Hi poslaju, ni tracking no saya fr300346760my, alamat hantar ke kolombong kota kinabalu sabah, tapi kenapa delivery ke lahad datu? Dari 7 julai 2021 lagi saya buat complain sampai sekarang 29 julai 2021 belum dapat update dari pos laju. Tolong lah disebabkan korang, saya rugi rm 150, mgkin bagi korang rm150 tu sikit tapi bagi saya rm150 tu banyak. Boleh beli makan minum anak2.. Tolong lah buat kerja korang.. Dah la seller pun tak nak bertanggungjawab.. Korang pun diamkan diri.. Asyik bagi no ticket ja.. Tolong la.. Sya dah lah suri rumah, jual baju pun tak dapat sebab korang pnya kerja tak btl.. Boleh pula dri kota kinabalu hntr ke lahad datu.. Aduii.. Enta siapa yg trima pun tak tahu.. Tolong yer korang.. Tolong buat kerja bagus2, tak sure alamat di mana korang call la number yg kena bagi tu bukan main hantam ja hantar sesuka hati.. Harap ada tindakan la dri korang lepas ni.

I have raised ticket many many times and your customer service will just reply "we have not received the ticket from custom" and close the ticket.
I know you have not received, usually what is your service timeline agreement with custom? If customer complaints you just reply not received and close ticket?
Will you not follow up with custom why there is delay? I have logged many many tickets with pos and answer is not received and close ticket.
As a customer what is expected from me to speed up this request? Or what you can help to speed up this delivery?
Who can I call? I am receiving delivery from other countries from other delivery companies why only pos Malaysia delivery is delayed?

Services at the Main Counter
On the 22/7/2021 at Coounter 10 of the Pos Malaysia Main Branch Kuantan, Pahang. The person in charge of this counter ERNA NABILA was rude, surly and inefficient in her service. I purchased an AR Register Card. After rudely collecting my money she told me to fill up the form. When i finished, she just got up and left her counter as she was LAZY and didnt want to attend in finishing her job!
As a frontliner of a service provider she should not be allowed to serve customers
Desired outcome: She should be chastised or retrained or not allowed to attend to customers

I have posted a complaint earlier on this platform and that post was deleted. I m writing this complaint again to voice out my right as a consumer. I m very unhappy with the POS LAJU services. For me, this service is too slow and unacceptable. The parcel has been in Puchong delivery facility since July 14th and the status was never updated then. After I have voice up my complaint to the seller and Shoppe, the status was updated. Guess what? The status is still the same! I really cannot believe this! I have tried to called the all the number I can find on Internet but can reach any of them. I just would like to know when will POS LAJU deliver my parcel? If pos laju has time to delete my post on this platform, please use the effort and time to solve your customer problem.

Another day had passed. This is Third Ticket raised. PM210712001165 & PM210713000922.
I received a call yesterday and was told to call hotline for pick-up. I called [protected] and was told that I wasn't supposed to call this number. So pissed up. Fine, she said will get back to me. Well, as expected there is no return call nor pick-up of course.
I paid on 3rd July, arrange for first pick up 7 July 2021. It didn't shown up. Waited and waited, the next arrangement on 12, 13, 14… sitting right next to the window, peeping outside from window as if waiting for big parcel coming. Unable to select anything, only to reschedule today and tomorrow and the following. My customer so pissed up with me because of you.

This is to inform you that the delivery service by your postman is lousy. All he does is leave delivery notices. Ever since the lockdown we have been working from home. All he has to do is either call or request security to call us. He does neither. We have paid for the stamps issued by Pos Malaysia to be delivered to our house. Unfortunately, all we have received this year has been notices that say we were not at home. ? Kindly arrange immediate delivery.
PS: We spoke to security and he told us that others living in our condominium have similar complaints.
