My parcel too long hold
I'm sending my parcel from Singapore on August but now at Larkin pos laju.
I didn't any calls from them and no respond. Calling many times but nobody answer the call.

Parcel I dah 10 hari still belum dapat lagi, even dah sampai kat negeri sendiri pun boleh dorang bagi perap sampai 2/3 hari.. Apa kes nya nie? Kita bayar postage tu bukan murah woii, mahal eh dapt pula servis lembab begini🤦🏻♀️... Update tuk 3 hari pun benda yang sama jaaa... Dah hantar feedback suruh ask pos, bila buat benda sama ja nak bagitau suruh kita bersabar tapi tak da gerakan buang masa ja nak buat... Kalau boleh tolong lah cari inisiatif tuk selesaikan lambakan barang.. Jangan lah terhegeh hegeh nak terima parcel baru selsaikan dulu parcel lama baru terima parcel baru! Ini tak asyik barang masuk jaa, braang lama korang dah jadi kan jeruk pekasam🤦🏻♀️.. Buat aku berdosa ja perang perasaan dgn pos laju malaysia!

Khidmat penghantaran barang dari pos laju bandar dato onn, Johor
Saya baru sahaja terima barang drp pos laju dlm pkul 5.29 ptg tadi, tarikh 13 november 2020. Driver yang hantar barang kali ini sangat2 kurang ajar. Boleh rujuk video yang sy attach ini. Dia tekan loceng sekali shj, anak sulung sy cakap tunggu sekejap. Saya cuma nak capai tudung dan buka pintu rumah, tak sampai pun 2 minit! Tahu2 bila sy buka pintu je, nmpak dia dh campak brg sy (almari plastik 6 laci) kat dlm kawasan pagar! Mujur juga barang tu tak pecah atau rosak sebab dicampak.
Dia nampak saya keluar, cepat2 dia msuk dalam kenderaan dan terus pergi tanpa cakap apa2. Mjur sempat saya rekod sbb kebetulan msa tu fon dekat dgn pintu. Boleh nmpak kelam kabut dia nk cabut msa tu enjin kenderaan nak mati cepat2 dia hidupkan sebab nk terus cabut.
Memang biadap! Mohon pihak pos laju bandar dato onn ambil tindakan yea.. Blh tgk bukti rakaman ni, no platnya dah ada. Detail penghantaran pun ada ni.

Parcel send from rawang, post office on 5th does not reach the destination eventhough it is within klang valley. Today date 11/11/2020. All 3 parcels, 2 for klang and one for gombak does not reach customer until todays date. What is happening with poslaju? Very frustrating as we lost trust from our customer.

Hello there. I'm so disappointed of the service shown by poslaju malaysia. My item (pl496467281577) is stuck at ecpc subang jaya for four days. It says item is being dispatched out, but it never reached the destination for four days. I never realised that subang jaya is that far from parit buntar. Please improve your service, I beg you. I've experienced this in april and I thought you guys have resolved this issue! This is such a bad service from a company that is trusted by malaysians. People choose you because people trust you. J&t's service has improved a lot nowadays, unlike poslaju. But I had no choice but to pick you the other day. I urgently need that item. Please send the item as soon as possible!
