store number 2582 and the service that I receive.
I went to the store number 2582 and lunch combo number 7 which is 5 pcs of chicken tenders with the side of Mac n cheese. For my drink, I ordered the 22 oz sweet tea which what I got was the ice tea but with no ice and it was unsweetened tea. Which I was not what I ordered. To top all off, there was no sauce in the either and the drive thru cashier never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything.

When I visit your restaurant with my family, we have the runs. The restaurant is at westwood square mall, Malton Mississauga Ontario Canada. Their food and safety probably isn't done up to standards. This will be my last time going there. As we speak I am on the toilet. I usually have their tenders or just the regular chicken but yesterday I tried the wicked chicken. Can someone please check out this store to make sure they are doing the stuff correctly. Or else someone will be killed by food contamination.

April 27, 2018 i visited a Popeyes in Toronto, Ontario. I went to use the public washroom, to only walk into a disaster. I understand that public washrooms do get dirty and unsanitary hence ‘public'. However, I checked the schedule of the last time it has been cleaned on the back of the washroom door and it said "April 15th 2018 at 3pm." which made me believe it hasn't been cleaned since then. Not only that, but there was only 3 stalls, 2 out of three stalls were disturbing and disgusting & the stall that was cleaned, did not have a lock on the door. I don't want to be completely ignorant because the service there from the team was excellent. They messed up my order but was completely understanding and changed it without causing me any headaches, and asked the people i was with and myself if we enjoyed our food when we were done which i think was really thoughtful. However despite the great customer service, i believe it should be a priority to make sure those washrooms are clean for your customers. Especially if they're about to eat something using their fingers for majority of the menu.
my chicken was not fresh when I purchase it.
My chicken I purchase around 12:34 pm today 4/30/2018 was not fresh. It was thrown in the bag with no condiments, plastic ware, or napkins. The tea was hot and watery. It's always a hit or miss with this particular restaurant. Never have consistent customer service from the staff. The restaurant from the inside out looks to always be a eye sore. The quality of the food is be desire. I never see anyone using gloves, cleaning there work stations along with the tables out in the dining area.

Tonight I witnessed the manager and 2 young ladies talking about a customer in the drive thru. Little did they know that was my husband. They were very condensing and mocking him. They were very unprofessional and quite frankly very rude. I am a manager of a retail store and if we ever heard or got a complaint that one never a lone 2 employees and a manger were disgusting and carrying on that way there would be consequences laid out. We are very good customers and my husband eats there at least once a week. Rest assure that we will never be back to that restaurant again. I have never been so angry or disappointed in a fast food restaurant before.

I purchased 3 meals from store# 10541 in Fort Worth, TX on 4/15. The shrimp poboy had no dressing (I asked for extra dressing), the 1/4lb popcorn shrimp combo had little shrimp, but filled the boxed with fries to hide it. Then they handed me my food without taking my money. When I remained at the drive thru they asked if there was a problem. Had to ask them to take my payment. I do not know what a suitable resolutuin is, but the service at this location is steadily declining.

my complaint is both with the service and food
I went to Popeye's in Welland, On, this evening. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 spicy and 1 mild combo. When I arrived home I took a bite of the mild and it was actually spicy. We checked the other two sandwiches and they were spicy as well. I called back to see if they were able to fix my order. They informed me that there was no way that I received all 3 sandwiches because she remembers me asking for mild. I said well they are I can bring them back to show you. At this point we've been on the phone about 10 minutes and they inform me that they are closing soon and to come back tomorrow with the sandwiches so they can see that they were all spicy and that they indeed were the ones who made the mistake. This was my dinner for tonight. Now I am unable to eat dinner because they need proof, not to mention I don't eat spicy. I am extremely upset regarding the lack of customer service I have received and it makes me not want to attend Popeye's in the future. First to mess up the order, then call me a liar, then say you're not going to fix my order? Awful customer service and a huge waste of $25.

I stopped at Popeye's ordered the 7 piece dark meat bucket. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I get to the drive up window, and she asked me if I ordered a family meal, I said no, she shut the window for another 5 minutes, and came back and said there is no chicken cooked and it would be another 20 minutes. I said Hell no, I'm not waiting any longer. I went to your competitor, next door. This unacceptable!

