearable and wouldn't even let me speak. Using a horrible tone and sarcasm and kept cutting me off and at some point just put me on hold. This is not the first time I've had a bad run in with your operators. & the sad thing is that I love going to that store, the employees are so nice. I have been calling the store for 2 days and none of the call center people can help me. Then when I am put through, the phone continues to ring and then hang up. dangerous parking lot
We live in the northeast and in the winter have snow storms, as expected. Tonight going to Pizza Hut @ 3611 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE. I was completely blown away that they did not plow the parking lot, now days after a snowstorm. The parking lot is covered with packed down snow and ice, which is extremely dangerous. Everywhere else around is clear and safe. Why is it Pizza Hut does not feel it is necessary to provide a safe parking lot for their customers? Maybe it will take for them to get sued to put forth the money to plow.

I ordered a pizza last night on 01/06/2018 from the location in Midlothian, Texas 76065, off 910 E Main St Ste 800. It was just supposed to be a large peperoni pizza with extra cheese and a two liter Dr. Pepper. When the delivery driver arrived I could hear him fumbling around outside and before he knocked on the door I had opened it. I could tell something was off but he didn't mention any issues. I wrote a tip on the receipt and he left. My fiancé opens the pizza inside and looked as if someone had taken the box and violently shaken up the pizza. Now I'm sure he dropped it but he should have just said that and went to get another one. So not only do I have to chase this guy down out into the parking lot but when they brought another it was the exact same guy. Sorry but I don't want the same guy coming back that gave me a pizza and tried to take off knowing it was jacked up. Then when I call to make sure another pizza is coming, I'm offered nothing for my troubles and now waiting another 20 minutes to finally get the pizza the way it should have been. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I may never use Pizza Hut again. I hope that by writing this some sort of action is taken.

The pizza that i did ordered was very bad. My mom went to picking up pizza and when she got back home I checked pizza and it was stinking. Also the cheese looks old and teaste bitter, when i called at my local pizza hut center to let them know about it they disconnected the call. And now they are not picking up my call. I always order online for the Large 2 topping pizzas for 7.99 because it's a great deal and I also go to the store and pick it up because it's close by on Bellfontaine Rd in St. Louis, MO. When I went to get my pizza they where busy because it's freezing cold back here in St. Louis, MO and no one wants to cook. When I got home with my pizzas the cheese was burnt and the pizza's where barely cut. I had to use a knife to cut the pizza. I called back but was put on hold for a long time, because they was so busy. So I called after the new year to get the 800# the store manager answered, said her speak thank you for calling pizza hut we are not opened yet I replied I just need your 800# and I got the number, but I had to call back to get the store number. When I called back to get the store number I instantly get a sarcastic reply saying was something wrong with my order and I reply well yes. I'm confused why would I do that instead of getting both pizza's? Is what I asked them. To make this story short, they are telling me I could only get one pizza, because their screw up and gave someone else my credit or they put the money in their own pocket. I am so pissed right now I will never go back to that location. I would like for someone to give me a call because I want my money back. I do not have time for someone to just tell me I can't get my money back for what I paid for in the beginning and plus they messed up by giving someone else my pizza. We order three pizzas and had them delivered due to the fact I had surgery and my fiancée was here to care for me. They delivered the pizza two were correct one was wrong. I called and told them this and they wouldn't Credit our debit card without my fiancée going up there after I explained our situation. We had it delivered for a reason. Of course the pizza we didn't receive was his pizza. So he had to leave me alone to drive up there to get a refund. First he should of gotten a whole refund since it was not our fault or our error. I have enclosed my order so you can see that I placed it correctly. We didn't get the large stuffed crust with bacon and pepperoni... I will never go there again the manager was rude and to be treated so poorly. I want my full refund of 22.04 for THEIR MISTAKE NOT OURS!
