Unethical & Unprofessional behaviour of Pos Laju Despatch

Issue: The despatch from Pos Laju Sg Mati did not called me upon delivery of goods. He just left me with a notice for self-collection at pos office without trying to call me. Why is our contact number given for? It is for you to call when customer is unreachable. How can the despatch be so irresponsible and caused so much inconveniences to customer? I am so disappointed and unhappy with this kind of service. When I tried to contact the despatch immediately as I need the item urgently before going outstation, he refused to answer my call/reply my message. I have finally reached him after 30mins and his attitude & behaviour towards me is being rude. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and take a remedial action. Looking forward to your explanation/respond on this matter.
Desired outcome: I would like to make this complaint specifically to the despatch who in charge of the delivery
Package being help at shipping courier office
Package has reached shipping courier office on August 22nd, 2021 and till date it has not been out for delivery . I might have paid the lower postage fee by shipping things by PosLaju but I wasn't given a option but merely only choice I had and that doesn't mean the package has to be remained at the shipping courier office for days and that package is so important to me

Hello pos laju dato onn buat kerja cam mane ne ni kalau rasa tak bole nk buka takyah buka menyusahkan orang kau tahu tak aku tunggu barang ni dh cam orang bodo dh lah barang tu aku nak pakai aku tunggu dari 20 hari bulan sekarang dh 24 hari bulan bila nye kau nk post ke rumah aku😪

Pertaining my parcel
This pertaining my parcel that supposes to received on the 23.8 from pos date 18.8.. I believe the person who delivered my parcel suppose to have some commonsense, on the item that he deliver. If the guard of the Apartment didnt allowed to enter. He can always put it at the security guard post and left the parcel like the other parcel as what I attached for your viewer. If the customer couldn't answer the phone. Becasue may be the customer have other urgent thing to do. Instead ask to collect the parcel at the parcel service centre. On the same day there are also parcel from Pos Laju are place on the bench at the same place that my parcel suppose to receive. And the parcels that I suppose to recieved is my car Roadtax. It hassle for me to do double job to go and collect my parcel at the parcel service center. Just to collect the parcel ot slef. My question why other Pos Laju Parcel can just left for the customer to take and why my parcel, I need to collect at the Pos Laju Service center. Went I call back the person. The phone line was off. I'm not happy with your delivery man services.

Hai.. pos laju. Saya ingin membuat satu tentang masalah dan displin pos laju banting. Setiap kali saya menggunakan pos laju terutama pos laju banting, staff dari sana langsung tidak pernah dihantar barang surat saya. Selama saya duduk di alamat lot 2315-B jalan salak jenderam, kampung jenderam hulu dengkil 43800, setiap kali barang saya dihantar terus ke pusat serahan dengkil. Perbuatan membuat saya benci dan meluat. Saya bayar duit pos, tapi tidak pernah merasa senang dengan pos laju. Cuba buat kiraan dari rumah ke pusat serahan dengkil berapa jauh? Langsung tidak pernah telepon dan mesej untuk bertanyaan jika tidak jumpa rumah. Bila saya pergi ke pusat serah dengkil, mereka mengadu bukan saya seorang.Tolong buat sesuatu ubah perangai [censored] staff dari pos laju banting.saya sertakan gambar bagaimana dari puchong ke butterworth ke dengkil pada hari yang sama.

Saya tinggal di 1025 BAGAN LEBAI TAHIR, 13050 BUTTERWORTH PULAU PINANG. Saya mengalami masalah surat tidak sampai ke rumah saya tetapi ke peti surat rumah org lain yang mana mengakibatkan kerugian kerana, terdapat surat-surat yang penting berkenaan dengan bank atau surat rasmi.
Minta jasa baik pihak tuan/puan mengatasi masalah kami
Timbul nya masalah apabila pihak penghantaran surat tuan/puan, tidak menghantar surat kami ke rumah, tetapi hanya meletakkan nya di rumah org lain tidak jauh dari kediaman kami. Kami juga telah menegur penghantar surat tetapi perkara yang sama tetap berulang juga.
Akibat dari masalah ini anak kami telah terlepas beberapa surat berkaitan pelajaran.
Mohon pihak tuan/puan cakna berkaitan isu ini, saya jugak tidak berpuas hati atas tindakan penghantar surat yang bertindak secara tidak rasional dengan menghantar surat yang beralamat 1025 BAGAN LEBAI TAHIR, 13050 BUTTERWORTH PULAU PINANG ke peti surat yang lain. Poslaju betong sarawak dan kepada semua yang berkenaan. Korang dah la tak nak hantar pegi rumah dengan segera, lagi korang tutup awal (pukul 3 petang) Ye..orang faham kalau sebab pkp ni..sebab bank tutup awal. Tapi jangan la sampai orang nak buat pengambilan barang pun korang tutup skali. Ntah ape masalah korang sbenar nya. J&t elok jer buka sampai pukul 5.30. Lagipun...masa kedai makan pun dah boleh buka macam biase dah.