I want to Popeyes this morning between 11 o'clock and 11:30, I order a #6-3piece tender /spicy meal but the young lady that was on the register rang me up for a #3-3piece chicken meal .. when my order was ready I ask the African gentleman could I have a blackened ranch dip and he said no It don't come with chicken, I explained that I ordered tenders .. I got my tenders and left.. once I was on the highway I open my food to see that they gave me mild tenders & I told them spicy .. I was on my way to Pasadena so I waited til I came back to take the food back to Popeyes and get them to correct it ... I came back around 2:30 when I got waited on by the same lady that rang me up this morning I told her she should remember me from this morning and told her my order was still wrong ... she grab the store manager at least I assume he was cause of his shirt, he was a older man maybe 50-60 years old, so I told him what was going on and that I would still like the food just wanted it spicy I also explained that there was a price difference and I would like my change even tho I payed with my bank card that he could just put it back on my card, after that he got so rude and nasty because I wanted my change.. so I told him well since u wanna be rude just give me all my money back I don't want the food nomore, he told me because I took a few sips out the drink that I couldn't have a refund. I told him that I drove all the way out Pasadena and had to wait to bring the food back and this is the service I get, now I never touch the tenders or the red beans and rice only took a sip of the drink literally a sip... so now he going back and forth with me over my money at this point I'm very angry because of the way he was treating me that my fiancé even had to tell him give me my money & he told her this is none of ur business... so I asked him to make sure I get my receipt back so I could call the 800 number, he told me no because I didn't get no did from him, I was like I can't have my refund receipt he said no... so he never refunded on the register to put it back on my card he just finally open the draw up and gave me the money in cash & I told him I paid with my card ... so now I had no food, or a receipt to call to make a complaint I had to look the number up online...to be fair I'm a manager myself at a fast food this by far was the worst experience I ever had at any fast food also at Popeyes when I love there food .. I will not ever go here again as long as that old man works there .. u will lose a lot of business behind him.

We had our order messed up and complained to your corporate was called by the manager of that franchise offererd us free comp went in to get our comp and they messed it up again wrong food and no drinks. The manager fid not even come out and talk to us. Very disatified and do not want to deal with that store or will not ever go back.I would not advise anyone to eat there.

On April 4th 2018 I took my mother and my son to the Sideling Hill Plaza and we ordered our food from Popeye's. The cashier was moving very slow and was very rude. He didn't even get our order correct. When our number was called he threw our food on the counter and the breaded shrimp fell out of my mothers sandwich. He was about to pick it up off the counter with his hands and put it back into her sandwich but I stopped him and told him that was nasty. So he just handed me her food without making more shrimp for her sandwich. All of this was done by the cashier (#358105). I will be polite and not list his name even thou I have it. He did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. All I wanted was a good evening for my family after the bad day my mother had. We love eating at Popeye's but we will not be eating at the plaza again. This incident also made me fight with my mother. It turned out that this man was stupid. A mongoloid. He has down syndrome. I told him to his face that if he is stupid he should not be working. My mother told me that it was I who was rude. I told her to shut up and stay out of this. It was between me and that reject. Then my son started crying. I slapped him and my mom told me that she was talking him home. My son lives with my mother because she called CPS seven months ago because I slapped him that time. They investigated both her and me. They were going to put him in a foster home but they decided that she was fit to care for him. She told me that I was being rude, and calling him a mongoloid was insulting. I said that if he does not want to be insulted he should be in a group home or something. She told me that my behavior was rude, not his and apologized to him because of my behavior. I told her that she was stupid and should not apologize for me when that monogolid was in the wrong. She told me that I was setting a bad example for my son and he was crying because he was scared. I said he is probably afraid of that monogolid's face. That if the reject cannot work fast he should be cleaning washrooms or living in a group home. This was when she told me that the conversation was over and she was leaving. I just wanted a good evening with my family as I hardly get to see my son. I am only allowed to see him when my mom is there to supervise. She and this reject ruined the evening. I have no issue with you hiring these people but they should be away from people as his disfigured face frightened my son. He should be working away from human beings.

