it doesnt make sense yang poslaju perap barang saya dekat station poslaju transit office ( klia hub ) from 3/9 until 5/9 without any update . they kept gave me the same update like ' parcel has departed from station poslaju transit office ( klia hub ) then the next day, suddenly said arrived at station poslaju transit office ( klia hub ) ? u know like dah gerak from tht place ttbe datang lagi dekat tht place . takle brain do ! this is my tracking number PL919763530307 . you gais boleh check betapa teruk nye service dari poslaju !

Until now I'm writing 5/Sept 6.17pm my parcel stuck/keep at Poslaju Dato Onn.
- 5days delivery Selangor to JB and 5days keep at POSLAJU DATO ONN.
** Very bad service and I don't know why still keeping without do any information to customer.

Tracking my parcel and saw the description as delivery attempted. BUT NONE WAS MADE. And then turned into item can be collected at places. What in the world? I was at home for 24 hours! Please hire better rider that has integrity and heart for the job. Everyone also tired but we didnt paid for nothing. If you cannot deliver, please find other job, resign as a rider. What a joke! PLEASE SEND MY PARCEL! Super pissed off. Paid the delivery fees for it to be delivered not collected! SUCH A JOKE! TERRIBLE RIDER TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Late delivery service
Hello Poslaju okay ke tak tu? Parcel sy dah sampai kat delivery facility sejak 29 Ogos lagi tapi sampai ke hari ni takde nampak bayang² pun nk hantar barang. Kot lah cuti merdeka pun agak² lah dah masuk bulan September dah diknon oii. Nak peram parcel saya tu sampai bila. Risau kadang² Poslaju tempat saya ni dah ghaib ke apa kena culik dengan bunian kot.
Worse service
I dont know why keep the parcel too long at their warehouse/transit/facilities. Call office no one pickup. If have problem i. e covid cases should announce to public about lateness. If no rider, why terminate contract delivery man before this? Service become terrible and now i understood why other competitor growing bigger and more efficient.
Customer service
It took forever to get a PIN code for log in verification on Poslaju apps. How many people that work under pos laju office?
If it's a big company, it should be able to keep up with customer because it's just online services. How many computer in the office?

parcel stuck for too long
It's been more than a week that my parcel stuck in poslaju bandar dato Onn, their service is lame. I ordered bread and I don't think it can still be eaten, or not fresh anymore. It's terrible. It's better to close the branch so other branch can have it with better service. I have no idea what on earth the people do inside.

Helo. Saya call tak dapat. Bila barang tu dapat deliver ye? Seller pos 23 Julai, 24 Julai dh sampai JB. Sampai hari ni dh seminggu tak proses2 lagi. Org beli brg sebab urgent nak guna. Gombak Post Office Officer Saliah (Teller :13748) Fail to Provide Information before Transaction
Yesterday on 27/8/2021, I got an appointment at Pos Laju Gombak branch.. It was not busy at that point of time, I was making a renewal for my roadtax... And sadly to inform she doesn't even bother to ask why I make payment for a 6 month renewal roadtax which will expired by September 17 2021. She is more concerned with her RM2 commission, instead of make a well inform decision to customer. It is more regretful that, I came in again today (28/8/2021) and she inform it cannot be cancelled as she can only cancel for yesterday. I was really disappointed in which how she don't even bother what happened to customer. I only realize the roadtax expiry when I'm about to put it on my motorcycle. Now I know why most people really hate post office. Especially Pos Laju. You got a greedy staff who only know to get her own benefit instead of informing a small matter to customer. Pos Laju you lost one of your customer today.
Desired outcome: I hope it can be refund (I give back the roadtax, I want my money back), but I know it's impossible. Because the she say, the way your branch manager say. They all just want to letgo the issue away ASAP. But neglected the customer.

The parcel was posted on 13/8 but untill now i have not received anything. Then it arrived at poslaju dato onn, dispatched out to pislaju johor bahru, from there it went to pusat serahan mel JB, next went back to poslaju dato onn, and then it was dispatched out to poslaju jb, and then again returned to dato onn and when i check yesterday it was dispatched out to poslaju jb again in a never ending loop

My parcel have already reached bandar dato on but it was send to pos lahu johor bahru and then it stayed there for almost 5 days and then dispatched out to pusat serahan mel JB 3 and then it was dispatched out to poslaju dato onn again and i waited the whole day still did not receive anything parcel number (EP825688168MY)
