12/07/17 I placed an order online with the following item; 1 large pizza, 2 lt drink and 16 piece chicken wings. It arrived surpringy fast and the driver was really kind so I tipped him generously. It being about 10:20 at night, dark and windy I didn't notice the drink was only a single 1 lt. But not a big deal. Usually when we order our food it's always great so I didn't think to check everything out before starting to eat. The pizza was fine. But when we opened the wings I was in shock. They are still frozen! On more than half of them there isn't even any sauce. When I picked one up it was as hard as a rock. I couldn't even break it in half. I immediately called the store and spoke to the said manager on duty, Louise. He told me "oh that sucks but we're closed". I said " I understand that but I've already ordered and I just want some sort of resolution because the wings I ordered are completely not edible."He said what's the number" in an extremely exasperated tone. As I gave it to him he told me they would credit me the amount as a store credit. I asked him if there was a corporate number and he told me "you can find it online, or google it" and then hung up on me. I am so disappointed and it's disgusting to me how a store manager would speak to a paying customer the way he did. I honestly would never order through Pizza Hut again because of his behavior. They can keep my credit. I just want to make a note that night shift store manager Louise at 715 n. Euclid ave Ontario ca 91761 Is completely unprofessional and gave Pizza Hut a terrible name tonight.

This order was WAY over their posted 30min delivery time. I'm not happy. And delivery driver was extremely rude upon hearing my complaint. I was hungry and upon writing this complaint I should add this is the 6th time this has happened from this very same store. I feel it's time someone should complain. missing item on this order and my last order
So everyone that knows me, knows I absolutely love pizza, which means I order pizza like alot.. & Pizza Hut is my favorite place to order from. I normally get either a create your own pizza or the Chicken Alfredo which comes with an order of breadsticks for 9$ I always pay.50 cents to get marinara for my breadsticks. Well I ordered food maybe a week and a half ago and ordered separately.50 cent marinara to go with it, they deliever and I didn't have the marinara. So I go to order agian today and asked if they would throw in a side of it for my breadsticks which I didn't get with my last order. They did but then I go to eat and find this on my box... which if I get the same thing every time I order I know it's not included and I have to buy separately which I did just didn't receive it with my last order, then they also forget to send a 2 liter today. I bought two and only was given one so I call up, without seeing my box first which I feel like they are lucky because I would of probably been very rude due to it not being my fault it being theirs and them trying to prove something about it being sold separately anyhow she says ok... then silence so I say okay? then she asked if I would like one to be brought down... um yes I paid for it.. I just feel it was very uncalled for, for them to put that on the box when I literally order 5 or more times a month.. I hate [censor] because I know how it is to work in the food industry. & I also know it's 50 cents but I was nice on the phone and simply just ASKED if they would throw it in because they forgot last time. Just feel like they didn't have to be a damn smart [censor] and write on my box especially with forgetting the item last time and also forgetting another item this time. What did they write on your box? And if you know how it is to work in a restaurant you should know being an [censored] to the employees is only going to piss them off resulting in poor service or some "extras" on your food.
Saying the people working with were lucky because you weren't an [censored] over a two litre and 50 cents is ridiculous. The only way these people were lucky is when you squeezed your fat [censored] out the door and waddled the remaining 20 feet to your piece of [censored] car. They all laughed at you for being out of shape after your 20 foot waddle.

I ordered a pizza Saturday night and I know it's a weekend night so I was NOT expecting it to take 20 minutes, but it took just minutes under an hour. When I received the pizza it was cold. The online tracker updated the pizza to out for delivery just minutes before I received it from the driver. Since I do live close to your location here in Fort Collins, I still tipped the driver because I do not believe it was their fault, but this location either needs to hire people or the honest about its timing for orders and the fact that the pizza will show up cold. My pizza order was $22 for a specialty pizza and I tipped the driver $5 without knowing the pizza would be cold once I got inside. I spent almost $30 for a cold pizza and waited well over the wait time it said when ordered.
The following day I called several times with no answer after being put on hold. I sent a message to the National Facebook Pizza Hut page and it was red and never replied to. I have a feeling that this will receive the same response. I will never order another Pizza Hut pizza and this has been a tradition of mine for many years. My whole family as well and even lots of my co-owners at the brewery I'm part owner of.
In the future, we will spend our hard-earned money on different companies and urge others to do the same. Please improve your quality and service.

I ordered two pizzas in the pizza that came to my door were burnt they were dry the toppings were burnt and blackened the pizza was cold it took them over an hour and some change to get to me and I only live four minutes from the location I called and ask for a credit because I did not want to wait an additional hour for the pizza and here I am can't get full credit for my pizza that I purchased last night

The first problem I had was when I place my order over the phone online never received my order because nobody was there to deliver it. No communication to let me know that the order was going to be delivered. Second issue place my order over the phone at about 10:45 or 10:55 order was put in got to the restaurant at 11:05 waited outside for at least 10 minutes store didn't open on time finally when the store open. I was told that my order would not be ready because the manager was not there. So I did not get my order and I was treated horrible.