My first encounter was that I tried for over an hour to reach the store to place my order, so I could give them a head's up. I was unable to reach anyone...phone rang and rang, but no one ever answered it. So I drove there. The manager welcomed me to the store and I said "Are you all having trouble with your phones? I've been trying for over an hour to call my order in so I could give you a head's up." He looked around and saw the phone laying there. He said "Oh, I'm so sorry. Someone forgot to hang it back up." The cashier took my order, as he watched, and I checked it to make sure she'd gotten it correct, which she had not. She fixed it and read the order back and it was correct.
I had to wait for them to cook and box the order and he gave me a free drink while I waited. When I walked in the front door, my manager saw me and immediately locked her office and came with me upstairs to distribute the food. As I pulled each box out I gave it to the correct person. By the time I'd given the 6 out I realized I was missing 3 boxes.
I meediately called manager, Carl Turner, and told him. He didn't apologize at all but asked when I'd be picking up the three boxes. I told him I would be there immediately. I went back to the store and walked in. He saw me and said "Are you ready for your food." I said "Yes". He said "I didn't box them yet. I know I packed 9 boxes, even though you said you only got 6, but I'll remake it again!" Very rude tone of voice. I said "No, I picked up two bags from the counter, which you said was my complete order, and when I got back to the apartment building and started handing out the food I realized there were only 3 boxes in each bag, which is a total of 6 boxes, not 9. I did not get three of the boxes." Again he said "I know I boxed 9 and even though you said you only got 6, I'll box 3 more now." That's calling me a liar! He turned his back on me and walked away. I raised my voice so he could hear me and said "No, you gave me two bags and each bag had 3 boxes in them. That's a total of 6 boxes, not 9! " By now I was upset and angry because he was being so rude to me and indirectly calling me a liar. When he got them boxed he had another guy hand them to me. When I got to my car I called my office manager to tell him how angry I was and how rude the manager was, calling me a liar.
When I called my manager to tell her what happened and how rude the manager was to me she got angry, too. She had me go back in and get the supervisor's number. As soon as I got in my car I called and left a message telling the supervisor what had happened. So far I have heard nothing from him, although I left my phone number.
I've worked retail before and the first thing they teach you is that the customer is ALWAYS right, whether you think they are or not! He obviously doesn't remember that rule. But, honestly, I am not going to hell for lying over three snack packs! I only got 6 and I have a whole roomful of residents who can attest to that!
We had planned on going there every month (this is a senior HUD apartment building), but after this encounter we will not be going back there unless a huge apology is forthcoming and I am compensated for having to go back again and for being called a liar. We will take our business elsewhere!

This particular store everytime I come here, there is a 20 to 40 minutes wait on orders. Orders take way to long. Someone should come in and monitor this. I have seen to many customers leave because of this. Please fix this ASAP. Much as me my family love Popeyes, this is very unacceptable and we refuse to sit here and go thru this. This does not represent Fast Food. Please get someone in to monitor this. :(

On Saturday, March 17, 2018 my daughter was scheduled to work 10am-5pm at location 929 South Orange Ave East Orange NJ. When I arrived to pick her up ten minutes after five she was still working. I went inside the restaurant so she can know it is time to go; my daughter saw I was now in the store, she informed her manager her parents are here to pick her up. The plus sized woman with her shirt tail out of her pants wearing a bedtime scarf stated to my daughter " I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ... YOU HAVE A LINE ON DRIVE THRU in a derogatory tone of voice. My daughter continued to take, cash and expedite all drive thru orders by herself. I approached the counter at 5:37pm and informed the unpleasant plus sized woman who I was and why I am here. She looked at me and unprofessionally replied "WHAT"? I then repeated who I was and she rudely cut me off turned her back towards me and stated "SHE IS ABOUT TO GET OFF" This lady, in which I found out later she is the General Manager began to raise her voice at my daughter (whom is a minor) about a drive thru order my daughter completed and satisfied by herself as I sat in the lobby watching and waiting. I then heard the manager say "YOU CAN GO" I looked at the time it was 5:42pm more than half and hour over the time my daughter was scheduled to get off. I did not see my daughter punch out from work. I asked her why she didn't clock out she informed me she never clock herself in or out from work. She doesn't know her clock out number. According to New Jersey State Labor Laws I know this is a violation. Please let this serve as your final horrific complaint about the conduct of this staff. They managed to do the opposite of what they are being paid for so very well, which is to upset very person that enters the establishment. Please, changes need to be made with management and soon.

