double charging me for pizza
So today I went and checked my bank account card balance and that's when I saw I had a negative balance. I looked under recent account activity and that's when I saw that my account was charged twice on the same day and this same location. The incident happened on November 17, 2017. The location this incident occurred at was PIZZA HUT, 5812, [protected], TN, 182. That is what I remember happening exactly that night. My desirable resolution of my complaint would be a full refund.

12/2/2017 I ordered online since the kids were starving. Over an hour passed and the order hadn't arrived so I called the store to get an update. The guy answered the phone and said, "since my driver is here, clearly your order isn't being delivered". Terrible service... I went into the store and talked to the manager and she made it seem like it's my fault, the driver was calling the wrong number. I've ordered from this store nearly 2 to 3 times a week. Not a place I will ever voluntarily give my money to again. Very bad service.

How is it that a new facility send out such poor quality? Would it be such a place to have PizzaHut name attached? I have read a yelp review and i see this isn't the first complaint. Obviously, someone needs to go speak to the crew about sending piss poor food out to paying customers. Is this how i should be treated with such a crappy dry pizza?

Placed a order at 630 3 hours later no pizza no one knows where my pizza is. Total crap. Total of almostv $50 And nothing never again. When you call you talk to a call center and they place your order and then it's at the wrong location. I don't know what kind of business or customer service you have bit I would suggest changing it... I normally order pizza at work from you guys don't have a problem and that is in Sealy tx but I will not be ordering from there either. Waited 3 hours no food and it's to late to order pizza from Papa John's where I know my food would be delivered on time. I called for carry out 12 wings and Alfredo pasta upgraded my breadsticks to cheese sticks 26.34. My husband picked it up he does not know what cheese sticks look like brought the wrong order home. I called the store back letting them know what happened and the manager got on the phone. She offered "Yesenia Ramirez "a credit for the next visit and I declined. Stating I would like the $2 back to the card. She said she was unable to process that. Only the manager can, I said how can you run a store without a manager? She said she was but was unable to process $2. I recommended to void the amount and process a new one she said it was a large amount and was not approved to to do it only a manager can. I asked can you call your manager for approval she said no. With no other solutions provided to me! I told her I would write a complaint on the store she said ok! At this point it is redundant that this store was not able to refund $2 for a mistake they made.I do not care about $2 but where is the responsibility in this store? The call center idea is very stupid I've got to say. Spoke with possibly the most incompetent guy just a few minutes. Upon answering the phone it just sat blank for over two minutes while I could hear many other voices in the back ground taking orders, I then hear something about he just doesn't want to be there. I say hello for a third time he finally responds and tells me to hold on. When he returns he asks delivery or carry out I say delivery give him my phone number tell him my name and my address then...pause he doesn't say anything again for about a minute I say hello again he's lime um delivery or carry out I'm like delivery like I said he starts to ask for my address and phone number again like he never listened or typed it in. I was like are you some kinda stupid I literally just told you my info he goes oh is this 1108 I'm like yes... I can go on and on about this experience which mind one of the most [censor] ones I've ever had . I know restaurant business I own one . So I get that you get a few [censor] once in a while. But wow he never even asked which crust I'd like haha so I'm excited to see what I get.
food making my family sick
I am a regular in my home town at pizza hut.. Once a month. I take monthly trios out of town. Rexburg Idaho and have a pizza hut walking distance to my hotel. I go every month same routine with my three kids. This time. The waiter Talon. Didnt bring us silverware. The 8 pc order of buffalo wings was 2 short. I told him and he did nothing and we ordered a LG 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 supreme. We then went back to our room and within an hour we all hit the bathroom. All night long this was yesterday eveningaround 4pm. My kids still not feeling well.

Yesterday December 1st I arrived home full of hunger, I than proceeded to order Pizza from one of my local used to be favorite Pizza Shops. I ordered my pizza at 7:29pm and was promised my pizza would arrive at 8:15. I patiently waited for my pizza to arrive. Around 8:30 my pizza still didn't arrive. I proceeded to call the local store I ordered from and the manger said the delivery man would arrive in 5minutes. 10 minutes past by and I received a call from the driver. He spoke barely any english and I couldn't understand a single word he was saying. Turns out he was at the wrong location. A few minutes past by and I call Pizza Hut again and demand a free pizza because its been over an hour and an half and my pizza didn't arrive. The manger was so non compliment and rushed me off and quickly said sure its free. Around 9:20 and my pizza still was not at my home. Made another call and tried to figure out what was going on but still was left off with no pizza. Finally after the 5th time calling a proper english speaker picks up the phone and we finally sort out the situation. Around 10:30 I make my way to my local pizza hunt which is about 5mins from my home and speak to the gentlemen on the phone, His name was Jonathan and he was very helpful and the only respectful one with customer service. I asked to speak to the manager but she was to afraid to speak toward the customer. Jonathan handled my order afterwards and after almost 4 hours I was finally given my pizza along with a Pepsi. The Pizza Hut located at 12113 Pembroke Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025.

