Pos Malaysia ENB079899185MY

I sent a parcel from poslaju kubang kerian usm branch since 26th August to Selangor. My parcel ENB079899185MY was mistakenly sent to Shah Alam by you. When I complained to poslaju they promise to rectify the issue. Today is 5th Nov without knowing the whereabout of my parcel. I complained almost everyday for the past 2 months with no serious response. The last time I received email from poslaju was for me to send my receipt, which I did. But I am still waiting for reply because they said after 3 working days.

Pos Malaysia Cara layanan staf

Pada 3/11/2020 saya telah mendapat panggilan pada pukul 4 pm untuk mengambil barang di PEJABAT POS CHENOR..tapi disebabkan kerja saya tidak dapat mengambilnya..harini 4/11/2020 saya kerja pagi jadi saya meminta wife saya yang SARAT MENGANDUNG untuk mengambil barang iaitu 5 bungkus pampers bayi di pej pos chenor kerana pampers anak sudah kehabisan..sebelum kesana saya telah membuat panggilan pada pukul 8.03am kepada salah seorang staf untuk bertanya samada boleh ambil barang atau tidak dan staf itu nyatakan boleh ambil pada pukul 8-9am..apabila sampai disana staf disitu bercakap dengan nada yang agak kasar kepada isteri saya supaya ambil pada 8.30am..setelah diberitahu staf itu terus ambil barang dan bagi kepada isteri saya tanpa tolong mengangkat barang ke kereta yang tidak jauh dari situ..saya harap ada penambahbaikan selepas ini di PEJABAT POS CHENOR kerana kami juga telah membayar semua kos postage..sekian

Pos Malaysia I am complaint about pos laju sender person

I am complaints about this pos laju sender person not pick up my phone since he called me very fast stop my phone, I need called him back confirm he got delivery my actual unit number or not. He no manner and stop my phone and I called him back already through to voice mail! He number is 019-3811380, very disappointed pos laju malaysia got employ this person!

Pos Malaysia My items already delay for a month!!

The seller post my item since 21.09.2020 and until today 23.10.2020 didn't move from the POS LAJU tracking number page. I already wait for a month. Really disappointed to see Poslaju like this. It should be call pos lambat. I just want my thins arrived as fast as possible!

Pos Malaysia Pos laju

I received call from pos laju personnel ([protected]) at 5:11pm today. He requesting me to collect my parcel at Pos Laju Jln Song due to his car not able to accommodate the parcel. 

I request to send it tomorrow, however he inform that only if his car can accommodate tomorrow, he will send the parcel tomorrow.

Its very disappointing when a national courier service, not committed, do not enough facilities to deliver the parcel, lazy and rude to customer.

I really hope that pos laju can deliver my parcel tomorrow safely and improve the service.

Pos Malaysia Item not posted to customer since 13oct2020

I am sender of PL730198100925 this parcel still in pos laju jitra counter since 13 Oct 2020 until today and not delivered to my customer. Kindly please advise when the parcel will send out. Appreciate if possible laju can take action and give a better service.

Pos Malaysia Parcel not found

Hi, ytd afternoon 1.04 pm, the post man with phone number [protected] called me said already at lobby to deliver parcel (erc461705282my) I asked him put on delivery table at lobby because postman not allowed to go up due to covid 19 issue. I gave him my ic. N I asked him out on the table as usual. After a while I go down n look for the parcel. Didn't found my parcel. I text the post man n called him. No reply n can't get through at all. What is happening? I suspect he didn't put my parcel on the table n take it away himself. Look for ur respond asap. As the parcel is very important! Thanks

Sy dah buat aduan sebelum ni kerana parcel sy digigit oleh tikus. Parcel ini direject dan dikirim balik. Tetapi hari ini sy dapat lagi bukusan ini. Rupanya tindakan susulan pos malaysia bagi bungkusan yang digigit oleh tikus ialah bungkus semula dan hantar semula kepada pelanggan. Sy berasa sangat kecewa atas tindakan susulan ini. Item yang digigit oleh tikus masih dibungkus dalam bungkusan yang dibungkus semula. Beginikah cara penyelasiannya?

Pos Malaysia My parcel

"my parcel supposed to be sent on last wednesday which is on 7th october, but they didnt. They even remarked to re-attempt delivery on next working day and till today my parcel is still at pos laju seremban, I am not sure if they attempt to send my parcel before because there is no calls from their staff nor they didnt leave any ar card for me to collect the parcel at their branch. Since I am outstation I cant even collect the parcel from the main post office. Kindly applying to reschedule my delivery, here I attach the details of my parcel.

Dokumen yang telah dipos dari alor setar pada 23 sep 2020, sehingg kini masih belum diterima. Mohon pihak pos malaysia mengambil tindakan untuk mencari dokumen tersebut dan pihak kami akan menuntut ganti rugi berhubung perkara tersebut kerana kelewatan penerimaan dokumen ini telah menyebabkan pihak kami gagal untuk berurusan dengan pihak saj.

Pos Malaysia Surat tidak sampai, rosak

Saya ingin mengajukan aduan berkenaan surat tidak sampai.

Saya tinggal di kg parit lapis sayang 82200 benut, pontian, johor. Saya mengalami masalah surat tidak sampai, surat yang telah dibuka, surat di koyak, yang mana mengakibatkan kerugian kerana, terdapat surat-surat yang penting berkenaan dengan bank atau surat rasmi.
Minta jasa baik pihak tuan/puan mengatasi masalah kami, pihak kami juga sering menggunakan khidmat penghantaran lain seperti pos laju skynet, gedex dan lain-lain, namun tidak ada masalah.
Timbul nya masalah apabila pihak penghantaran surat tuan/puan, tidak menghantar surat kami ke rumah, tetapi hanya meletakkan nya di surau kampung kami yang mana jaraknya kurang dari satu kilometer dari kediaman kami.
Akibat dari masalah ini anak kami telah terlepas beberapa panggilan untuk menyambung pelajaran dan terdapat juga masalah yang melibatkan duit,
Kami mengharapkan semoga masalah ini tidak akan berulang

Kurir mseg ada letak parcel dlm peti surat.
Sy turun tngok dlm peti surat xda apa barang pun..
Kalau yea pn xsempat nak naik rumah, call j sy mesti turun, x sampai 1minit pun.
Jgn jadikan alasan main letak (ada meseg) sbb kurir nak cepat2, kalau semua nak cepat tp barang x selamat utk apa? Elok duduk diam2 dirumah xyah buat kerja..

Pos Malaysia Masalah penghantaran barang

Selamat petang, tujuan saya mengemukakan report ini bagi mengadukan permasalahan pihak poslaju Sungkai Perak
yang sudah berkali-kali tidak memasuki kawasan perumahan saya untuk menghantar barang sebaliknya hanya menghantar sms agar kami self collect di pejabat pos. Pihak pos malaysia perlu segera mengatasi masalah ini agar tidak terus berulang lagi.

Pos Malaysia Registered mail

I posted my registered mail on 9/9/10, and when I track my mail today as it has been ages there hasnt been any notification sent back to me, I realized the mail has not been sent successfully to the recipient. It was written in the record the premise was closed, but the postman did not attempt to send the mail again nor contact the sender. It was said in the record the mail would be kept for 7 dys, but no body contacted me at all, and now the mail has ridiculously been sent to some unknown person in ipoh. I have contacted post laju customer service but they couldnt work out what was happening and kept asking me to wait, I waited for 3 hours and chatted with 2 different customer service staffs, both kept asking me to continue to wait, in the end I just gave up.
