pls quickly...I urgent use!
Pos laju tak hantar barang dan langsung tak mesej apa2.
Saya ada 24 jam di rumah. Tunggu parcel saya sampai, on delivery, tunggu punya tunggu tak da pun pos singgah, and langsung tak kol or mesej apa2. Saya cek tracking number, suruh pickup d pos laju. So rude. Kerja tak berkualiti. Ini bukan pertama kali pos laju buat macam ni pada barang saya. 😤😠
Barangan masih belum diterima
Pada hari khamis, 17/9/2020, saya telah menerima beberapa jenis barangan lain yang dihantar sekali dari shopee setelah memilih perkhidmatan pos laju.
Namun, barangan yang bersiri pl001616066600 masih belum dapat diterima, iaitu baju hujan (alx waterproof double layer jacket). Barangan ini amat diperlukan, lebih-lebih lagi menjelang ketibaan musim hujan.
Saya pernah memberikan nombor kad pengenalan untuk pengesahan, tetapi tidak sangka bahawa status penghantaran dalam shopee menunjukkan barangan sudah sampai setelah posmen menghantar barangan.
Adakah posmen yang mengambil barangan sedangkan nombor kad pengenalan telah dimasukkan dalam sistem pos laju?
Saya menunjukkan bukti pembelian produk lain dan tarikh penerimaan adalah sama.

Parcel is missing!!!
Just happened today, my parcel is missing in empire damansara soho2. No phone calls, no notification from poslaju and suddenly there were a failed attempt a day before. Today mentioned parcel is being delivered and no signature is being request. It was kept totally in the dark until I checked the shipping status. After that I quickly checked all the possibility area... Still cannot find the parcel!
Very disappointed with poslaju service!
Shipment stuck in delivery facility
I ordered my item on 9th september, to which the seller was really quick in dropping off the item for dispatch on 10th and the item then went from butterworth and arrived in puchong pos laju facility on the 12th.
It's been stuck there since the 12th! I've tried calling 1300300300, to no avail cause it just re-directs you to their main website to submit a e-feedback (totally unhelpful) so I tried calling the poslaju puchong branch itself at [protected], at first there was a dial tone, but no one picks up. So I tried again and they had the audacity to go into 'busy mode' right after. My gut tells me they picked up the hardphone and deliberately left it on the side so that calls are no longer able to go through. Back to back i've tried countless times to call to find out why it's stuck at their puchong delivery facility with no updates. I've been waiting everyday at home for my item and its been 6 days since it arrived.
So today, 18th sept, I decided i'd pay a visit to the damn facility (seeing they wont be bothered to answer the phone, they'd have no choice but to entertain me in person). I arrived at the facility, gave them the tracking number, they had the audacity to tell me they don't know where the item is as it's not yet sorted.
So now, me physically being there wanting to pick up the item without them having to deliver it (eventhough I paid for the said delivery fee) I couldn't even do that. They said to just wait for it cause the team will sort it out on the weekends. (eventhough it was already there for the past 6 days.) what a load of bull.
I am never going to ship anything through poslaju again. The most troublesome and non-efficient company ever. I'd rather pay extra for another company to ship my damn parcels in the future.
Pos laju complaint
It has been a month since I have waiting for my item to arrive but I still not received it. I want my item to arrive soon. So I was hoping that your company can make it faster since it has been a month late now.

Problem: the items without any information or reason was sent back to sender after a month stuck at pos malaysia international hub. They don't want to give any reason and just keep quite without any justification.
Call never get to any customer service, always busy 24 hours.
Using web complaint, only robot reply.
No way to get them to talk and discuss about it.