Hello I just made a order online at the Pizza Hut in Atlanta GA on Piedmont. I received a email saying that my oder could not be processed online and i need to contact the store. Followed up with the call to rhe store spoke with the manager Julis and was told that their not taking any more orders online for delivery so tried to place the order over the phone because my payment was accepted and this was also a problem. Asked if they where not taking any more orders why was my money taken off my cards and he went on to tell me that it would be back on my card within 3 business days. I asked to speak with someone over him and he told me to contact you all. I continue to ask about my order really need the Pizza being a working mom and its late if I could pick the Pizza up then was told that my order was not in their system but being that every purchase is connected to my card the money was taking off and not just the 33.75 also 22 more was taking off in the time of me speaking with him. I didn't get if the phone until this was resolved and my money was replaced. So yes my money magically reappeared back onto my card that they mysteriously didnt take off.

I placed an online order and after an hour and a half I called to check on my order. She said my order would be here in about 30 minutes. I got a call 45 minutes later and she said sorry we're out of the crust you want. They had not even started it over 2 hours after I had ordered. The girl was completely unapologetic and I canceled my order. Earlier this month I placed an order for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, the girl laughed and said, "Sorry but we forgot to put it in the oven. It's going to be another 20 minutes." I wasn't offered any sort of discount for the wait. I would like some sort of refund for this poor service.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and when I received them they both looked like they had been thrown around and they was cold this is the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut . I have pics to even show how they looked and when I called to let them know I was told they could remake them but I would have to wait anywhere from 45 to 50 minutes to get it again this is not Acceptable plus when I have kids to feed and have been at work all day

Why on earth is a pizza crust with a thin layer of sauce and a sprinkle of vegetables 16 dollars. No cheese... Wheras a pizza with cheese pepperoni and sausage is significantly less? Vegan pizza is 1/4 inch thick. Meaty pizza is 1 inch thick. This is so [censor] backwards its infuriating. Why do you hate health conscience oeoole. What makes you think that a couple of pieces of vegetables is sufficient. My pizza costs you a lot less to make. This is robbery and you know it. It's disgusting and incredibly unfair. Why did you replace your p's with o's? Also it's not "raping your wallet" since you agreed to spend that amount. They add $1 per topping when you make a custom pizza. Just order the veggie supreme with no cheese and light cause and BOOM same pizza, costs less.

We ordered a delivery order from 2346 Center pointe parkway, Birmingham 35215. We received an email with a 4 hour delivery time. We called the store several times where it rang many times and the phone was picked up and hung up. They finally answered. I told her that I wanted to cancel my order. I also told her we used a free pizza from our pizza rewards account and we wanted to ensure we we're credited maintain the free pizza, we also ordered wings. She argued with me that there were heavy orders and there was nothing they could do. I told her I wanted it cancelled. She was rude and she hung up on me. I live in Somerset, Tx in Atascosa county so it's quite the drive 2 my nearest Pizza Hut. I love Pizza Hut but once again I was disappointed. My pizza looks burnt along with the cheese sticks. First of all they said order would be delivered in 33 mins it was 45 mins that was ok, but then he didn't bring no ranch but I was charged for extra for ranch then I looked in container I order 18 pcs all flats it had 7 flats and 11 drums so I called the store to talk to manager to explain what happened she stop listen to my concern and give phone to someone else he said she is too busy and someone will bring me some ranch which never came and my receipt said 18 pcs all flats just wasn't right no to be heard my the store manager.

I had ordered pizza for delivery yesterday at 8:00pm. I waited OVER 2 hours for the pizza. I had called the store at 9:15pm and asked about where my pizza was. The lady said the delivery guy is out and should be there soon. So ok, no worries. I waited ANOTHER 45 minutes. When I called back, the female manager that was there was BEYOND RUDE to me and she just kept saying "do you want the pizza or not." I found her to be passive aggressive. The guy was out doing 3 deliveries. It shouldn't take almost 3 hours to do deliveries and get me my pizza. I order papa johns pizza and it was made and delivered within 25 minutes. If I had know I would have went to go pick it up. However this isn't the first time this lady manager has been rude to me. My roommates and friends have ordered and when they call, she yells at them and is always has an attitude. Please Do something about this. I will share this story- that lady that is getting paid by your company is making the company look bad.

We ordered pick up today, got the pizza to our destination and found a bug underneath the pizza in the box. Returned the pizza to the restaurant, was accused by a female manager that we placed the bug in the box ourselves. Threatened me with calling the police after wrestling the pizza box from my hands. Never once offered an apology. Pitiful ! Have pictures of the bug in the box. Please do something about these people. No customer should ever be accused of putting a nasty bug in their own food.

I ordered thru the app from the Lithonia, Ga store. I was given a deliver time of 1250 pm. The delivery driver just showed up over an hour late. This order was for me and my daughter. I called to check the status of the order and was placed on hold for over 30 min. I called back a second time. Both associates were unwilling to provide a status on my order, or let me speak to management. This is not the first time I have gone thru this with this location. Needless to say they have cost a customer.