I order the chicken and shrimp surf turf combo. I only got 4 shrimps and 2 chicken strips that are so old and hard that I can't even pull the chicken apart. Biscuit was old and my drink was a half tea half lemonade and it tasted like water. I'm not happy with this order. Only could eat my side item. I would like this order remade. My husband, myself and 4.5 years old daughter love Popeyes chicken. Every time we go to any of the store around Woodbridge area, we experienced very bad customer service.
After my daughter passed her skating class, she asked me to buy McDonald, I passed 2 McDonald and I told her I will buy her Popeyes because I thought I can get some white meat, popcorn shrimp and her orange juice.
I went to the store around 7.30pm and I asked the cashier if you have chicken ribs available she mentioned "yes" its spicy. I said perfect, please give me 8 piece chicken, popcorn shrimp, and orange juice while my daughter so excited and ready to have piece. Unfortunately another customer who came after me ordered some chicken, order was took by supervisor. She did not bother asking the cashier who took my order first. Cashier said I have to wait because there was not enough chicken.
I talked to directly to the supervisor who noticed me I order the food first. She responded very rude, she said " her customer completed the transaction". I politely asked her " I am been inquiry about food which is ready, so my daughter can eat rite away" Supervisor so loud and told me "if you don't want to buy here you can leave", "You don't have to buy any food here", she kept saying " I don't have to buy food here" kept saying that I don't have to get any food from there. She did not care about I came to the store and get supper for my daughter 4.5 years old who is been crying for chicken. Supervisor ignored me completely and did not bother complete my order or say "Sorry" I can wait or want to give the chicken that she packed. She quickly ignored me and she took other customer who behind me. That was big disappointed me. I felt like idiot and left store.
Supervisor has no name tag " I asked her name" she completely ignored and very adamant about her service. I realized that moment she does not care about her hospitality service or humanity and very rude and loud who think she is the boss of the store.
I am mother of two and worked bank industry more than 10 years. Also I worked in KFC more than 8 years. I know about how hospitality service in food industry. I never see the service like this in any of popeyas I have visited in last few years. Only reason, I still order food once month is Halal and my husband love it better than KFC.
I was so disappointed my experience on Mar 04th 7.30pm. I left the store without ordering any food in popeyas even though my daughter cried for chicken. I took her to McDonald where she was happy and enjoyed white meat, ice cream for her treat of passing her skating and chocolate milk and super toy.

First time, after waiting for hispanic cook to finish sexually harassing young female african american cashier; in which he would not fill our order unless, she came around corner and asked him nice enough. Then he saw the angry look on my boyfriends face, got spicy food. Twelve hours of burning in my stomach. This disease causes food not to digest; therefore it sits one or two days before digesting. Today he just took the $5 shimp box back. Was guaranteed shrimp does not come in spicy! Joy o' joy lied to again! Treated to another 12 hr burn. Also, they can not remember condiments and napkins. Fairly new location 82nd & foster, portland oregon. The hispanic cook is a giant duoche and won't cook adequate amount of food. One time went at 5pm for dinner informed he had not cooked wings and had no intentions. Another time argured with male cashier he had to ask nicer if he wanted orders. This is unacceptable business practice. This location will not last at this rate!

Food provided looked nothing like what is portrayed on advertising. Horseheads, NY was horrible, and is fried chicken supposed to be flimsy? Paid $21 on chicken fingers and shrimp. People behind counter let anyone budge ahead, lacked control, and manager could not explain what was in the food he was serving. Spent all night sick and for certain, will NEVER go back, or recommend.
wrong order and rude service
I ordered a popcorn shrimp tackle box (because all the signs on the lobby windows and in drive tru, showed, "tackle box season", with 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp box!) and I received a butter fly shrimp box. when I realized it was wrong, I went back through drive tru to have it fixed and was told the popcorn shrimp doesnt come in a tackle box. I tried explaining, calmly and nicely, the pictures show popcorn shrimp as one of the $5 tackle boxes and that was the whole reason I even ordered a tackle box, because of your advertisment of this box. this is misleading and false, advertising, if it's not available. the employee on the headset just argued and refused to fix my order. I even was willing to pay the difference. not very professional or respectful from the gentleman on the speaker at this location. i'm very dissapointment and would appreciate my order to be fixed as well as an apology for the misleading signs, in which I took pictures of. thank you.
