Pizza Hut not receiving my complete order

Ordered cheesy breadsticks, pizza, regular breadsticks, fries and did not receive my cheesy breadsticks the first time. We called to let them know they forgot and they told us they will send it but after an hour of not receiving it we called back and they said "wait you never got them". Mistakes happen but we were not happy about waiting over two hours. Supposed to receive a refund but felt they were very forgetful so we shall see.

Pizza Hut unhappy customer

On the 14th I stopped at pizza hut and picked my pizza hut I had the incorrect pizza I had asked for a topping to be removed as my son is illergic to it and it was never removed this is twice pizza hut has failed my family and multiple time we have waited longer then been told we live out of town so we don't exzactual have time to wait around a night and expected also some staff have rude customer service now we are regular customers and order every week unhappy customers

Pizza Hut very bad customer service and timing of orders

I'm very displeased with the Pizza Hut on. Covington hwy they have very poor customer service and very poor timing manager at the time which was 9:20 pm 11/13/17 seem to not care about my concern on my order I will no longer deal with any Pizza Hut ever! Y'all need to fired all stafff at 4906 Covington hwy night staff! asap #lostaloyalcustomer!

Pizza Hut delivery time over 1.5 hours

I made an order to the Pizza Hut express in acworth, GA.m at 7:03. I received a call at 7:13 with an issue on my card. We sorted out the card information and he said it should be with you shortly. After waiting an hour, he (Nick Collins, Manager) stated it would be out shortly. I called again at 8:15 and again he said it was out for delivery. If it didn't arrive with 5 mins, to give him a call and he would make it right for the next time I ordered. I called again at 8:26 and asked what the hold up was. He said that the driver must have been delayed. From my house to the Pizza Hut express is only 2 stop lights away? I asked for a refund and he said he would process it. Nothing was mentioned about being compensated for my 1.5 hours of waiting. Kids are getting ready for bed, it's almost 8:30, and the pizza would not be needed since it was 1.5 hours late. For a 7.99 pizza, and some bread it's a shame that I will not be using the Pizza Hut in the future for any school or pools parties at my house. He said he could give me a free pizza next time, but I don't want to wait 1.5 hours again. I will order or pick up. Like I said it's only 2 stop lifts away. This is unexceptable and with no compensation.

Pizza Hut management

I was called approximately one month ago for an interview with Drew from Rockville in pizza hut. In conclusion of the interview Drew said I would get a call on Friday either way. On mon I went into pizza hut and asked drew if he had chosen someone. He was extremely rude and said he had chosen another person, I thanked him. Upon job hunting i seen they were hiring again and on Nov 9th I called pizza hut, Drew answered I spoke to him about them hiring again and he was very short saying yes I was correct. Upon hanging up I was distraught about why with my customer service background, references and good personality I was not being looked at for this position. I have open availability and great customer feedback. So I drove to pizza hut where I spoke to Drew whom implied I was to old to work there due to other older employees and i just wouldn't do for him. Pizza Hut wings

I've ordered flavored wings a few times from the Scottsburg, Indiana Pizza Hut and it's basically breaded wings with a little dipping sauce in the bottom of the container. It's super irritating to expect and pay for one thing and get home and realize it's not what you thought you were getting. Please teach these employees to toss the wings around a little bit or something.

Pizza Hut rude employee

On Saturday November 11, 2017 at approx 3:00pm my husband and I were returning to Canada after a week long vacation in Punta Cana. The airport in Punta Cana was extremely busy and it took us almost 2 hours to get through check in and security. We were hungry, exhausted and only had 45 minutes till our flight departure. My husband went and purchased 3 personal pizzas and 2 cokes which cost I believe $28.00 US which is insane but options were limited. My husband returned to the table and asked if I could run up and get some napkins. I went to the counter and said to the short haired woman "Can I could please get some napkins". The girl looked at me and said "No! " I looked at her because I figured I misheard her and said "you don't have napkins to give me?" she responded "No I don't". She was lying because everyone else had napkins. A man waiting in line looked at me and said "wow she's rude". I realize this may seem trivial but I was astonished of the rude treatment. I have been to Pizza Hut in Canada and the USA and have never been treated like that

Pizza Hut pizza hut crust and bottom.

The pizzas we always buy are soggy at the bottom and oily. The thin crust is not, but the hand tossed and pan pizza are always extremely soggy at the bottom. Which gives off too much oil and a bad taste. We bought our pizza from pizza hut on clarksville hwy nashville tn. Please do something to fix that we will not be ordering those pizzas again! Thank you.