I was returning a parcel from lazada on 14.9.2020 at 3pm at Aeon bandaraya melaka. The female staff on duty insisted that I fill up the no. Akaun of lazada, which was not printed on the lazada printed return label. She said without that number, pos laju cannot bill lazada, hence cant proceed. Hence she asked me to contact lazada. Hence I contacted lazada, which couldn't give me that requested account number. After which I returned to the post office, she insisted that she needed to key in the account number in order to proceed, she even checked with her female colleague who confirmed this. Again I contacted lazada, the customer service there again can't provide me the number, cos theres no number to provide. This time I went to a counter and was served by a gentleman, he too requested for the number. I have to tell him to check with other poslaju branches, maybe they have the number. True enough, he got the number. The lazada billing account number is [protected], which is actually for internal use I reckon (for pos malaysia to bill lazada).
How am I to get the number when even lazada customer service can't provide me. All the lady at pos laju had to do is to check with her superior or check with another branch instead of asking me to call lazada twice.
I BELIEVE I can't be the FIRST person returning parcels lazada. I'm very perplexed why the 2 female staff gave a me runaround, was it done on purpose, I wonder.

Hi, I am Bai hamierah Unsi, I understand the current situation today, because of pandemic but it was March 13, 2020 since my parcel started to delivered and stayed for almost 6 months in that particular company. Nowadays, or even few months ago, I saw many delivery service can transact even pandemic.
I am complaining about the courier service!
The courier services are really bad. Very upset and fed up with it many times already.
1. Just put my thing at guardhouse and call me just to get my ic number and then leave. What a irresponsible service? I'm at home why not just call me to guardhouse and get my parcel? Even the guard also shocks with all the parcels put at guardhouse. Please make some improvement with it, really upset with this service.
2. Without calling or sending any message to inform me that they reached my house or call me to get my parcel at downstairs or straight away send to my doorstep, then I waiting for a long time to get my parcel, when I went to see the parcel status, there showing something like "You have missed many times of our calls, your parcel have returned to our **branches, please go to get your parcel within seven days." Hello, I didn't get any calls or messages for getting my parcel! Then why do me paid for the postage? For what? Sending the things and go to the branches and get it myself? Not for one time only this such things happen, it happens many times already! Please improve the service. Thank you so much.

Worst experience with pos, it deserved to be closed down asap.
Posted an item to aus since 9 june and waited for months, the item still stucked in klia. Enquire pos few times, been directed to do this and that. At the end, just received a feedback conveniently saying that investigation will take 2-3months. Nothing can be done. Btw, they dont handle it person to person or thru phones, but only through live chat which they can perfectly ignore your frustration by copy pasting the same answer to your question.

Please change your manager at pasir laju pasir gudang. .the most service i never face. This problem has been so long and you didnt take an action. Items was keep too long at pos laju pasir gudang and every time delivery was failed. Customer service was very bad.. please do something. Tq
The staff that work on 4/9/2020 at 11.30am
Why the staff said that there is no record of my license for me to tenew my license?. It is funny to hear that because I have renew my license 2 years back at pos office at sungai petani malaysia. Can you investigate why the staff did say that? Is she just dont borher to renew my license because her mood is not good to do the work while she still get pay?.
I hope pos malaysia can take a fast action regarding to thia problem.

I hand over a parcel to be posted to Australia on 8th July 2020 at Pos Malaysia Bukit Beruntung. It has been almost 2 months but the receiver complaint that he still not received the item. (UE001824159MY)

Tak hantat barang
Reputasi poslaju bandar dato onn ni memang terok. Bila baca complain dari 2017/2018 ingat skrg 2020 dah okay dah, tapi tak, skrg pon sama barang saya tersadai lama dah kat poslaju bdo. Buat ape hah kat sana lama2, agak2 kalau tak boleh beri servis yg baik pada pelanggan baik tutup je pejabat tu. Biar barang antar kat pejabat pos mount austin. Lagi cepat dia antar barang dari korang yg kerja kat poslaju bandar dato onn. Jangan menyusahkan orang je. Duit nak tapi buat kerja tak nak. Buat kerja tak betol duit yg kau amik tu pon ntah berkat ke tidak nk bagi makan kat keluarga.

Missing letters in taman pertama, ipoh, perak.
I am suppose to receive assessment notices from MBI Ipoh, Perak (more than 10) but only receive one. I have already checked with MBI and they said they usually posted it in July 2020. Besides these MBI notices, I should receive other letters - receipts from companies but never receive them although they said they posted it. Postman is suppose to come and send letters to us everyday but nowadays I seldom see the postman coming. Please check this issue. Thank you.
