Hi, saya check tracking status dah delivered to me, semalam 23/3/21 pukul 4.21pm tapi sebenarnya tak ada pun. Harini 24.4.21.
Nak contact siapa ni, nombor postman pun tak ada siapa yang letak. Haihhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh org beli pakai duit la bukan pakai air liur. Buat kerja betul betul lah.

I was at home with two of my big dogs. When the postman arrive, my dogs start barking as usual, due to this Covid-19 period, I normally don't go near the postman, I will ask them to place the parcel in the porch. All the postman when they see the dogs, they will be so rude like going to whack the dogs and etc. I sounded my times yet doesn't seems like to be cared.

Hi, this is my first time use pos laju for delivery parcel and I am disappointed on your service.
I receive a call from client and inform me the parcel was not delivery to her door to door.
And what surprise me was the person being called from a stranger and mention there a parcel "put" beside a road side instead.
How can this happen ? Could you please give me an update on issues mention?