Pizza Hut prices

on Saturday novermber 11, 2017 around 700 pm I placed an order online with pizza hut. I ordered 1 of the pizzas that were under the deal tab saying that it would be 7.99, I ordered a order of boneless hot wings and a chocolate chip cookie pie. I went to pick it up because of course they don't deliver to my area. once I arrived tho the restaurant to pay the cashier stated that it would 22$ and some change, but she charged my credit card almost 30$. need I remind you after I submitted my order online it stated that I would have to pay 25$. I called the restaurant back to spaeak to the manager (ann is her name) and she stated that she didn't know what to do because she didn't do it, then she acted as if she was speaking to her anager and told me that he "Wesley" said that the 30$ charge would fall off the next day after they confirmed all of their credit card charges for the day. it is now days later and I still have not had that 30$ "fall" off my bank statement.

Pizza Hut pizza

On the date of 11/20 i ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery along with 2 20 oz drinks.The delivery guy gave me my pizzas but have forgotten my drinks . He nicely apologize and said he will back to return with them. When i open the box pizza i was surpise to see that one of my pizza was all messed up . One of them had slid to one corner of the box and i received what itbseem to be a mushy ball of pizza, the second pizza toppings had slid over to one side of the pizza

So i called pizza hut and told them what happen, she apoligize and said she will make me a new one. So the delivery guy came back with my drinks but it was the wrong ones. I ask him to pleease bring me the right soda i ordered. 15 mins later on another delivery guy came and gave me my pizzas, i ask about my drinks and he told me that i didnt order any. So i just said forget it. Sat down finally ready to eat just to see and find that my pizza was destroyed AGAIN! Pizza all mushed up and toppings on one side. Only explanation i seem to come up with is them haveing careless drivers.

Again i called the store again to tell them what happen. It was the same women i talk to before when i called the first 2 time. She gave me a nasty additude and i decided to cut the conversation short and i just told her ill speak with her in person. When i did go up there and i try to explain what happen she seem not to care, still carrying a affitude and told me its not working out and gave me my money back...
No apology, nothing to make up for the trouble, or not even a pinch of conercen.

I love Pizza Hut a lot and i do spend my money here a lot but the service i have recieve was very rude and frustrating

Pizza Hut late delivery and cold food

On October 6th i placed an order online to be delivered at 6pm. My order did not come to me until 6:30pm and it was cold. I called and spoke to the manager that very moment at location 3904-a w Hillsborough ave tampa fl and she said she was refunding the money and it would be in my account in 48 hrs. I have now spoken to 4 different managers since then and they all say they have put the refund through because it is not my fault that they didn't have enough drivers and let my order sit in the store and get cold. It is now October 13th I just spoke to yet again another manager and still nothing has been done. I still have not received a refund. This is outrageous to say the least. Myself and my husband regularly order from that location but after this experience I am sorry to say I will no longer order pizza from pizza hut. All I asked was for a refund and here I am a week later and still nothing has been done.

Pizza Hut restaurant experience

Hi, my name is Jateria, and my aunt placed an online delivery order for me for 1 large original pan pepperoni pizza with stuffed garlic knots. The order was placed around 3:58 pm, and was set to deliver in 90-100 minutes, which would make the delivery around 5pm-6pm. It's now 7:15 pm, and I haven't received my food, and my aunt's card was charged twice for the transaction, one for $16.72, and another for $15.62. I am highly dissatisfied with this service, and I am hopeful that I and my aunt will receive some sort of rectification for this poor customer service.

Pizza Hut poor customer service

I order from pizza hut once it three times a week. Have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I have even worked for pizza hut on several different occasions. I have been ordering the same meal online for the past 6 months. After we place the order we call in and ask for the wings to be divided half and half. There has been no problem at all. I always tip the drivers well. Have always been polite to the staff and the staff has always been polite to me. So today 11-12-2017 we place our order online and then call in. The server that answered said her name was wendy and seemed very rude on the phone. As i explained to her our order and asked her if she could divide the wings half and half she rudely said. ( no I am not doing that.) She didn't say sorry i can not do that. Or I am not allowed to do that. She was very rude and the tone in her voice she sounded very angry. So i said to her oh. Well they do it every week. I havent had any issues before. She replied with (well im not doing it.) I then asked why not and that's when she again rudely said. (Because i can get fired for doing that) so instead of cancelking my order and giving her attitude back I just went ahead and, ordered a second order of wings. However if Pizza Hut is hurting for money and can not provide me with half hit wings and half bbq wings in an order and charge me an additional .99 cents to provide me with customer service. I should not have to pay to get service. If this happens again ill take, my business elsewhere. I spend 80 to 120 dollars a week at pizza hut in Uhruchsville, Ohio 44683. I feel that i should receive better customer service then a, rude angry woman and then tell me, she will get fired if she gives me, half hit wings and half bbq wings. I feel this needs to be addressed and taken care of before Pizza Hut loses anymore business.

