lazy and lousy services by your delivery man just leave us "Pick-up notes" !
Dear POS Malaysia/ Management / Customer Service,
You are not arranged nor successfully delivered the item to us as per what we as customer being paid the postage fees to you !
we were done the self-picked up of parcels from your center many times! if your delivery man just lazy to call or pass on the parcel by hand to us as recipient, then don't charge us such hefty postage fees ! there were no reason why we have gotten postage fees charged and yet asked to self-pick up item from your center later !
This is not the 1st or 2nd time we as consumer of yours experience such matters ! its was just so easy just being handed-in the "pick up notes" into our mail box rather than ring our door bells or give us a call upon delivery ! this is how your delivery man did all the times ! yet, during FMCO, we all staying at home 24 hrs ! dot give excuses that your delivery man cant reach us ! and yet your delievry man can call us up on the spot for received the items, this is why we always stated our Mobile Contact on the consignment notes pasted on the parcel !
What a lousy and unorganized and messy service provided by you ! are your company gonna pay us back petrol cost in order for us to self-pick up parcel from your center everytime? since we as consumer has already paid postage charges to you in advance to get our parcel delivered to us to our door step ! what a non-sense service given by Post Malaysia !

Plaese be inform I have pos my parcel to cheras, kuala lumpur on 16th june. But the item was delivered to miss lilian lee at pusat pos laju alor gajah. I dont know who is she, whats going on in pos service. If unable to find the address you guys can make a call to the receiver or sender ans also can return back to sender adress right. Than what are the purpose for sender details. Omg please settle this don't spoil my business. I trust your service to get back the parcel from her and send to right person.

I have track the number from website that my parcel has been delivered to LILIAN LEE Pusat POS Laju Alor Gajah. I don't know who is this person, I don't know how they send my parcel to Alor gajah even my customer delivery address in PPR SRI AMAN JALAN AMAN PUTRA, KUALA LUMPUR.I can't understand why Pos Malaysia can make this kind of mistake.If unable to find out the right address, can make a call to sender or receiver to deliver don't simply delivery to some one.Kindly settle this problem immediately.

Poslaju Bandar Dato Onn already received my items on 12th June but still now the postman never deliver my items to me.. Call to office number, plenty of times but no answer too.. Really fed up! No responsible at all to deliver customer items. Never ever call up to tell items received by post officer or anything... How you people work like this.. Really a bad service.

hi. sorry i need to complain this. what's wrong with pos laju? isn't your job to deliver parcel to customer house? why i need to collect myself at pos laju office? 1:37pm is still early. why can't you deliver it? if it is out of your office hours, you can make second delivery. i can't go to office because it is pkp and there's are roadblock everywhere! mine at sungai nibong and office at bayan lepas. i can't cross district! i already message the delivery man but he not respond. i need second delivery. thank you

Bila lihat dalam status tracking ada di pos laju Dato' Onn. Kemudian kata dipulangkan pada pengirim sebab barang tidak dituntut. Macam mana nak ambik, saya di Perak bukan di Johor. Bila call, mesin jawab..habis mesin bercakap.dimatikan talian.

Hi, just wanted to check with poslaju, i have my item delivered today at 2pm. As before the item was delivered, i've given a secret number through sms,
I have my item delivered and when i told the secret numbe r, the postlju delivery men insisted to gv my ic number, i told him that as before the delivery a numb is sent. Yet he said he needs my ic numb. Can postlaju make things clearer to all the delivery man. This is not the first time, im going through such situation. If the secret number is not working or not in used then i shouldn't be receiving the pin. Thanks
