My parcel tracking number PL657253727489 purchased from Shopee still yet to be received from 5th June until today 10th June 2021.
The parcel arrived pos laju Sungai Petani then went to Pos Laju Alor Setar and return to Pos Laju Sungai Petani back.
What is the problem and why cannot courier my parcel until today? Please advise as this is an urgent parcel.
Delivery not received
I have a parcel, reference number LG431581522Gb, that was delivered from the UK via tracked Royal Mail.
Checking on the status, the last update was that it was being processed by Customs on 26/4.
I've checked on this item many, many times.
Based on my last check, i was told yesterday that the package was untraceable and considered lost via e-mail.
I've tried calling, but none of the 4 listed phone numbers are contactable.
I've tried using the live chat function on the site, but it merely redirects me to the 'contact us' page with no way to contact a person.
Throughout the entire process, there was no attempt made to contact or to speak to me in person
I can only get a reply if I personally raise a efeedback form, and just wait for an email.
Even with the latest reply telling me its lost, i have no way of contacting a person to request further investigation, or barring that, raise a lost item claim
All communication is one-sided, and its been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
Desired outcome: They search and find the parcel, then deliver it to me. Barring that, give me a full refund on the value of the items lost,

Kiriman dibuat pada 27/5/2021 dr Muar ke Ampang. Tetapi barang tidak sampai kepada penerima. Sebaliknya, pd 2/6/2021 slps 7 hari, pihak pos Muar call inform barang dikembalikan kepada pengirim. Pihak pengirim ingin membuat tuntutan ganti rugi ke atas kerosakan brg2 tersebut.

Pihak tuan tidak menghubungi saya Mohd Nur Fakhri bin Norazman ketika barang saya sampai di rumah, sebalik nya barang tersebut terus dihantar di pusat POS Laju Cheras pada tarikh yang sama iaitu 27 Mei 2021. Apabila saya kesana, alasan yg diberikan oleh pusat POS laju Cheras sangat tak munasabah kerana alamat yang telah diberikan oleh CIMB lengkap dan mempunyai nombor telefon saya untuk dihubungi.

Very poor service. Very rude delivery way. We are paying delivery fee and you are not providing good service. They just left my item at guard house. I already inform them there is no people to come down to collect the item cause I have baby at house which my sister taking care of her. but still say cannot go to my house to send the item And keep on ask my ic number without any prove that he is from post laju to left my item at guard house. Date : 5 May 2021 (Wed), Time : 2.35pm.
PosLaju guy came on a motorcycle hooted and immediately by rang my doorbell a few times. When I went out to the gate, he just said "Ubat", " Lima Ringgit" without even looking at me.When I ticked him off for his rude behaviour, he denied. He then said " You tak nak barang ni" and drove off on his motorcycle. Another Poslaju driver in a van who was delivering to my neighbour witnessed the incident. The rude guy had the audacity to inform the tracking system that "Delivery was not accepted by recipient"
Desired outcome: This particular guy needs to be in the backoffice and not have to deal with customers.

Please be informed that my mother has been called to pick up the item on her own a few times regardless of her condition as OKU card holder (use wheelchair and walking aid) and Senior Citizen. I have no doubt the staff at the Pos Office are aware of my mother's condition. Please have some courtesy especially in the month of Ramadan. I hope Pos Office can deliver the parcel to my mother house in future.

Not able to collect the item
I ordered a product online which was shipped from Australia
Based on the tracking ID the item use POS Laju for delivery
After 1 month I still did not get the item then I submitted an online query to their e-feedback form
I got an automatic reply from them which mentioned the ticket no and a link to chat live with an agent
Since I was not getting any response regarding my query, I went to their website to chat live with an agent
Based on the chat with the agent, they decided to return the item to the sender because they could not deliver it to me because the address was missing the unit no of the apartment, I responded to the agent asking why there was no notification regarding that even after I submitted online query to them.
The agent then created a new ticket no for my case and then I received a call from Pos Laju regarding my item and that they are retaining the item and I need to provide a consignment note and Sender details to collect the item.
I contacted the Sender asking for the note and details, they can only provided me their details and Invoice, hence I still couldn't collect the item.
1. I don't understand why I can not get the item because the address was missing a unit no, I used the same address to order something from Europe and Singapore, there were no issues
2. I don't understand why I did not get any notification from Pos Laju regarding the failed delivery due to incomplete address
3. I don't understand why my online inquiry through their e-feedback form is not getting any reply until now
4. I suspect Pos Laju lost the item and don't want to be responsible for that

Posmen tiada adab bercakap dengan sopan
Hari ini (13/4/2021) saya ada menerima PARCEL ACC NO : [protected] dan Posmen yang menghantar parcel saya agak kurang ajar, bukan sekali saya terkena masuk ni dah dua kali posmen tersebut bercakap kasar dengan saya, rumah saya di tingkat satu (kuartes) posmen tersebut hanya baling barang dari bawah ke atas. selama ni servis lain seperti JNT, NINJA, courier lain semua boleh hantar ke pintu rumah @ bercakap sopan, tapi Posmen yang ni dah 2 kali saya kena cakap nak menjerit, tak reti berbudi bicara. Dari cara posmen ni nampak dia amat tidak memberi kerjsama yang baik. Amat tidak memuaskan. Nama Posmen tersebut tak ada cuma no talifon yang ada ([protected]) - cawangan PERAK. Niat bukan nak tutup periuk nasi atau suka-suka nak buat aduan tapi berbudi bahasa itu lebih molek, terima kasih.

I've been to Pos Laju branch at Guar Cempedak, Kedah, Malaysia. The staff is so lazy to work have to wait for our turn so long and I hated their attitude & service! So rude to their customers. Is this how Pos Laju operate? It's not even Pos Laju! Is Pos Lambat!
Today I went to the Pos Office to send a parcel for Shopee! Your staff is so rude told me I've to wait for my turn. Of all the Post Office I've been to, this is the laziest workers I've ever met! Yes I've waited for my turn before and tolerated their attitude but yet just to scan a parcel takes them so long! Wasting my time waiting 2 hours for them to scan my parcel! So pathetic!

Lee Boon Wei sent a box by sea mail to me from PJ post office. Reference is CD 40 837 884 5MY The postman delivered the box plus 4 other parcels to me on 1.4.2021. He left after asking me for my IC No and i had no time to check all the parcels as they are quite big and heavy. Later i found that one of the parcels, the box was broken at the bottom side. i bought the box for RM 40 and i am requesting compensation of RM 40.