Pizza Hut pizza hut greenville, highway 82 location failed to deliver order

On Friday, November 10, 2017 at 5:15 p.m. I called and placed an order for a large hand tossed beef pizza with extra cheese and 8 honey BBQ wings. The order was completed at 5:19 pm. with delivery time stated as being 30 minutes. No delivery person ever arrived. Four hours later at 9:19 p.m. a lady called, and stated "This is Pizza Hut. Did you place an order earlier? Did you receive it?". I told her I placed an order and never received it. She replied, "Ok. Thanks." No one offered a free replacement of my order for the lack of delivery or anything. I have never experienced this type of service from this location before.

Pizza Hut pizza, not what ordered, doesn't taste good

Ordere 3 med. pizzas pepperoni lovers. They were far from pepperoni lovers, probably plain pepperoni. We order all the time and a few times I had to call and complain like one being delivered upside down and one being with greese coming through the boxes and one hard as a rock. So this time I thought I would complain to you. A lot of times we get good pizza from there so that's why we keep ordering and having it delivered. I think it might just be certain individuals cause it's not all the time

Pizza Hut not being delivered my order or even telling me it has been canceled.

I ordered pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter of pop. I paid with my credit card, it was to be delivered at 7:35pm. I called around 8:15 after numerous hang ups and disconnections, finally I was told my order had been canceled because one of there drivers got maced and they were no longer delivering orders. I was told I could come and pick my order up it I wanted to, but it wasn't even ready. My money was taken off my card and I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days before I get my refund. I was extremely hungry and was expecting my order. They never even called me to say my order had been canceled! Extremely disappointed in Shaker Heights, Ohio!

On nov.11 around 5pm.i called pizza hut at park row and collins.in Arlington texas. 76010.and I ordered 2 medium.side pizzas a order of wings.and 2 litter pepsi.i showed up the place.and paid for my order.around 25 and cents.dollars.it past like 1 hour.and I ask the cahier.if my order was almost done.and she told me that an employee had dropped one of the pizzas.and it was gonna be 5mns.for the other pizza.to be ready.and 45 mins. Went by.and I was gonna asked.the female cahier.for my order.and she was really rude.and told that she was gonna refund my money.back to my credit card. So I waste almost.1.30 hour.of my time.with no pizza.and really bad costumer.service.she was a Caucasian lady
Around 40 to 50 years.old.she was really ugly.and she was talking about her personal life to other.costumer.about she had a car wreck a day before.im really upset.cause.i ended up.with.no dinner for my kids.and I'm still waiting. For my refund.to get back to my account. I would never.never.go back.to pizza hut.again.

Pizza Hut drive through

I do not know who built this location but why would you make a drive through that you can not get out of. I have currently been waiting 10 minutes behind a car whose pizza must not be done yet. Mine was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago, but I cannot back up or drive around them because of the way this is designed. I do not know why your employees wpukd not have the person drive back around instead of holding everyone else up.

Pizza Hut 50% off deal

Though advertised no coupon needed to get 50% off if ordered online it would not work. Called the local store on DIXIE highway louisville KY and was told they had no control over it and should call complaint hotline. Asked if I️ could be connected and was told no. Once I️ called the complaint hotline waited so long I️ hung up and called another pizza place. Result. Lost sales to Pizza Hut. Pitiful.

Pizza Hut product/service

We are a regular Pizza Hut customers we buy it once a week and also for birthday parties and office. This time I️ was very dissatisfied and disappointed. We took an order to go two large pizzas one plain cheese and veg . Especially told them no meat as we are vegetarians. When we went home the pizzas had pepperoni they got my order confused with someone else and I️ couldn't go back as it was freezing outside. Definitely want this to be corrected and would like my refund.
