Parcel stuck !
why in earth take so long to sent my parcel?
Delivery Not Attempt
I was expecting a courier (credit card from Maybank), I did not receive it on time, bank approve it on 6th Sept and the delivery attempt says on 8th Sept but fail to deliver.
Here I would like to lodge a complain towards the person in charge of the delivery on 8th Sept ( IBNU from Poslaju Bandar Baru Bangi) to my place because he did not appear on the date and time mention approximately 1038am. Tracking number provide by the bank EG 813275601MY
I have the CCTV footage to proof that he did not attempt the delivery and he did lie. Kindly arrange my delivery for tomorrow as this is urgent and has been delayed.
Revert me the feedback or I will have to take it to the higher level.

Order barang melalui kurier poslaju.
Barang sampai tapi pihak penghantar tidak memaklumkan penerima.
Tidak boleh meninggalkan barang begitu saja tanpa makluman.
Mujur barang Masih berada dalam kondisi baik.
Kawasan perumahan adalah apartment, bukan rumah teres..jika barang diletakkan dan diambil orang lain bagaimana?
Siapa perlu bertanggungjawab?

I have an consignment number ENB063021276 MY which has arrived at Kuching delivery facility on 4th September, 2021. To my complete anger I called both Kuching and KL for the past two days. Everybody was dead there; ie nobody answered the call. It was either engaged or just nobody picked up the call. When I checked the consignment again just now, it was out for delivery. Imagine the parcel reached Kuching delivery facility in 4/9/2021 but was on the way to deliver on 9/9/2021. What the hell of this service. Please immediately look into your ground staff who were just having coffee time. Simply a bunch of lazy people

Parcel arrived at DATO ONN POSLAJU on 1/9. Today is 7/9 and there is no update on my item at all. Tried calling them basically 30 times and there is no response too. This is not the first time experiencing with DATO ONN POSLAJU but this been repeating multiple times! I need the item urgently as I am WFH. Upset with this type of customer service. What should I do next?