I order a big dinner box online on 12/6/2017 @ your Lakeland George Jenkins location. When I first called I ask to speak with a manager because I was trying to redeem my points and the rude girl hang up on me. I had called back several times and nobody picked up at all so I have kids so I just placed another order online and paid for it. When my pizza was delivered to me I opened the box up boom my, pizza, bread sticks and pasta is burnt. Wow...I call even though the manager was nice and said something about a credit or wait 1 hour or hour and half just for another delivery is ridiculous. WHY? I already had to wait for it to come and thenot when I get it it's burnt. I called in 2 pizza's. The person took down all the info on 2 medium pizza's... pan crust... I said I hate the hand tossed. One pizza is a supreme. We then talked about my medium pizza without meat. I don't like how the raw spinach gets burned. He said they butter it and it won't be burnt. I got mushrooms and lions, banana peppers and the spinach. Previous all this he got that Ray would pick up the order and Rays phone number. I told him I was Linda and he repeated my phone number to me. The order was placed, he said. I said thank you, he said goodbye. I said goodbye. Ray got there to pick up the pizza's. Some kid was hacking and doing real bad sniffling noises who worked there. Looked and acted completely contagious. Another kid who turned out to be the manager told Ray there was no order. That I didn't confirm the order. OUTRAGEOUS! The order WAS confirmed. Ray got furious and was yelling at the kid. He said I think I remember someone calling in something like that...turns out he was the shift manager. It was ten minutes maybe 15 minutes till Ray got there. There wasn't one soul in the restaurant. There was no cars in the parking lot. It was about 4:15 p.m. I called back and talked to the same person...I could tell his voice. He was the shift manager! Tyler I think was his name. On December 4th I ordered 2 pizzas as part of a celebration for my husband's birthday
I ordered 1 thin pepperoni and 1 pan pepperoni. I received two pan pepperoni pizzas with approximately 23 slices of pepperoni on each pizza. When I called the store they said they would send the new pizzas out they were corrected after I complained to the general manager thay the topping amount was unacceptable. We visit other Pizza Hut restaurants around the city and this is the only location that we consistently have problems with. It's accross the street but I would rather drive 5 miles down the road to the nearest Papa John's. This is absurd the amount of time I have spent on pizza.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for about 12 years now. They have delivered my pizza without any question. Today, I couldn't get a pizza. I was told that little, small town of Louisville, Kentucky was to dangerous to deliver to. I can't believe that me living beside the hospital downtown is to dangerous. rudest delivery person/persons I have ever experienced
I ordered a pizza for delivery on December 5th 2017. When the delivery person got here and she called me I told her that I would be right there I came to the door in exactly 2 minutes but she was gone. So I called her number 3 times but she did not answer. When I called the store she was already back somehow. So I ask to speak to a manager the manager was extremely rude and I got the sense that they never came to my door in the first place. When I told him about my problem as respectfully as possible, they yelled at me and asked me what they wanted me to do about it because they aren't going to do anything. I explained to them the issue and I asked them if they could send me a new pizza. When the new delivery person arrived he didn't even greet me or look me in the eye. Then when I opened my pizza box the pizza was extremely cold and not what I had asked for it was missing one of my toppings. I order from this Pizza Hut all the time and I am extremely disappointed in this service.how can you fix this?

Imagine further how angry I was when I checked out and saw that you still required/demanded a minimum order of $12. Seriously? I was over charged for my order and my pizza was cold after it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late. The manager said all she could do is to credit my account for the overage to spend on my next purchase and that the pizza went out immediately after it came out of the oven so she can't see where the pizza would be cold. I asked who else I could speak to and she said that I could speak to her. She was the manager. I said I want to speak to someone other than you. Who is your superior? She said the general manager but they wouldn't be in until Monday. She would not give me anymore information about the GM. Not their name, not their contact number.
I was not happy with her attitude. She acted as if I was lying and the whole mess was my fault. I wasn't happy with the whole conversation. I am now a Special Ed teacher but I was in restaurants for a very long time and I would never have spoken to a customer the way I was spoken to and I would have offered some sort of restitution.
We had just gotten back into the habit of calling Pizza Hut again, we had been calling Marcos, but with this experience Pizza Hut has lost me once again as a customer.

I called the local Pizza Hut in Fairview, OK to order my two kids their Book It reward personal pizzas at 6:00pm. I was informed that they were out of personal pizzas and they will not honor the Book It rewards which now disappointed a Kindergartener and a First Grader that were excited about being rewarded for learning to read. This is the second time out of the two times I have went to this Pizza Hut that they didn't have personal pan, stuffed crust, medium hand tossed pizzas. It is absolutely poor business practice to be incapable of ordering and preparing an adequate amount of stock. Pizza Hut is getting a bad name in this town and losing business to Hunt Bros. Pizza and Godfather Pizza. The next closest Pizza Hut is a 40 minutes away.
i'm filing a complaint about one of the restaurants in texas
I was contacted by pizza hut over here in Houston Texas, and was offered a job, but while be offered the job i was told that they mess with the food and masterbate into the pizza sauce of rude customers.
