Oct 11th at the Popeyes in McComb Ms ordered in Drive Thru and had to wait over 5 minutes to be told to drive forward & wait at the front of the building, which didn’t bother me it’s not unusual but I set there for about 25 minutes (I didn’t get out ithere was a light shower and having recently had back surgery I didn’t want to chance a slip on the sidewalk. When the order got there the drink had been left out and the employee acted like she didn’t care about getting it for me About 5 o 6 minutes later she made it back. I don’t like to complain but this isn’t the 1st time and somehow it feels like there may be a reverse or repay situation. I’ve been as cordial & nice as possible but it seems that’s not enough. Really this is my 1st time to air a complaint but enough is enough. I’m a Health Care Professional and I treat every one equally. Sorry to rant on but I’ve just had enough there and won’t be back & possibly any Popeyes. Oh I’m not the only person to notice this attitude there. Sorry Again, C [censored]
